I wanted to change my single pipe exhaust into twin pipe for months. However, the problem was finding the right shop for the job. I took my car here, thinking this project would take days or it'll be too difficult. They proved me wrong by finishing in a mere hour, as well as perfecting in changing my single pipe exhaust into twin pipe. I highly recommend this shop for any wanting a custom exhaust on your vehicle.

Outstanding service at Prestige Mufflers! Brought in my car for repairs, and the team was incredibly professional and efficient. Tbh these guys are phenomenal. They talk to you with the upmost respect and they treat you and your property like family. Constantly jumping from new mechanics shops has always been an issue for me and never ends good but I know I am always in good hands when I stop at Prestige Mufflers! Went to the shop to get my oxygen sensor replaced, and I was pleasantly surprised by the stellar service and overall friendliness of the shop s employees. Mr. Rida, the owner of the shop, provided me with fair pricing for the repairs on my vehicle, and with expert opinions. I strongly recommend that if you re looking for exhaust specialists to do any work on your system, you pay this shop a visit!

Rida and his crew has done it again! I've brought 3 ( Porsche, Mustang and Audi A5 )vehicles to Prestige Muffler now and yet again, the work was perfect and the price? Beyond fair. You CAN NOT mess with this shop. Awesome family owned/operated shop. If Rida makes a recommendation, take it. The man knows what he's doing. Fair price based on time it took. I had an exhaust leak that the the dealer said would be expensive to fix and maybe I should just sell the car. It was a specialty gasket that I had to buy from the dealer anyways (or wait a week for delivery from supply house). I feel like they were not trying to take advantage. The mechanics Jimmy and Rolan spoke with me and clearly described the issue as well as how long it would take to repair. The owner treated me respectfully.

I had a broken stud on an exhaust manifold on a Ford van. Tried to do it myself, got the manifold off but two more studs broke. After trying everything to remove the broken studs gave up and took it to Prestige. They also had a bit of trouble and it took a lot more time than either of us expected. They took good care of the van at a reasonable price. I will go to them first next time!

William inspected my exhaust system. Showed me that my exhaust system was fine. Very honest with his recommendations. Another shop told me expensive repairs needed to be done. Or my exhaust system would break down.

I went there for replacing the resonator and two mufflers for my 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GT on Sept. 2019. They cut the original resonator both end and then welded the new resonator to the pipe and the catalytic converter. Again no brackets and bolts attached to the catalytic converter. The mufflers & resonator they installed does not match with the OEM and they also cut the aluminum exhaust tips too short. After they pulled out the car I noticed the mufflers were hanging down too low and the exhaust tips were too far in because they cut too short and completely misaligned. I had them to raise the mufflers and position the tips. It rides very nice and quiet. When the pandemic hit last year I hardly drove my car and last month there were leaking between the resonator and the catalytic converter and one of the exhaust tip fell off because they welded too much to the steel mufflers in which not supposed to. So the parts lasted about 4,000 mi. Overall I paid them $800 for the Non-OEM resonator and two mufflers and the rest of the existing rusted pipes were left alone. My car didn t look that good. So this month I went ahead ordered new stainless steel muffler kits which comes with resonators, pipes and mufflers and I also order chrome dual exhaust tips on eBay Auto part. The parts cost me $460 and I had the local mechanic replaced the parts and so I paid the labor $185. Altogether I paid $645. Now I m very impressed with my 00 Pontiac GP because they look exactly the same from the OEM and it rides beautifully. I would be careful going there and ask them for specific parts before you waste money. I would not go back there again. Good luck.Service: Exhaust

Went in to get my resonator deleted, I needed an X pipe for my s7 so I spoke with either the owner or the manager whom ever was in charge that day and asked him multiple times if they have the tools needed and an x pipe available. I was reassured not to worry we are professionals we will get it done. When asked for the price he told me it was $600.00 to get a resonator deleted... ultimately I didn't want to keep shopping around I just wanted it to get done and leave, so we agreed on $500.00 if I left a 5 start review. I found the price was way too high but he ensured me it was because of the type of work needed. They start cutting the resonator off with out measuring anything. Nothing was put in place to catch the resonator, in fact the tech there let the resonator slam on the floor from a 6 foot drop or so since the car was lifted. After they finish banging my exhaust into place they bring the car down and the exhaust tips are completely misaligned. I told them about it and their solution is to cut the exhaust tips... Now I was starting to get annoyed because why would we cut at another location to fix what they started in the resonator area. They ended up cutting a second location behind the muffler. I was just happy to leave. The car turned on sounded good, for about 2 days. then the EPC light turned on I ended up going to another shop because I didn't think coming back to this shop would have solved anything. So here I am updating my review because now I've ended up paying twice for the exhaust because the shop insisted they new what they were doing but did a job I could have done in my back yard with a welding starter kit. Would not recommend, anyone get any work done here.Service: Exhaust

I called today spoke with Mr. Rida asked him how much for a muffler delete and when is the best time for me to come in, immediately he said to come in around 2:30 so i did and i was done within an hour and a half. Not only he hooked me up by doin it today he also hooked me up with a fair price. The sound of my 986 is phenomenal. Thanks to Mr. Rida and his crew. Simply the best !!!Service: Exhaust

I got my resonator removed on my Mk7 GTI and had a good experience. Very timely and sounds amazing, no problems with the welding so far and the mechanics were friendly. Be the judge yourself on their welding, I personally think they did satisfactoryService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

The price was on a high side I think but they were ready to do the repairs right away and I decided to go for it rather than spend more time of shopping around. My car had a problem with the exhaust system where the pipe connecting the resonator and muffler disconnected due to rust on the bolts. They fixed the problem by welding a pipe in between and the cost was reasonable. They were quick and efficient! Would recommend this place to anyone.

I brought my car here to get an aftermarket exhaust put in, they did a great job and got it done quickly. Owner and employees were super nice and talkative. The exhaust sounds incredible and if google would let us I would post the sound clip.

Needed my resonator removed from my 340, but every shop i brought it to was not comfortable doing it due to the piping being oval. The owner was super friendly, and said they would be able to do it. Went there to see what options I had to replace my exhaust. The owner asked me what I wanted to accomplish and he then suggested a less expensive way to do the job. i went to prestige mufflers to get a muffler delete and they did a really superb job! the noise increase on my car was really nice but not too much to the point where it s obnoxious. The mechanics are very professional/time efficient and the owner is extremely comforting. He makes sure you choose the best decision to best suit your car and is all about customer satisfaction. The owner are very kind he saw me am already desperate and very tense because ni just started my new job and it s really hard with out ur transportation. my first paycheck just went to mufler and catalytic converter and his very kind to gave me a very reasonable price for modifications and installation and guess what am short of money and hr told me to come back on monday to pay the whole amount .can you imagine how he trusted me what a very nice person and he gave a extended warranty for the muffler just incase something happen and the mechanics are very professional definitely i will gave them 5 star rating definitely am coming back The owner of Pristege sir u are amazing and a wonderful person more power to ur companyService: Exhaust

They installed my brothers muffler charged $275 and was told that if there is any problem to bring it back and we will fix it (warranty). Muffler was installed so low that it got scraped (brand new)because it was hitting the ground. My brother took the car back but was told he will be charged another $200 to straighten the muffler so it wont hit the ground. They should have known in the beginning when they first installed the muffler that it was so low that it will hit the ground but the owner re-assured my brother that if there is any problem to bring it back because of the warranty. So if it is under warranty why get charge again? So pls watch out.Service: Exhaust

Rida was really easy to talk to. Quite a fast transaction. Was charged $520 for putting in my aftermarket resonator, deleting the muffler, and replacing the cut off pipes to 2.5" from stock 2" piping. Took around an hour or more, which wasn't bad. Only issue is that the tips that I brought in wasn't parallel to the car and I only noticed when I got home.Service: Exhaust
