I don t usually enjoy buying a car because of some of my past experiences with salesmen and managers. I took my daughter to look at used Subaru Forester and I m glad that Brian was our salesman. He was very helpful to answer all our questions and made the process of buying the car so easy. The car was is beautiful condition and even better condition when we came to pick it up. After his work was mostly done, I thought the finance department will be where the pressure and slick talk would come. It was very clear and easy to process. When we went to sign the finance papers Andrew was just as easy to work with. He clearly told us our options and didn t try to talk us into anything we didn t want. And my 18 year old daughter did most of her talking. We got a good deal and had a good experience. She s looking forward to taking her car back for her first free oil change. And has already talked about buying her next Subaru there. Me too.Update: I have to change the review a bit. We have had to take the forester back twice for a couple of repairs (fan and AC) which they performed at no cost to us. The repair shop staff is friendly and the repairs were completed. Then we discovered that the back two tires were dry rotted (after we were told they would replace the tires). The front two tires had been replaced but the back two we had to replace ourselves. That was disappointing. Overall, it s still a good review and we got a good deal on the car. I was just surprised that the dry rotted tires, and the AC and fan passed their inspection.
