Can anyone tell me if they ever got their title if you did purchase a car here from Jeff . I bought a car and Still waiting on title and all he keeps telling me is to wait , am checking on it I'll get back to , hold on still waiting. Just word of advice make sure you make your research before buying from someone you don't know and the only reason am leaving this is because I just read others went threw the same and since he is not giving a answer on my title maybe someone else can. This guy doesn't know how many life he has ruined even though to him it might seem a few dollars but to us it's money we worked hard for and maybe just took food away from our family.

The worst dealership ever, bought it paid in cash owner Jeff promised a new jeep top had been ordered just waiting for it to come in, 8 diffrent times traveled to get it fixed, and then puts a used top on it. And the 30 day warrenty has expired and now its having engine problems. We are now dealing with an attorney to get our money back. This place is the worst from the snotty little ignorant customer service girl to the shady owner, Who fudge paperwork to pad their pockets saying we never paid. Buyer beware this place is the worst of the worst. You have been warned!!!

Me and my boyfriend discovered this place through a post on Facebook. In the post the car was a 2005 Honda Odyssey with 151,000+ miles. When we got there the van had 227,000+ miles. That is a big difference. The maintenance light was on and the car had a leak. They did say they would fix everything that we found wrong with it. They made it seem like the car was 100% good to go.

Where do I start? I went to their other office in Pennsauken to purchase a car. I put a hold on a car so that they can fix it. Instead of fixing it, they lent it out as a loaner car. They let someone I don't know use my car! Are you kidding me? When I brought it to there attention, they blamed the customer. They also took my credit fard information, charged $250 amd gave the car to someone else. When I told them, they said there is nothing they can do about it.

Walked around for a half hour and nobody even said a word to me. The cars all all junk. There was an employee in the lot and I was the only one there I didnt even get a hello. I ended up just getting back in my car and leaving even though I wanted to look at 2 of the cars. Also the car they posted on Facebook as a new arrival with great pictures was in the corner stuffed to the ceiling with tires and broken car parts. I drove 40 minutes to see that car and it looked like it was just drug out of the dump. I wouldn't have minded if it wasnt posted 2 days prior with pristine pictures and a "new arrival come look" sentence in the description.

absolutely terrible I have been a businessman for many years if you want professionalism and good service please do me a favor don't go here they will sell you a very bad condition car and they won't listen to your needs please stay away from here the owner Jeff doesn't know how to handle a business if the cops have been called many times once again please I'm being very honest with everybody stay away

Do not buy from any one named Jeffrey S. Bobb or Chuck Arena, they are scammers. They are associated with Blue Auto Emporium, and Chad's Auto Repair.

Had bought car back because I was having problem with key in car and was resolvedBought a car here and took it for inspection and was told it had fake inspection sticker, this is the worst place to buy a car because they RIP you off. It has nothing but junk.

Whatever car that is purchased off this lot will need work done, good luck with getting the work done. Not to mention you will be fed lies and nonsense when doing so. Very unprofessional

THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. EVERY TIME I WAS THERE TO COMPLAIN THERE WERE ATLEAST 4-5 OTHER PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT FAULTS WITH THEIR CARS AS WELL. JEFF WILL TELL YOU ONE THING AND THEN DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. ON TWO OCCASSIONS HE TOLD ME TO DROP MY CAR OFF TO BE FIXED AND I WILL GET A DIFFERENT CAR TO DRIVE EHILE NY CAR WAS BEING FIXED BOTH TIMES HE DIDNT FOLLOW THROUGH AND I HAD TO WIND UP COMPLETELY CALLIJG OUT OF WORK. HORRIBLE PLACE AND DOES NOT DESERVE TO SELL CARS

Do not buy Jeff is a scammer and scammed plenty of people with horrible cars and rental apartments out Philadelphia!! Google him and read all about it in the newspaper
