If i can give this place a negative 1 i would. So I dropped my car off on Monday night called on Tuesday morning to check on the status of my car spoke with the so called manager Steve asked questions he said he drove the car and?! I gave Ken a list of things that was wrong with the car!" I was brushed off rushed off the phone he could not identify the problems that I was experiencing with my car All he told me was he will get back to me when I asked? A day two days a week a month he was not able to give me an answer to how long he will have my car. I do not recommend this shop for nothing! They don't answer the phone here. The phone just rings 15 to 20 times. It is not that busy here!! They better tell me something soon about my car!!!! I will not take my car here at all unprofessionalism at its finest!!! I have no choice. I hate it here.. If I don't here anything back from these people by Friday I will be reporting them to the BBB ASAP!!!

They helped me check the Honda Civic imma to purchase today. The inspection went very detailed and let us know if it s a good deal to get the car. Highly recommended, reasonable price and everything. Appreciate that.

I was referred by a friend. They replaced my water pump, and changed the plugs and wires. They did a good job, and alerted me to a bad tire situation.Fair pricing and work was well done.Misses the opportunity to upsell additional work (oil change and fuse holder replacement). 5 star service would have been to identify the issue, and offer the chance to get it fixed, like they did with the tire. Solid 4 Star review.Thank you gentleman

I went there so they can check my truck and I wanted to make an appointment to fix the service engine soon sings my truck got. but the person seating at the front counter lied to me he told me there is no one to check my truck and they don t have any available appointments and I saw when I was leaving the place there are 5 Mechanic just standing up there and talking to each other don t go there and waste your time.

Awesome service, nice waiting room, pro mechanics, friendly... I own three cars and for the last five years any and all services have been performed by this shop. It's impossible to find a good trustworthy shop these days, so glad I found these guys. I recommend everyone give them a go. You'll find like I, you won't be taking your car anywhere else but them.

I was looking for a new mechanic after mine retired. I need not look anymore. My daughter's car was having some issues. Kentworked to fix all problems while minimizing the price. He showed trustworthiness, great knowledge, and compassion. He really had her best interests in mind rather than only worrying about his bottom line. Thank you. We will be back.

absolutely pleased with Dia Auto Repair! Ken is great, Steve is great. Kudos to the mechanics he has working there, they are about their business. I've had cars in for brakes, rotors, alternator, battery, wiring issues, you name it. They are very knowledgeable, REASONABLEY priced and car is never not ready on time. Most repairs are same day. Recently took my sons car there after an accident. Needed radiator repair and there was damage to his hood and bumper. They gave us the price for the radiator repair,. We thought we would have to look for someone to do the hood and bumper. When we went to pick the car up the hood and bumper had also been repaired from the parts Ken took it upon himself (bonus) to look for and put on the car. The cosmetic damage was an additional cost, but also veeeerrrrry reasonable and way better of a deal then we could imagine.

great service and great prices!!! i brought my cars here a number of times, only had a problem 1x afterwards and i brought the car back and they fixed it immediately, apparently it was something minor, just a plug that came loose. 95% of the time my car is done within a few hours of bringing it, they get right to work. I will continue to use Dai Auto for my vehicle repairs :-)

Their quality service and expertise got my old Toyota Scion xB running super smooth on the roads again! The owner, Kent, is also a great, understanding, guy that made the whole experience hassle-free.

Dai Auto does a great job. They can fix anything and their prices are reasonable. If you go tell them Mark sent you! I've used Kent and Dai Auto for years, and fixed lots of cars there. I also refer tons of people there. They do great work.

Ken is the best mechanic hands down!! Very hard to find a honest mechanic. I have been taking my car to Ken for over 10 years. I even moved almost 2 hours from the area but still travel to have Dai Auto do all of my auto repair work!! I would recommend this shop 100%

Very great service every time i roll in kent the owner personally comes out and checks my vehicle out, which is great alot of mechanics act like they are to busy to talk to you at other places,he lets me know how much its going to be up front so its no hidden fees,and best of all after he fixes the problem ive never had an issue where i had to bring it back. I would highly recommend you bringing your car here especially if your on a budget.

Fair price and good prompt service. My 2013 Prius check fuel light turned on right after the dealer warranty expired. I took it to Dai Auto -refered by a friend , owner Kent was able to detect the problem while I was waiting in the clean, air conditioned waiting room. Friendly customer service.

I have known Kent and Steve for years. They have been servicing my vehicles for a very long time. No matter what the issue, make if car or difficulty if work they can handle it there at Dai Auto and Service Center. I bought my Lexus from Kent and I have never been happier with the care and upkeep they have given me over the last five years.

My 16-year-old Lexus SC430 has 160k on it. I had a huge repair estimate for various items from Lexus dealer. . Took the car to Kent of Dai Auto at the recommendations of two friends who have been his customers for 18 and 20 years, respectively.Kent case through, he did the safety-related repair: replace the front and back brake pads and rotors... my car was repaired in one day, and it s been running well since . I highly recommend Dai Auto for honest, reliable, reasonable and expert repair of your vehicles!

Good people and service. The kind of place you recommend to your friends and family.If you have a problem at DAI they will fix it. If you're the kind of person who EXPRESSES THEIR FRUSTRATION LIKE THIS ON THE INTERNET then I have a funny feeling that YOU might be the problem, not the company whose reputation you're attempting to ruin in such a cowardly fashion.I've had my vehicle repaired by these guys a couple times. Every concern I expressed was taken seriously and corrected if need be. They are reasonable, they care and charge fair prices. It's not their fault my car is a POS - but they go above and beyond to repair it and save me $$$ every time.

Kent (the owner) has been taking care 8f my 08 pt cruiser for a yr. He and his staff a caring and understand that money does not grow on trees. He has been servicing my family's cars for quite awhile.

Repair service is HORRIBLE! No communication! No correct diagnosis! It took over a month just to get started on my vehicle. Once told vehicle was completed - THEN - they decide to diagnose my vehicle (mind you I've already paid hundreds of dollars in advance) and tell me that the vehicle is UNREPAIRABLE! In addition, they even asked for additional monies for a vehicle that wasn't even drivable! This is unacceptable! I will be contacting the BBB and my local Attorney General Office to report fraud and unconscionable charges for services not performed. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

If you want to be talked down to and made to feel like you re stupid this is the place to go. I was referred to this shop by City Select to get it fixed to pass inspection. The check engine light is on because the gas cap needs to be replaced, and yes i have tried to tighten it myself. The guy at the desk talked to me like i didn t know what i was talking about. He checked the codes himself which is fine but came back telling me that the cap is loose and another reason my check engine light is on is because i had under a quarter tank of gas. All he did was clear the code and send me on my way saying to drive 60 miles and if the check engine light doesn t come back on to take it to inspection and if it does come back on he will have to investigate it further even though the code has been cleared a couple times before and the cap has been tightened and the check engine light always comes back on. And when it does come back on i will definitely not be coming back here.

Place is very unprofessional never installed parts that were paid for place is the biggest liers and very disrespectful the guy Steve is real iggnarant and needs to learn how to be a real manager first off yelling and cursing is not professional and also listening to rap music while customers are in waiting room. Place is very unprofessional and needs to be shut down I would never recommend this place for anyone. There dishonest and crooks. Also they like to leave bolts loose

I went to Dai Auto Repair for repair on my struts. he was very professional. he repaired my struts. but i was still hearing the banging noise. i took it back to him, he investigated the noise. it was my struts bearings. well, he told me that the strut plates are worn out, the keep moving around. he told me that he put extra bushings to keep it from moving around. but still i heard the noise. he had my car 3 times for the same noise. i decided to take it to another shop. well, the other shop informed me that, there were 2 different struts on my car, the bearings were just slapped on there with no order, the struts were wrong. the other shop told me that i needed a strut plate. well, it was suppose to be included with the repair that Dai did, but instead of telling me about it Dai niggerigged my struts. the other repair guy told me that the strut plate was unavailable, the guy told me that he would have to go to the car dealer for the part. instead of Kent telling me this, he niggerigged my strut. he put myself, my friends, my family in danger. i was so mad. i will never let him touch my car again. i did inform Kent about this situation, he told me to bring it back to him and he'll repair it. NO WAY. I just wasted $400 for nothing @ Dai Auto Repair... . I got someone else who took the time to explain the problem to me and seeking the much needed part for my car. SO. NO I will never go back to Dai Auto Repair.
