Highly recommend Valvoline. My only complaint about this location is it's physical location (entrance and exit westbound white horse Pike) worth the u turn though, if you got to. Staff is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and courteous. Always appreciate them.

Over all a ten for me. I appreciate it when I can ask questions. He DIDN'T get upset with me asking. He understood that I'm just trying to gain knowledge. On how to better maintain my vehicles maintenance. Patience

Arrived at 8am, someone within looked at me looked away then a 2nd employee.8:05 they still hadn't opened. Left and took my business to Jiffy Lube.

I drove up ready to battle. I thought they would be pushy sales guys. Trying to sell me everything under the sun. But I was pleasantly surprised Dan and the boys pulled my filter and topped off all my fluids. Then we're very thorough and let me know what I would need down the line. Never pushy or abrasive. This is my new go to stop.

Quick, convenient, but messy! Not only did the tech get oil on my fender, but after I questioned the mess, the tech barely wiped it clean more like just smeared rather than wiped clean. The numerous oil marks left by the hose they used to transfer oil into the engine that were on my front fender were also disappointing.I basically had to go home and clean my vehicle.Convenience comes with some issues, I guess.

The service techs at this location are always friendly, courteous, respectful, expedient and most importantly experts at their job. I can always rely on them for fast, but not rushed, service. I take all of my vehicles there and also refer others.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The 3 guys working on my car (Tyler, Jacob and Austin K) we're all kind and knowledgeable. They had me there maybe 20 minutes total. Will return.*Ohh and BONUS they give you a coupon for a free car was at a place a couple minutes down the road!!!

Quick and trustworthy.Went for an oil change there and the mechanic servicing my car recommended not changing my oil just yet since it was still pretty clean, even showed oil level and color in person to prove it.Came back after recommended miles and got oil change and free car wash coupon at posh.Noice.

Excellent customer service! I was greeted promptly and given an accurate wait time estimate. Lady that waited on me did an excellent job. She was very helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. It was nice not having to get out of my car in the rain to get my oil changed.

Did a fast oil change and noticed my serpentine belt was ready to go. Since Im on the turnpike every weekend they definitely saved me from a bigger problem down the road...literally

Very good experience, Steven was very helpful even showed me how some of my buttons worked on my car. They didn't even try to sell me extra stuff this time . Will be going back again.

It was a last minute type of oil change. My mechanic was out today, but I don't regret going to the Valvoline in Berlin, NJ. The workers are very professional, nice, well mannered, work as a team, checked my car out like most shops say they do, but don't. However, I've dealt with Elloit for the most awesome young man. I will be back next time and going to tell others about this specific location. The next couple times I ve returned Sam was the only one I ve been dealing with. He s the real MVP great guy and the personality just follow and very respectful. Honestly, I want him to only touch my vehicle because he really knows my car. Jose and Elliott were stand up guys. Got me and my family ready to take a long trip down to Florida which was greatly appreciated. Fast and great service anytime im up in the area and need a change these will be the guys. Highly recommended

First time here since they switched over from posh. Came for just an oil change. Chris was my attendant and was very friendly and explained all the details. He gave me options but was not pushy with any add ons. Service was quick <15 minutes and you stay in your car which is nice. Will definitely be back.

A little pricey, but we'll worth it. I had a full service check up , all completed in a timely manor. They were polite, respectful and speedy. Definitely recommend.

You want to be in and out? Like 15 mins in and out? Go here and get your oil changed and they offer coupons like 90 percent of the time. Stay in the car and relax while these fine people work on your car. What's better than that?

Very efficient service, BUT... Their $75 is $25 more than my just retired mechanic charged. Gotta shop around. Their reminder is to come back in 3,000 miles, while Subaru says 7,500 miles.

The men there are great very professional very respectful answers all your questions takes their time to make sure they get the job done and make sure that you are satisfied before you pull out they re on top of their paperwork documentations customer service everything I love them I recommend everyone go there.

Usually quick and easy. Got there 45 mins before closing jus to be told they couldn t change my oil. Dude said they did too many cars or some lame excuse and told me to come back Monday it s Saturday and I need an oil change lol not on monday. If I was there 5 mins before close I d understand but 45 mins is well more than enough time for them to service me. Guess I ll be finding a new oil change oil place.

I originally when in for an oil change with my dad. It happened, I paid, I went on. A few days later I noticed oil in my driveway so I went back to this shop and told them that and asking them to check if they put the rubber stopper back in before the bolt. They checked, said everything was fine and dismissed my claim. The next day more oil was in my driveway, my dad fed up with how they dismissed me the previous day took my car without me back. He said the same exact thing to check the stopper, and turns out they forgot to put a new one back on even though they charged me for it. It hurts to know if I didn t have my dad in my live that all the oil could ve drained out which would completely damage my engine. These workers do not take women s claims seriously, I advise against going here at all.

I usually do my own oil changes. But due to the chilly weather and work schedule I went here. Crew was great, a bit pricey and I dont like upsell.

Waited in line for 45 minutes just to find out my car was to low to go over the lip and I couldn't get the oil change done. I understand and they were nice about it but there should be a sign warning people so they don't have to wait an hour before they find out.

They are always helpful and it's really easy no stress. I would recommend it to anyone who doesnt feel like doing their own oil changes.
