This place is the best! We came here to rent a UHaul to help a First Time Homebuyer move and I feel as though I met an Angel. 1. I was so amazed at how clean the shop was, it was immaculate! 2. Everyone there was friendly and kind, Ed was the absolute greatest. 3. As I heard interacting with a repair customer I could immediately tell that They do not price hike, fake work that other shops make you pay for and never do; and they certainly do not quote and or upsell you on things you don't need!This shop and this family, do the right thing and they take care of customers like they are family. But that's exactly what you would expect when you have a family owned and operated business that's been around for an amazing 80yrs! Do not look any further than this Small Local Shop when you need auto work. The bonus, this is also a #VeteranOwned Business with pride for this country and the work they do.

I've used many U-Haul truck & trailer rental sources over the years but I have to give a thankful shout out to Ed at Bob & Son's Automotive Center. He went above & beyond to get us hitched up with a 4'x8' box trailer on our Ford Edge & safely on our way. We were able to get many runs to our storage units over a two day weekend. Even though Bob & Son's is closed on Sunday we were able to return the trailer & be on our way before the sun went down. If you're in the Glassboro NJ area head over to Bob & Son's Automotive Center for your U-Haul rental needs. Ask for Ed, he'll get you set up & on your way!

Didnt use the business YET, but did call and spoke to Ed. Immediately got that good feeling you want from a mom & pops shop. Going to schedule an appointment for my moms car. Already feeling better about my choice.

I haven't used Bob yet, but I will do so b/c of his honesty on a job that I inquired about for my Jeep Wrangler.When I had priced the job at Firestone, I was given a different price from different salesmen/shop guys. Keeping in mind that I realize what the part costs, I was given a price of $600-$1000 from Firestone in Turnersville. Talk about taking advantage!! wow!In all fairness, I did already have the vehicle at Firestone and talked to the manager about the better price at Bob's. The manager told me that he would match the price from Bob's quote and I decided to keep my jeep there because they were able to do the job immediately.The whole point of this review is that it was a pleasure to call and speak to Bob and get an honest price in the part and the labor. Unfortunately, he wasn't unable to get my Jeep in his shop until Monday, so I opted to have Firestone match his price.I will be trying out Bob's shop in the near future for my automotive needs. I need another trustworthy mechanic! Fingers crossed!

Incredible guys here. Very honest. My friend(who happens to be a female) was almost taken advantage of by the Acura dealership in Turnersville. She was mistakenly told by the scumbag trying to take advantage of her, that it wasn't even worth fixing and quoted her over 3k. Ed at Bob and Son's took care of this HUGE $3,000 problem. Which by the way, was a simple coil and spark plug change for a literal fraction of the price. Then proceeded to tell her she could POSSIBLY(not DEFINITELY... let me steal your money) need a new starter. Called back the next day and said the starter was perfectly fine and the MDX runs like a champ. Truly honest gentlemen here who deserve all the business this town and surrounding areas have to offer. Our family has gone to Bob and Son's for decades and will continue to and bring new business because of their honesty, integrity, and diligence. Thanks Ed! -Doolster

Do NOT BUY CAR FROM HERE!! Didnt NEGOTIATE FAIR PRICE For Car THAT THEY USED SHOWER SEALANT ON TRANSMISSION SEALS.. NO BOLT ON AXLES SO WHEELS COULD OF FALL OFF!!! Wouldnt let me take car off lot before buying! DO NOT BUY CAR.DISHONEST SALES MEN. BOUGHT CAR HAS BEEN MESSED UP FROM DRIVING OFF Lot.

This guy is a jerkoff. I took a car i purchased there that needed a radiator . for whatever the reason he flat out lied to me. Dont know if he just didnt want to do thevjob or what. He said the car was badly damaged underneath and couldnt be repaired. He lied and said frame was bent and other metal was so badly intangled tjat the radiater couldnt even be removed. Took elsewhere. Nothing was intangled. Frame was not bent. New radiator was put right in. Plus bob jerkoff charged me 30 dollars for looking at it...well 30 dollars for telling me lies because he is a scumbag ..lazy scumbag and didnt want to do the job.

The guys that work in this shop are extremely trust worthy and nice! It's hard to find a good automotive shop to leave your vehicle with.

I found their add on the net with good ratings 20 years ago.Always trust them with my car and still go to them even today.Awesome service ,trustworthy,and friendly.i highly recommend them.

Older man who works here was extremely rude and uhaul wasn t even ready that we rented . Told us to come back 2 hours later do not rent from here

Nothing fancy, just great no nonsense repairs without the usual auto repair hassle.Friendly, fast service, just like it should be. Highly recommended this place, OLD SCHOOL and honest folks.
