I was able to schedule my car maintenance appointment online for an oil change seamlessly. The dealership is very clean and inviting. Once at my scheduled appointment it was recommended that I get my 80,000 mile maintenance which was I know was needed. After the inspection additional concerns were discovered which needed to be completed. I appreciate everyone who assisted me because they explained everything and asked for consent before completing work. My service representative Vanessa even asked me if I had an extended warranty which reminded me that I did and actually saved me thousands of dollars off of my total bill in regards to the work that needed to be completed.The work would take longer than a day and I was given a loaner which I secretly fell in love with. There was a huge difference in their customer service opposed to the previous dealership I visited. Trust, good communication and transparency are very important to me and I am grateful I decided to take my car to Audi Turnersville to complete my service needs. My car was clean when I got it back! The drop off and pick up was fast! Great customer service and job well done!

All I can say is WOW! I went to Audi Turnersville and automatically felt like home walking through the door with a warm welcome by Lou and their whole amazing staff. I was helped by Lou who was as nice as can be and was very respectful. He gave me a lot of great options and took his time with me the whole time which was a great feeling. We found a beautiful 2024 Audi A4 and the process was smooth sailings. Also got to meet the GM, Sales Manager and etc. Everyone was super nice and had a home type feeling which I feel like you don t get anywhere else. When I was done with Lou, I was sent over to Rich at finance to seal the deal. Rich took his time to explain everything and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I feel like I could go on and on about my experience and the staff being phenomenal. Highly recommend Audi Turnersville!!!

Great service by Lou and team! I just happened to walk in on a Saturday late afternoon to inquire about a deal I saw online. Lou was patient and went over the numbers with me. He was respectful of my time and I never felt any sales pressure. Met the GM, who was nice as well. On Monday, I was making a deal via text. Very easy, quick, and efficient. The experience with the Finance rep was seemless and also pressure free. Thanks Lou and team!

Audi Of Turnersville is the gift that keeps on giving when I bought my 2021 Honda Accord sports special edition from them not only was the price super high but I guess that was my fault. I should ve waited till the end of the year and got For $4000 cheaper. But onto good old Audi Of Turnersville so not even one month I would say two weeks of having the car home. It was my son homecoming and I was going to drive him to his dance in the rain and my car wouldn t start. so my mind went everywhere like oh the sensors wet yada yada yada turns out when Audi got the Honda. They never checked the battery and they sold me a dead battery so I called them and they put a brand new battery in this is why they are the gift that keeps on giving but then my remote starter died that battery was dead And hopefully least the most recent trip to get my oil changed, and tires rotated as I m having coffee after I dropped off my car, my phone rings and the mechanic says where is your key at? I say I gave you my keys. No your wheel key he says. I have no idea what that is OK well then we cannot rotate your tires. He says they looked in the trunk and the glove box no luck so I said fabulous now I have to drive all the way to Honda of Turnersville Because when I spoke to Allie from Audi Of Turnersville and I asked her how did you guys unlock my tires when you put your new tires on them but really when they swapped the rims out and put stock ones on there before I bought it, She was a little hesitant and then she said oh we took it to Honda Of Turnersville they have a universal there. Basically it s on my dime now I know sales are final but whatever happened to a car salesman and the customer this was my first car ever so I kinda expected a little more and then let s go back to the beginning of the story when I brought my car home after buying it, it wasn t detailed and I was fine with that because I wanted to bring it home. The guy said come back next week and will detail it so I did I picked it up, it doesn t even look like it was detailed maybe vacuumed but the trunk had sand in it. There was still old stickers on the car. And to think if I ever want to get an Audi after I m done paying off the car I have now I would never go back to that place, If you re looking for them to work with you on price, they will not if you re looking for them to get things right the first time they will not and then when you try to call the store, it takes quite a while to get a hold of somebody. I m not saying Aldi aren t beautiful fabulous cars but the crew at Audi Of Turnersville Made me feel like I wasn t that important to them. You know when people buy a car it s a milestone in their life and if you treat that person great why they re buying that car you will have business for a lifetime and then all the people that I would ve told and then go to social media and reviews but if this is your profession you re supposed to get your job done right the first time because now you got me thinking that you might never performed an oil change or put new air filters in. How do you miss a A dead battery? You see how the rims are totally two different colors don t display a car that you want to sell and then change it when I get there you should ve left the blackout rims.

I purchased a 2022 Q3 here and bought the extended coverage for the wheels and windshield. The insurer is an outside vendor but it's the one that this dealership offers when purchasing a vehicle. Sure enough, a stone cracked the windshield recently and I brought it into their service department. After Mike from service submitted the claim for me to the insurer, he was told that they won't cover an original Audi windshield because it's cost prohibitive. Needless to say, I was blown away and pretty upset. Mike said he was going to pursue it up the chain of command and would get back to me. Bottom line - Mike and Audi Turnersville advocated for me and got me the real deal! While all this was going on, I was driving the Audi loaner. Mike told me not to sweat it and to keep the loaner for however long it takes to get the work completed. This is why I go to Audi Turnersville for my vehicles and service. Top notch work and they treat you like a valued customer. Thanks Mike and team!

Lou and Jackie made my exoerience everything and more! They both went out of their way to help arrange the surprise purchase of my vehicle! They set up my car in a garage, added a big red bow on the hood and a Congrats Kevin sign in the window. I am still in shock and couldn t thank those two for all their help to make my dream come true! Absolute best experience ever!

Excellent service! Nice comfortable waiting area with coffee, water and snacks. Mechanics show you the service check via video to your phone. Check in and out is easy with signatures done electronically. Will only get service at this Audi dealer.

Audi Turnersville was great! Received an inspection video from my technician detailing the condition of my vehicle, as well as clear and prompt communication from my advisor on the status of my service. We just had the best experience at Audi of Turnersville buying our new Audi Q5!Lou Stomel, our salesman was friendly, knowledgeable,and helpful without ever being pushy. Went in to check out a vehicle and talked to Scott regarding coming back to make the deal and pick up the vehicle. We were told by him that he could make sure the vehicle was there until Thursday as long as we kept in touch and updated him. Due to working, coming in first thing Monday morning wasn t possible as it wouldn t be for many Long story short, vehicle sold and he failed to communicate that. We were already on our way down to the car dealer.. the least you could do is be honest and up front . Won t be back here.

Of all the mundane tasks we have to do as human beings, buying/leasing a car is one of the worst for me. That said, my most recent experience at Audi Turnersville was easy and seamless. I appreciate the efforts and assistance of my salesperson Lou Stomel and GM Jimmy Magee. If you're in the market for an Audi, you should make a point to visit this dealership.

I scheduled my IS5 for service at this dealership and there was a slight miscommunication regarding the original service I had requested online. Rebecca and the team here really went above and beyond to accommodate. Their mechanics made knowledgeable and appropriate suggestions which I felt confident in trusting. The experience here far surpassed my expectations! I felt like my time was important to the folks over at Audi Turnersville. I hope next time I see them -- it's for an upgrade rather than a service! On the first day of our vacation we had a flat on the Garden State Parkway and had to use the donut on our Audi A7.We called around and found that this Audi Dealership had the correctPirelli 255/40T20 101H MS. Although it was about 45 miles away we made it there and had them install it that afternoon. Great people and great service.Thank you
