So happy we came to Rocco s!! After a front collision, my entire front of my car needed major work - new bumper, fog light covers, headlight etc! Our insurance recommended Roccos. The entire experience was great! Everyone was kind & helpful! They got my car in less than a week after the accident, did an estimate, got the parts and repaired my car all within 2 weeks! When we picked it up, they even washed/cleaned it so it was clean & repaired! Work was solid- you can t even tell the entire front is new work. Paint matches great! So happy we came here! My experience with Rocco s Collision Repair Center has been a great experience. They have a great staff. The ladies in the front desk were very friendly, helpful and professional. The guys who worked on my repairs did an awesome job and I am very pleased with the results. They also cleaned my vehicle on the inside and washed my vehicle on the outside. I highly recommend this shop and you won t be disappointed!!!Thank You

I dropped my truck off at roccos for a inccedent involving another driver when he damaged my side veiw mirror on my vehicle. And they told me they would let me know when the repairs were all finished and when I could pick it up again. About 4 or 5 days later they told me the repair was done and that I could pick it back up, but when I got there I saw some minor damage on the replacement part and wasn't satisfied with the end result. They told me that was completely fine and said they can fix the issue. Two day later they called back and said that it's ready again and when I whent back to pick it up my truck looked just as new as the day I got it. Over all very satisfied with my whole experience with the company will recommend others to go there.

My car needed the back passenger window trim replaced due to broken window as well as a dent in same door removed. Both were completed well before the estimated dated of completion. I m very pleased with the job Rocco s did. My car remained 1 week after completion on the premises and was intact when picked up. Receptionist was very pleasant, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me with my needing to pick up the car a week after completion.I am recommending this shop to family and friends.Service: Body & Trim

STAY AS FAR FROM THIS REPAIR SHOP AS POSSIBLE. They're money hungry liars, who lack integrity. They over estimated the quote of the repairs on my car and pretty much reported it as a total loss to my insurance company, when in reality the damage done to the car does NOT warrant a total loss. When speaking to Rocco representatives, they were absolutely nasty and unprofessional. I will never again trust this shop, and make sure the truth is known about how they conduct business. AVOID THIS AUTO SHOP AT ALL COSTS.

Extremely disgusted with experience dealing with Rocco's collision. Paint work is horrible, dirt specs in the new paint, runs in the paint that they did nothing about. They verified condition of vehicle and that all lights worked and had me sign to verify; they broke the plug connector on my fog light during repair, told me well the car is old not our fault and walked away like they didn't want to be bothered. Vehicle should have been checked when bumper was replaced and the repair was completed but there is clearly no quality control here.The quality of work is subpar, the customer service is horrible. Would never come back here again. GEICO recommended this shop, will be following up negatively with GEICO as well. Don't come here you will regret it. They do not take care of your vehicle or put any effort into their work. Horrible shop. Even after redoing the subpar work it still looks horrible. Can see spots they tried to sand and polish out instead of repainting. It's a losing battle trying to get them to do it right. So much for GEICO "guaranteeing" the work.

I was recently rear ended and had my vehicle repaired at Rocco s. Initially, there was a miscommunication between myself, Rocco s, and the insurance company. Rocco s manager, Omar stepped in and really went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great experience. He advocated for me and was personable and professional. His customer service should be acknowledged. I am very appreciative of his efforts and I am happy with how things ended up. Omar did a great job and my vehicle looks great.

I wanted to share my experience with Rocco s Collision in Blackwood, NJ. After my insurance company provided me with a list of approved repair centers, I asked my father if he had any recommendations. He told me that this Rocco s location provided him with excellent service in the past. I called up the collision center and Joannie answered the phone. Not being familiar with the process, Joannie took the time to explain how Rocco s would handle my claim. She also told me what to expect from my insurance company. After I briefly explained the accident I was in, she told me to go back to my insurance representative and question why this claim was being assigned to my insurance policy. In the meantime, she kindly scheduled the appointment for my estimate. After my conversation with Joannie, I had a better understanding of what information I needed to provide and what questions to ask of my insurance company. My insurance company was able to determine that the other vehicle was at fault, and a new claim number was provided against the other person s insurance policy. Joannie greeted me when I dropped off my truck for the estimate appointment. She thoroughly explained the paperwork and did a walk-around of my vehicle to annotate the damage done in the accident. Her professionalism eased my anxiousness about leaving my vehicle anywhere for an unknown amount of time. Rocco s Collision provides constant updates through text messaging and phone calls. My Estimator was Natasha, and she called me about the progress they were making on the repairs. Natasha answered my questions, and also provided updates via text messaging. Upon picking up my vehicle, one of the Service Technicians (I didn t catch his name) pulled my truck up to the front of the building. Although our interaction was brief, he treated me with kindness and professionalism. Joannie walked me outside to check out the repairs made by Rocco s, and ensure I was satisfied by their work before I left. I tend to be particular about keeping my truck clean and well maintained. Rocco s Collision in Blackwood did not disappoint me with the quality of their work. I asked Joannie if she could provide me with the correct claim number so I could make sure Enterprise was using that one versus the old one. Not only did she provide me with the claim number; she called Enterprise and put me on the phone with the local representative. Thank you, Joannie, for the exceptional service that you provided from our initial phone call to the final pick up. I would highly recommend Rocco s Collision in Blackwood, and will use them again if the need arises.

Roccos is a nasty place.I don t leave reviews but I have to let others know to not bring their cars here.My car was claimed total by roccos when my repair was only $7k. Their labor was more at $8k! How can labor be more than repair? They are supposed to send the repair quote to insurance and let insurance claim is total or not, but when I got a copy of the statement of work, it was already sent to insurance stating its a total loss.They are rude, they don t care about people, they can care less about your car and just pick the easy way out to total a car, when it was drivable to their shop!Please, stay away from here if you don t want a total loss for absolutely no reason.

I had my 2019 Chevy Equinox repairs done at Rocco s Prospect Park location. Although we got off on a rocky start, I can truly say I am very satisfied and happy with the level of service. Rocco accommodated a deadline I was facing even though multiple parts needed to complete the repairs were on back order. Thank you Chantel, Samantha and Ken for your attentiveness. My repair was ready before expected which was a nice surprise. When there was an issue, Robin was more concerned then I was which shows the dedication and customer service she has to her clients. Robin was amazing from the day I dropped my car off to the day the repairs were completed. I cannot say enough about her warm, kind and compassionate nature!!!! Steve the manager was just as kind and warm with dedication to me as a client. Scott was also nice and kind to step away from his busy desk to assist. I must say it was a genuine pleasant experience at Rocco's... a sad situation is what brought me there but they made it a happy experience

Came in through insurance to get a bumper repaired. They fixed car in less than 7 days and had rear camera working with no issues. Excellent customer service and would recommend to a friend.

I was in a car accident in September and had some damage to the rear side of my vehicle. I originally contacted Toyota s collision center in October and it turned into a long drawn-out process of them getting the damage estimating, then forgetting to order my parts, then finally ordering my parts and when those came in they told me that the estimate was wrong and they needed to order a different part that was more expensive and I should maybe go through my insurance company instead. At this point it was almost January.I called my insurance company and they recommended that I go to Rocco s in Berlin to repair my vehicle instead. Both Rocco s and my insurance company communicated effectively so I was very pleased that when I dropped off my vehicle they already had my rental car ready on-site so I could quickly drop off my vehicle and leave. I dropped off my car on Monday, Jan 23rd, and they estimated it would be finished within 3 weeks by Feb 10th. I received a call and text only a week later that my vehicle was ready on January 30th. I was very pleased with how fast and efficient the process was.Service: Body & Trim

Would not recommend Rocco s Collision in Berlin, NJ. Two weeks ago we dropped off our vehicle for right fender repair. Was told, vehicle would be available for pickup by the end of the week (four days later). Apparently, they took the job without staff to complete the work; to be specific, No painters. Friday came and went. Monday morning, was promised that the vehicle would be ready for pickup at the latest on Wednesday . Wednesday came and went with No communication of any kind; multiple attempts calling them with no response and no return call to voice message left. So we went over and was told they had no staff to man the phone. We asked for our vehicle to be returned as is (we didn t have a rental). They advised us that they re taking our vehicle back now and it ll be ready for us tomorrow morning by 10 o clock . They did not call us until 5pm when they were closing soon. NOW, THAT SAID; we have done business with Rocco s Collision before, The shop in BLACKWOOD, NJ. (Three times to be exact). And we were very happy with the work done on our vehicles. I would definitely recommend the shop in Blackwood, but disappointed with the shop in Berlin. SO, when they setup an appointment for your vehicle, Make sure they have enough staff that week, or else you will be waiting a long time for your vehicle; ESPECIALLY IF YOU GET A RENTAL; they know you re in no rush for your car. This place has my car for like a month and a half. My car was still drivable after the accident. However, I was not given an option to keep my car until they had the parts, so then they could fix it then. I was catching Ubers for almost 3 weeks after, because my insurance company's rental was exhausted in time. They kept giving me the runaround of when my car was supposed to be done..... One day it was Wednesday, then Friday, then next Wednesday, then next Friday... OMG!!!!!! It was a nightmare and a very horrible experience. This was my first time doing business with them, and trust and believe it will definitely be my last, and I will also alert people that I know that may need this type of service, to never take it to them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Attempted to get my car repaired at this location and couldn't even get past the stage of signing the documents because the red haired lady at the front was just so incredibly rude. I quickly took my business to another company where I then was treated like a human. Absolutely spend your dollar elsewhere where they value customer service and the customer.

I live in the area, and had driven by the shop many many times but never had occasion to use them, so when GEICO sent me there I thought well I m going to find out finally what this place is like OMG! Was I ever surprised. I was treated like a welcome guest of VIP actually at first it was surreal but then I began to actually like the fact that it was not pulling teeth to get information out of them. The rental through Enterprise was already scheduled and when I turned around from signing the Roccos paperwork there was the Enterprise person with my car. And even working with less staff than usual due to vacations I guess and also coming off of the pandemic and supply chain issues these guys were amazing they explained that they would have to wait for some parts to come in so I settled in for the long-haul but my car was ready a week later maybe out little more like a day or two longer than a week I really didn t do the math but it was so quick and my first thought when I saw it parked in front of Rocco s when I went to pick the car up and turn my rental back in, my first thought was the car looks better than it did the day I picked it up at the dealership. And when you walked in and you were in the front taking care of any kind of business you never once felt like you were going into a dirty sweatshop type of situation your experience upfront from the moment you walk in the door is never lessened by too much auto repair noise in the background you know and trying to talk over car noises there was never that. Quality shop that takes probably the most pride in its work than any repair shop I have been to never were you made to feel like an inconvenience or an intrusion. I am hoping that I never have to see the business side of Rocco s collision ever again for obvious reasons, but if I would need the services of a collision shop there would be no question they would be my choice they are on my speed dial already.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
