Great workmanship and prices. Did my alignment on 1992 Mustang. Most places would not touch because it is lowered. Did it with an appointment and was in and out in last then an hour. Great people and place if you need work done. Highly recommend

I brought my '01 Wrangler in here to hopefully diagnose and repair the suspension and handling/steering issues I was having that my normal mechanic couldn't figure out. This shop was recommended to me by the Jeep community, so I was optimistic.While they were able to diagnose and give me a list of issues they found, they didn't seem to want to or care to repair the issues(one was that my rear track bar mounts were rusted, the guy suggested welding on some new mounts to the frame), when I asked him how much it would cost( I also told him I was aware the Jeep needed some costly work done to it) he then told me he "didn't have time" to address the repair needs for my Jeep.I don't think they're a bad shop(the replaced the repair main seal on my diff and did a good job), but it wasn't any service my basic mechanic around the corner couldnt provide. Wouldn't be so frustrating if I didn't travel 30 minutes out of my way for them to tell me what my mechanic around the corner could. Still have no idea who to go to to repair my jeeps suspension. Back to the drawing board I suppose.

This was by far the greatest auto repair service I ever had! First Rate set a new bar! I had this grinding and scraping sound when I would make left turns that were sharp enough, and it felt like I was driving over an old and hardened snow mound. That was pretty nerve-wracking, so I was bracing myself for some expensive, high end work that needed to be done. However, I was in there for less than an hour, just waiting to hear the extent of repairs needed to be done, when Chris came out and explained what was going on with pictures and videos from his smartphone; it was just a matter of a plastic flap from the fender well that came loose and was hitting the tire when turning left and just needed some easy reattachment. The best part though is that they were so kind and benevolent to not charge me for this! Like, I was even trying to tell Fawn, the receptionist, that I would be happy to pay a diagnostic fee, but they were not at all after my money and just asked that I come back for any future service/repairs. Oh I will be back! This business truly lives up to its name, First Rate! All the other reviews of honest service and reasonable cost are very true! Do yourself a favor and come here when your vehicle needs work! You'll be getting the best work possible and support a business that you would like to see more of in this world. You won't be able to resist leaving a glowing review!Just a know before you go, there is little signage on the road to find this place, so I found that a little difficult at first, but Google was correct in navigating me to where I needed to be, even though the building didn't look like an auto repair place to me at first. Just use your Google Navigation app to get here if it isn't intuitive to find it on your own.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Very happy with the service.Honest and great prices.The guy at the desk was friendly and professional. (forgot his name cause I only met him once and I'm bad at remembering names)And Jamie (I remember her name cause I talked to her on the phone a couple of times about the eta of repair, cost, and the reason for the issue) was friendly and professional too.Will be coming here from now on to get car repairs done. (and it's really close by. And I can get coffee and donuts next door)

THIS IS THE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR JEEP. Excellent at identifying the true issue, and then getting it fixed for a very reasonable price. I had taken my Jeep many places but multiple warning lights continued to come on despite costly repairs. First Rate Auto Repair figured it out the first try. It has been months now and my Jeep is running like brand new - such an improvement.

Ladies.. and Gentlemen, First Ladies, Finally Found a place where your respected, and will not be taken advantage of. He is honest and will tell you as it really is. Price, well Auto repair can cost, but I've seen So much Worst.Guys, same goes for you. He's a solid guy and good mechanic! I've Never given 5 Stars to a business like this. **Just moved, the address on here is New location!

I had an emergency...Stopped by First Rate Auto Repair because my convertible top wasn't operating. Not only did Chris O'Neildrop everything and come to my rescue, he was able to diagnose and get me on my way in time for my afternoon nap!!!First Rate Auto Repair is just that FIRST RATE!!!!Good to know who the GOOD GUYS are!!

I had to take my car here after my mechanic failed to look at my car that he had for almost a week and I was driving to Florida. I took my car to them on a Thursday before lunchtime and explained that my situation. Not only was a new customer but they made sure they fixed and repaired my car so that I could make the drive to Florida. Even with everything they had on the schedule they made my car is a priority I have since taken and another vehicle to them and plan on making them my shop
