I came in for tire replacement and alignment. I was greeted and taken care of by someone who inspected my car and recommended in addition to flush and change brake and steering fluid and replace under control arms for a much higher budget than I planned on that day. I asked to just do what I came for which wasn't cheap either. I was assured that there is a three month warranty on the alignment so after I replace them they will align again for free. The next week I went to replace the control arms by my regular mechanic (for 100$ less than I was quoted at Mavis) and came back for the alignment (it was exactly 1 week later). The guy at the shop said he couldn't do alignment because my back rods are too rusty. He showed us and we inspected and it was indeed rusty. This did not happen in 7 days which probably means that the alignment wasn't done the week before or not done properly. This is unprofessional and we left upset and with zero faith in this place with the feeling that they are just trying to make money off us when simple procedures are turned into big things and when we are charged for things that haven't been done properly. How could we have been charged for alignment when a week later the same place tells us alignment isn't possible? Fishy and dishonest and they take advantage of people who look like they don't understand make sure you get what you pay for. To make things worse a week later my car is completely off and veering in one way and my mechanic said it is because alignment wasn't done properly!!!! Stay away

The Manager, Alex, was very helpful when it came to the services needed for my vehicle. He gave me the best price compared to these other local guys. Definitely will come back if I need any additional services.

Much appreciated service this morning. Needed a tire looked at and they were able to patch it for me free of charge. Can t thank the Manager and the staff enough for there quick assistance and courtesy which is unheard of now and days. Thankful for stopping by and will be back in the future!

Went in for an oil change and to get my brakes checked. Was given the best price and hooked up with the best rebates from associate Elvis C. Wasn t pushed into buying anything I didn t need or want.

High level of professionalism, Punctuality and politeness that is not experienced nowadays. I reached the center 10mins ahead of closure when they were working on 3 cars already. Politely asked me come next morning, I did that and was served promptly (though there was wait, they were accurate about it). Angel n Alex are upfront and professional

Definitely recommend! I visited this store a couple of weeks ago as I needed an oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid flush and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The guy that helped me, Carlos (I believe he's the manager), was very professional and polite and had my vehicle taken care of in no time. I also had a couple a questions and he was able to answer them on the spot and seemed happy to do so as well - great customer service!

I sincerely recommend this location for all of your tire needs. This review is solely based this on the service provided by the manager. My tire was completely flat to the point where I had to get air just to make it to the shop. It was completely packed and about close. The manager assessed my situation and determined that even though including me into rotation would put them grossly outside of their closing time, that there was no way he could let me leave in my current condition.The manager placed customer satisfaction over everything else and in this day in age, when every place is doing more with less, as well as making sure that they close on time, he went out of his way to make sure that he solidified a returning customer. Not only will I return, but I plan to be an ongoing advertisement for this location.

Very good service. I showed up with a flat tire. Alex and Andrew were very friendly and helpful and explained the cost of a new tire or patch up. They could have told me anything and I wouldn't have known the difference, but they were honest and told me it was a small nail and the tire could be salvaged. Would highly recommend them.

This place is great! They really go out of their way to help you out with pricing and service and in a timely fashion. Alex was so accommodating and a pleasure to talk to. My new go to place for tires and car service.

My experience was really enjoyable. The whole team, especially Diego and Humberto was very kind and professional. Whenever you require auto repair or maintenance, I advise you to take your vehicle to Mavis. They are highly competent and are willing to work with you to help you maintaining your car on great condition.Visit them if you can. You won t regret it

Carlos and the whole team at this Mavis location were tremendous. We came in about a 90 minutes before they closed with a flat tire - they were able to fix it for us and get it back on the vehicle in no time. I thought they would turn us away - but Carlos took care of everything right away and went above and beyond. Thank you!

Carlos and mechanic team at this Mavis location are the best! Their work is fast, efficient, and fairly priced. They consistently exceed expectations with their service. I highly recommend them and wouldn't think of using any other tire place.

Alex behind the counter was very nice and professional helped me understand my options in detail and gave me great pricing on brakes way better compared to other shops in the area!! Definitely recommend you talk to Alex very well spoken

My girlfriend needed some new front rubber so we drove to this Mavis service shop on a Sunday. Not many shops are open Sundays but these guys were. On top of that, Angel and Alex gave us an amazingly stupendous deal on a brand new tire. It was an exceptional experience and she was happy with everything. Happy future wife, happy life. We'll be back for more rubber down the road!

Carlos at Mavis was one of the nicest and helpful employees I have ever dealt with. Was able to get my truck tires and rim fixed within 1 day and get me back on the road. Highly recommend for anyone who needs tires or general maintenance on their vehicle

Great place , I stopped by today for a nail in one of my tires , I knew my brakes and rotors were due and I asked for a quote , not only the manager was attentive to my request but he also provided very competitive price for the job and was able to do the 4 brakes and rotors in an hour - happy customer here and I will be back for sure , I got 3 cars in my household and they def get my business in the near future - thank you to the Mavis team , you rock guys

Came to this Mavis yesterday got helped with my car manager Elvis helped me out and was amazing! My tire indicator light was on and I thought it was due to air but my sensors are bad ! Besides Elvis checking this out he also showed me what was going on with my vehicle! He guided me thru the steps for repair, quote and even got me a financial help with a MAVIS CREDIT CARD! Definitely will be coming back to get my repairs done !
