It's been great experience for last 3 years buying to maintaining my Volvo with Prestige volvo teams.Compared to other dealerships Prestige Volvo service team stands out as they make sure customer is heard and validated, Jack has been very attentive and thorough in making sure any out of order noise in vehicle is thoroughly looked.I love that they are not pushy at all though they focus on resolutions at reasonable cost.

Klaus and the Service Department staff are phenomenal! From the valet, through the check in process to loaner to completion, everyone is helpful, courteous, and accommodating. I would recommend Klaus and his team without reservation! Thanks, Prestige Volvo, for making my service experience stellar!

Jack B was the service advisor. Very courteous and professional staff. Just needed to install the front license plate on my electric car. Quick in and out. My first experience with the service center was a very positive one. Will stop by again and again for all my service needs.

The experience was very pleasant from the moment I arrived at the service door and ur service advisor Jack Boyadjian and his professional manner along with timely service was great. Made an appointment literally weeks in advance. I get here and they're telling me 2 hrs for a simple oil change. No loaners are available of course. Those are "reserved" There are places that will do an oil change faster if you walk in off the street. What's the point of an appointment?And they don't mind making you wait in line while they have inane banter with ppl, holding up the whole line for no reason. No sense of urgency whatsoever.Two thumbs down. Will not come to this service center again.

Made appointment for regular service. Shuttle service was available to take me home and then pick me up again to get car back.No waiting there and no waiting for loaner, very smooth experience.
