I called because i thought there was an issue with my transmission. After some questions they informed me that it was probably a much smaller issue over the phone. Their honesty was refreshing.. it was great not getting the usual "bring it in and we'll take a look at it". They turned out to be correct and when i addressed the smaller issue my problem stopped with the trans.I will surely recommend and use them in the future. Thanks

Automatics Transmission is the place to go if you need work on your transmission, or even a new one. They also install engines. I was amazed that in less then a week, they ordered the Transmission and installed it without any headache for me.It drives amazing. Quality company with reasonable prices, and the best customer service I have ever experienced. My man, Steve, was a huge help. Steve pdated me on the status of the vehicle almost daily. Customer service like this does not exist anymore. Any problems I have, or friends and family. I will be recommending Automatics! Thanks again.

I brought my car to Steve's shop after being told my transmission was burnt and that I would be better getting a new car from another mechanic. The car also had multiple leaks and was quoted around 3k to get it fixed. Confused by what the previous mechanic said I decided to get a second opinion and came across Automatics online. Knowing close to nothing about cars I explained to Steve the situation and he was happy to help; asking me questions over the phone to see if car should be driven and set up a time for me to drop the car off. What made me very happy was that Steve took the time to explain exactly what they would do, what could be done about the car, and was curious about any car budget I had. In the end he got the car fixed up and made me comfortable that my car is still in ok condition, and cost me almost half of what the other mechanic quoted. First time getting this kind of customer service from a mechanic and I highly recommend Steve and the Automatics crew.

Great and friendly staff. My transmission went on my daughter s 2007 Mazda 3. Steve gave me options and honest prices. We decided to replace it with a used transmission. An entire replacement and it was done in a few days! Transmission is running great and Steve even offered a return check-up to ensure everything was working properly. Steve was amazing! He communicated every step to repair my transmission, he was also very honest with his estimate. He was attentive to my concerns and assured me that the job would be completed in a timely manner. I would recommend this business to anyone with transmission issues. The mechanics here were great. Steve talked me through the whole process of fixing my transmission and is just a super nice guy. All the work was done well, on time , and most importantly for the price we agreed upon, " Wich was better than everywhere else I called". The guys even worked late to make sure I had my van before Xmas. All around a great honest mechanic. Steve was very nice and professional. I needed a new transmission and he did work and made sure i got my van back before Christmas. I highly recommend this shop. Was quoted by another mechanic needed transfer case in my Lexus RX330 and can only get part from dealer. Decided to get 2nd opinion. Steve was straightforward and honest, took the time to properly diagnose the issue, ended up just being wheel bearing/hub assembly.
