The technicians were both personable and quick to help, they exchanged part of my pre-ordered items because I found what I picked wouldn't be the best thing that would work for our family. They even called the day before to confirm all parts were receved,, and they were ready for me for the installation of our hitch. They were also about $40 less then other locations to complete the installation, which to me was wonderful!

Even though I haven't moved my stuff into my 10x20 storage unit yet I wanted to give a shout out to Dan & Joe in the sales office. These guys are very helpful & they keep a beautifully clean facility. Great place, great people, all good here!

I came here to have a hitch installed on my car, and they did it in a timely, professional manner. They answered all my questions about towing capacity and weight tolerances. If I need to have a hitch installed on another vehicle, I'll be coming back.

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! After spending 43 minutes there to purchase two items for a total of $6.55 the manager Dan refused to help! His system did not work and so the employee took out his cell and put my card number in it himself . I was then charged twice (alerted from my bank instantly ) and the employee refused to give me my items. He said he was declined . I said there s NO way! I then asked to speak to his boss, Dan who on the phone tried to belittle me accusing me of not having funds. I asked to leave my info, license , anything to be able to pay first thing when they could reboot their system and he refused to help. I said I would wait right then for them to restart their system and the employee in store didn t have the password to do so and his own boss refused to give it to him. I then pleaded with the man look there s two pending charges I clearly paid and he still wouldn t give me my items! They are conartist!

Great Service on installing a hitch on my SUV. Giovanni was very personal. Hitch installation took less than 30 minutes to install. This Uhaul facility was very clean and I was able to sit and wait for my car to be done.

Vehicle was extremely dirty!!! I know COVID restrictions have been lifted on things if you are vaccinated they have not asked me if I was at vaccinated so how do we know what prior renter was or was not vaccinated I feel every vehicle should be wiped down regardless. And also try to do the app online to turn vehicle in and that was also unacceptable it was stating that I had more miles on the U-Haul after I used it then prior to pulling out of the lot oh yeah which took me a good amount of time trying to figure out why

Very friendly and helpful young gentleman with glasses working he was very informative and personable. This is the 3rd time i have used this site to rent a Uhaul and will continue to use them whenever i need to rent a truck\ van because I have always had a good experience.

Ivan was awesome... Companies need more people like him to not only help run their business but very polite and patient and went above and beyond for his customers .. I will be telling my friends who are moving to definitely come to this location!!!

Great storage facility with top notch employees who are not only friendly but knowledgeable about what they are doing. Overall just a great place to keep your personal things you don't have a place for!

Terrible service. Employees are rude and do not know what they are doing. It took them 3 weeks to figure out a hitch install and then they tried to overcharge me. Avoid this location at all costs.

Visiting with a friend to pick up uhaul. Very clean environment. Spacious parking lot which extremely important.
