We have never had a problem when we've had to leave our vehicle with Bernie for matinenece. We go back for whatever happens to our car/truck. Always keeps it real.

Great guy was able to pick up and deliver my daughters car to the dealership for warranty work in a short period of time with short notice. Highly recommended.

My family dog and I were headed south for the weekend. Unfortunately our vehicle broke down on 295 in New Jersey in a tough area. The great people of Dot and the New Jersey State Police promptly to ensure our safety thank you gentlemen. We had our car towed to Bernie's Auto repair we can't say enough about Mr high country Bernie and his great staff they got us back on the road within an hour repairing our vehicle with lightning speed. Our experience from the tow truck driver to the mechanic to the lady in the office was more that we could have asked for. We highly recommend Bernie and his crew. Bought a car from Bernie was supposed to be fully reliable having to do many repairs I got ripped off an I need new wiper blades already only had car for 6 months.Gave me no bill of sale or what he supposedly fixed on car. Buyers Beware

These guys are awesome. Last year I thought I totaled my Gallant and had no collision coverage. I took it to Bernie s and he sourced parts from who knows where and I was back on the road in 3 days.

We were rear ended near West Deptford on Sunday & the state police called this company to tow my car. When I called today, I was shocked to hear the bill of close to 500$. The lady on the line was NOT ready to accept payment over the phone & when I requested the call to be escalated, she hung up on me !Horrific experience ! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SUCH A ROTTEN place to anyone.I am NOT AT FAULT with this accident & was trying to mitigate charges for the other driver ( I don;t have their details), but this situation is toxic & disgusting.

I picked my car up the same day and was charged $45 for storage. They put a $75 charge for cleanup. How much do you have to clean or how long for it to cost that much. Then you have to go to another location to get your car. Place is a scam. I hope that person did call irs.

After an accident Bernie's towed our car (as contracted by the city of Woodbury) to their lot. We were going to meet them there and have the car towed to a repair shop that our insurance company needed the car taken to. Even though it was 4:30 (an hour before their business hours ended) they refused to let us or a tow truck from AAA onto the premises. We could not even get personal belonging. They said they have to keep it overnight. The next morning when we got there they told us it would be more than $600 to get the car out and they only accept cash. This place is incredibly sketchy.

Called to schedule a tow. Was pleasant on the phone. But could hear conversation in back ground. Say would be towed by end of day. Called again after 3 hours?? No courtesy call and seemed like my tow was forgotten about. Said they would be there in a little while! Called again 15 minutes before they closed. Givin the we got busy speech. No courtesy call?? Asked if they could do it first thing in the morning I said ok! It s now 1134 the next morning!!No phone call no show for the tow. Called another towing company not waiting on them.If you re going to treat your customers like this way be in business. Sooner or later your Rep will surely catch up to you and you ll be out of business.

These guys are a rip-off, $175 for getting towed less than a mile away? I ve been parking in the same spot at Lakeview Apartments and was even told by management at Lakeview Apartments that I won t get towed for parking there (was parked there for all of nearly 4-5 hours), and my vehicle was still towed. Careless people, scummy for doing such a thing.

I had the worst experience with their tow truck driver. The driver was extremely rude and disrespectful. He dragged my car will it was still in park. As I tried to explain to him that the car can start and it should be in neutral, he cursed me out. It was so bad, that even the police told me to complain. Then when I called to express my experience with the supervisor, all the supervisor said to me was Did you curse at the driver too? The supervisor never took ownership for his employee s actions. This is the worst experience I ve had with any tow company, from the driver all the way up to the supervisor. Totally unprofessional!!

Cash only business my ass. Woodbury police department will be notified about this and the IRS for audits especially since they are contracted through woodburry for towing.After arriving at the location to remove my personal belongings and was followed by a guy carrying a large wrench like he was going to use it to hit me if I touched the car. Very sketchy would not recommend this to anyone. Stay away it's not safe.

Terrible place terrible service/employees! I ve never been treated so horrible in my life after $400 tow lot bill we pick up the car and it s not starting the tow truck guy named Garrett immediately got offensive and hostile and told us he couldn t help us and that it was our problem we then asked if he could tell us to Bernie s auto shop which is right down the street he refused and said that s not his problem and left me my sister and my two infant nieces on the side of the road literally pulled out of the lot and dropped us off with the car... do a favor and don t take your car there or head hope it doesn t get towed there

Have got to be heavy drug users. Worst experience with any business I've ever encountered. Had my truck for two months for a one day fix and still have not done anything. No response to multiple messages

It's hard to find a mechanic you trust but that's not the case with Bernies. Bernie has always been a straight shooter and willing to work with me. The work done is excellent and it's done quickly.

Bad customer service, scam artist, make up charges just to steal your money, my daughter had a accident Sunday at 430pm tow her car to Bernie's yard until 1030 Monday morning less than 24 hours charged me 2 days storage fees and scam fees, my bill was $490.00 . I will pass this on to everyone I know . Scam scam scam , I'm calling harry from NBC 10

If you're looking for a place to rip you off then look no further. From the smug attitude to the overpriced tow fees this place has it all. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This place is completely unprofessional and disrespectful they are extremely rude and management is useless!!! They don't even tell you important information simply because they don't feel like it, this place is terrible!
