My experience at this Meineke was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I brought my car in for an incredibly simple repair (should've taken them no more than 10 minutes since all they had to do was replace the bulbs in the rear turn signals), but they had my car for over 24 hours.They also charged by an obscene amount for the repair. Talking to family members who are mechanics (just not in the area so I couldn't have taken my car to them) I was told the repair should've been about 1/4 to 1/3 of the cost.Finally, the shop did an absolutely terrible job actually communicating with me. I had scheduled an appointment the day before and I had initially hoped to stay with my care since I knew it was a quick repair, but when I dropped it off I was told they were running a bit behind schedule and told me that they would get to it a little later that day. After getting absolutely no communication from them all day I called them about a half hour before the shop closed and was informed that they hadn't been able to get to my car, but they would get to it the first thing the following morning and then they would call me as soon as they were done. When it reached lunchtime the following day and I realized I had received no communication from them I decided to call them, and they told me that they had "forgotten" to call me to tell me the repair was done. Additionally, when I had dropped off my car I was told that I would be called and given a quote before any work was done, but this was not done.If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. If you don't like having your time wasted or your money stolen I highly recommend avoiding this shop at all costs. I will never recommend this Meineke or any Meineke to anyone going forward.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and greatly appreciated their service from the check-in reminder the day before to talking me through the issues (and even notifying me that some services were not needed yet) to getting my car fixed. All three staff members I saw during visit were kind and helpful. I will feel confident using them again next oil change or if an issue arises.

We went there for a flex pipe repair on my daughters Toyota Solara. It was Saturday and it was late in the afternoon. The shop tool is in and installed the fleece pipe. Great job! Price as reasonable. We were in and out on an hour. We would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you.

Had back breaks & rotor replaced on my mini cooper countryman. It appears that they did a great job. They were friendly and accommodating. Since I had a fairly long wait, the guy at the front desk drove me home. I recommend this auto shop.

Moe was awesome the only trust worthy shop in town. Best prices with quality work. Thanks guys. They got me right in although they were super busy. And also gave me a loaner car to grab food for myself.

Will not be returning. Have gone here for years but recently changed owners, prices skyrocketed and the work is not quality. Almost like they don't know what they are doing. Havent been happy since they changed owners but out of convenience i've gone back. This last time i had them rotate my tires. Unfortunately, i hit a huge pot hole and popped my tire same night. I couldnt change the tire because they completely stripped the lug nuts. Even AAA had a hell of a time. So the convenience has become a major inconvenience. Will not be returning!

I had a poor experience. Dropped the car off for a simple oil change and when I got it back the odometer jumped from 65,000 to 100,000. Not sure what they did, maybe when attempting to reset the oil life. It did go back to normal after restarting my car a few times. That wasn t the worst of it. The employee left my car stinking of marijuana and got dirt stains on my seat.

Good service, good communication, fair prices, quick service. Brought car in for oil change at end of day expecting it to get done the next day, they were able to get it done same day even after I expressed that I understood if it had to wait

such friendly people! they genuinely care about your car and put in so much effort to meet your needs, i have had my oil changed with them and my headlights replaced and i am so pleased with the outcome. 100% recommend them, one person in particular is Haas who was such a huge help and made me feel like my car was in great hands.

Let me begin with I hate repair shops. So I show up with a problem with my exhaust system. I enter with that usual feeling of dread in anticipation of lousy service and being over charged. I m met by Jerry whom I explain my predicament. He tells me to leave my vehicle and he ll call me back. I leave expecting to hear back much later because I can see the bays are all filled. One hour later I get a voicemail to call Jerry. I return ready to receive a 4 figure estimate and a long wait for completion. Jerry explains that it s not necessary to replace the entire system, which could ve run around $1000 or more. Instead he informs me that the problem is repairable which cuts the cost in half. I agreed and left figuring I wouldn t see my vehicle for another least a day. I got home and 2 hours later I get a call that the work was completed.I ve had lousy experiences with auto repair shops and have good reasons to dislike the process. I ve learned that it comes down to one thing . People.Jerry really gives a damn about his customers and his business. So, if you have a problem with your vehicle. Find your way to this shop.My name is Eddie Clark and I live n South Jersey and this is now my go to for my vehicle.Let me end with . I love this repair shop!

Avoid this place at all cost!! Needed brakes done and It says free estimates so when I called the worker literally told me, don t bother coming in for the estimate if you don t have any money. So basically he explained that I would have to pay for them to put whatever they took apart to find out what the estimate would be. This place is a joke and a rip off. Who offers free estimates but then makes you pay? We ve also had bad experience in the past with a engine replacement and back brakes. They never did the brakes or replaced the new engine mounts yet charged us for it still and you wonder why the old manager was fired. I wish I could give this place a zero star rating. No wonder the parking lot is always empty.

The work was completed quickly and appears to be done correctly. The mechanics at the shop were wonderful. The only problem I had was the person who answered the phone could have been a bit nicer

Definitely way better than Woodbury!!I went in expecting all the worse, who doesn't?I told the guy(don't remember his name) everything that I knew needed to be atleast looked at (motor mounts, suspension and a squeeking noise from the back), last time I went to woodbury and was told a ridiculously high price. So I saved up to atleast get motor mounts done. All to my surprise, the guy was VERY HELPFUL and told me everything is in good working order just needed 2 MOTOR MOUNTS and not all 3 which he said if he was able to get it in that day he will work on it. A little over an hour later and he calls me up saying it's all done! And the price at the end was triple less than the amount woodbury told me. AND he only charged me for mounts and labor, took off the price of them inspecting to figure what is wrong with it.ALL I CAN SAY ISYou guys made my day and saved me alot of money! Definitely will be back for any of my car needs! Thank you guys again!!

Taylor built my custom exhaust on my 1968 Ford Galaxie 500. Hard to find this craft today. He was very professional and told me everything how he was to do this project. Came out Great!! If he can do this you want him to work on your car!

Fantastic service! Complimentary drinks and snacks/candy. Haas was great very friendly and got me in and out quickly. Had an oil change great prices. Cost me $116 for my 2020 rt durango much cheaper than the dealership. And the waiting area was comfortable. Give them try you won't be disappointed!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Our car is in this shop quite a bit and the main mechanic is awesome. He has been so helpful. They are fast and reasonable. I have been to other mechanics and I always felt taken advantage of or because I'm a girl they talk to me like I'm an idiot, but not here! You take the car in and they take a look, give you a call to let you know what's going on and if you want an explanation they will gladly oblige, then they give you an estimate on price and time, you give them the go and just about always you will have your car back within 24 hours and there has never been any fees that just pop up. Or if it's something simple like an oil change you can sit and wait and your in and out.

Very unhappy with my visit to Blackwood NJ facility. Needed a damaged continental tire replaced to match the other 3 new units on the vehicle. Requested the new tire be mounted on a new wheel I provided to replace the scratched wheel. Tire was $35 more then advertised prices but I approved for expediency and convenience. The mounting and balancing was an additional $50. If that wasn t greedy enough, they up sold a tpms sensor which they claimed had been damaged ( vehicle tire pressure display reflected the accurate tire pressure). This sensor was replaced by a cheap aftermarket unit which required extensive programming to the vehicle and the unit itself (additional $100 labor. Bottom line, tire replacement cost $520.00 for a $245 tire. Car instruments gave no indication the sensor was damaged or defective but I couldn t argue that point. Tire was mounted on the scuffed wheel and not the wheel I provided.Service: Tires

Made an 2pm appointment for an oil change. I waited 1hr and 30 minutes before they even touched my car & another 25 minutes before i received my car back. Never experienced this before but I see there's a sign outside that says new management that could also be the reason.

I'm so grateful for Meineke Car Center in Blackwood NJ they give excellent customer service and have the best specialty performance Mechanics in New Jersey. They use state of art to diagnose your car .I had my brakes done same day. And they give you pictures before the service is performed. My brakes are guaranteed for the for a lifetime. Meineke Mike Torres and 5.0 Joe do great work. Also they give you straight forward honest advice. If you have a repair or modification that they can't handle they will 100% point you in the right direction to get the job done. They have done everything from air intakes to cat back exhaust systems. Never a single trouble code or check engine light. If they do run into any issues they won't stop untilt everything is in proper working order. My vehicles stay in Beast -Mode and for that....I thank you!

Matt and his crew here are awesome. Got our vehicle towed there after breaking down on the highway. Had my truck running by the next business day. Very reasonable price, great work, and great customer service! Highly recommend and would definitely bring my truck back to get worked on.

Always get my oil changed at this Meineke location. I wait for my car, so they re quick to get the service done, and I m thankful for that. I usually go online to make an appointment, but if I forget, I give them a call before I go. That way I know how long the wait will be. They always do a great job! And don t forget to get your coupon, usually $10 off an oil change.

In today's world it's hard to find someone you can trust. I trust these guys. They were very friendly and honest. They were able to fix my car that same day.
