It s been 6 months since I purchased my car from here and I haven t had any issues with it this far. So, I would like to thank the Bergenfield Auto Mall staff for their service and support throughout this entire process. They were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. One can truly recommend!

I made an appointment for a GL550.They say that everything is perfect on the car but there was not.The car was painted, with many dents and crashed before.When I ask the owner, why did you not tell me before for these issues, his answer is: "you should know that this is an used car"So prepare for your bitter experience if you buy from this dealer, or escape the troubles.

Bergenfield Auto Mall has definetely the best warranty and after-sale service that can be found.I ve purchased many cars over the years, and frankly I was almost always nervous about chosing a pre-owned vehicle dealership.Fortunately, Bergenfield Auto Mall change that perception about the experience of buying a used car dealer.The owner is the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. He is is extremely patient through the entire purchase.He was fast to answer all my questions and really went above and beyond to secure our desired car and ensure top quality.But it is their after-sales service that makes sure products and services met and surpassed my expectations.Their excellent customer service made the entire experience a pleasure and because of this, I highly recommend Bergenfield Auto Mall.I will definitely go back the next time we need a used car.I love my new ride and its so reliable. Stay away!Sleazy owner. Claims his mechanic inspects the car etc, in reality hoping engine wouldn't break within 30 days. Any other issues ( board computer, shock absorbers, tires, brakes) they never inspected. I don't know how guys like this stay in businessOwner response is a lie againThey gave me $1,500 after mechanical inspection.I am upset because I expect respect for my hard earned money. Not some scam artist selling lemons and getting away with it

Just bought a car from them. Mary was who helped me through the loan process, she is awesome. I made a mistake buying a car without doing a road test because I didn't ask for it so when I got the car find out about a noise, is not a big deal but it was my fault. I'll be updating my comment if something bad happens to my car in a short time but in the meantime I'm pleased.

I had a great experience with the dealership. Normally, I hate buying cars at dealerships, but this place they treated me with respect and the owner was very professional and tries to help you out. I would recommend this place.

5 star all the way, from the minute we stepped foot on the car lot, you could feel/sense how down to earth the place was. Then we met Mary and her dad and they were both very genuine and down to earth, they answered all our questions, and most importantly stepped away and gave you time to digest the information and not influence your decision either way. They put us at ease and even told.us to go home and think about it over night before making the final decision.As the sign says when you enter their office "enter as strangers, leave as friends" this really describes the kind of place this is.Strongly recommend stopping by, they have a great selection of cars at a fair price, and most importantly a friendly disposition.Thank you again for making this a wonderful buying experience.Joe & Joey

My husband drove over 4 hours after scheduling an appointment to test drive and purchase a truck. When he arrived he was originally told someone paid them the night before (Thursday) a deposit. However when he spoke with them again there story changed and he said they actually received a deposit on Tuesday and it s first come first serve. So from Tuesday until Friday they left the car on their site and allowed customers to think the vehicle was available and it wasn t. All for the dealer to also mention they haven t even heard from the people that paid the deposit that is not first come first serve. Either the truck is available or not and if they had no intention on selling it they should have removed it from the website. It was a complete waste of our time, gas and to be honest very unprofessional as a dealer. Would not recommend. Mind you we had a certified check in hand ready to purchase!

Bergenfield Auto Mall is the best used car dealership around. They have a huge selection of different brands and models. I ve bought two vehicles from this place and have nothing but good things to say. From the staff to the vehicles. Tamir and his team are very professional and honest people. I ve been to dealerships where I ve felt like I m being rushed or pushed into a sale and I ve never had this happen here. They make sure your happy and satisfied with the vehicle you desire. I will certainly buy here again!

When I came in to Bergenfield Auto Mall looking for a vehicle I wasn't sure what to expect. At first I was a little skeptical because of past experiences with car dealerships, but I came to realize not all car dealerships are the same. They have really good customer service and do not advertise false prices. Luis the sales person answer all my questions and even took the time to go on a test drive with me, then I went to Mary who did my finance. She went above and beyond to get me the lowest rate possible even though my credit was not the best. They made the process of purchasing the car fast and easy without leaving any of my questions unanswered. I bought the car about a month ago and I said let me wait to write a review so that I can drive and check the car. The car is running very good and my mechanic tells me its in really good condition. I am really impressed with my whole experience with the dealership. Thank you so much guys!

I m so very impressed with Bergenfield Auto. Tamir was helpful, professional and kept his word. We had a issue with the car, and he did what he had promised. My husband and i will definitely return to purchase our next car here. I highly recommend!

Let me see, where do I begin.Was looking for a larger vehicle back in July 2021 for my large family and to help with a move out of state. Came in after seeing and reaching out about a online advertisement they posted. Overall rating were good, so I felt comfortable going in. Sales guy was meekish and not talkative which was different. Spoke to owners wife afterwards to hash out a deal. She was bubbly and sweat, then her daughter took over with paperwork. Everything seemed, good. But as I was driving away we could see the daughter watching us driving away with a concerned look. Should've taken that a sign of things to come.After driving 1 day, check engine light comes on. Day 2 strong smell of gas when near the vehicle when on or off. Contact them about issues, they send me to repair guy named Saul almost 30 minutes from thier location. He checks claims nothing wrong and resets the check engine light. When I pressed for him to look further he exclaims 'they don't pay me for these inspections, so I can't spend time on it.'I needed to move in less than a week. Spoke to Bergen again said they would repair whatever engine issues. Moving day, car stalled out twice. Mind you I'm moving 8 hours away, very scary to stall out on the interstate. During the move, gas smell is filling the cabin, dome lights are not functional, water pooling up in head light. Needless to say I'm passed.I take it to a local dealership for repairs. $4300 to fix it. Did Bergen mall pay? No. Then I ask them to give me my money back and take the car. Claim, oh its past 30 days, offered me a price $4000 less than I paid. Tried filing lemon law claim, but vehicle is just over 100k miles, so not possible. So now I'm stuck with malctioning vehicle that still smells of gas and dome lights work when they want to.Buyer beware! Avoid this place at all cost. Or you may be bleeding money like me on my vehicle.My reply: when I returned the same day, I returned for the headlights, not the dime lights. Also, the check engine light was on when I went to your mechanic. He reset the light, which is likely what you did when I went to purchase the car. That's a sleazy and dishonest practice. You want to make it right by me. Pay my repair bill. Since it was all items that should've been done prior to the vehicle being put up for sale.

I purchased a 12 year old Lexus ES 350 from here today (2009 model) . The staff was very professional and polite both on the phone and in person. The car was exactly as advertised and they processed my sale quickly. In short best used car dealer experience I have had in NJ ever. Highest recommendation.

I never had such an amazing experience buying a car. They treat you like family. You will feel so welcome as soon as you enter the dealership! They have great vehicles and they are honest about each detail of every vehicle. I just got a chevy Trax from them. Very low mileage and only 3 years old and only one previous owner. The girl that helped me her name was Mary and she was so sweet and extremely accommodating! The owner is very down to earth and will tell you the truth about every vehicle. They are absolutely not about the money...but about customer service . They truly care about you and the right vehicle you drive off in. I deff recomend this place. I absolutely love my SUV!!!

Great customer service and very helpful. Did everything to help get into my new vehicle. Gave me options on loans, and even took the time to have the vehicle taken to my mechanic to have it checked out. Appreciate you guys and lady.

Sales experience was about average. Where the score drops is customer service: good from some employees and very pushy from others, on top of some bold faced lies. Wish I would have read Greg's review before I came here.I've used a different name, as I usually don't like to badmouth local businesses from my town. Notice that the owner is very charming in positive reviews. On the negative reviews, if you dare to critique anything, all you get is a sarcastic "apology."

THE GREATEST DEALERSHIP IN THE TRI-STATE. I have never experienced such an amazing customer service and genuine hospitality from a car dealership my 15+ years in Jersey. I highly recommend the sales agent Mary, she will fight tooth and nail for you to get you the best rate on a financed vehicle and is the nicest sales agent I've ever met in the industry!! Talking about putting the clients first, I highly recommend Mary!!!

Extremely professional and nice. Even during this pandemic, they treated us with respect and made sure everything was sanitized. My mom drove off of the lot with her Nissan Rogue with a smile! Thank you guys for assisting with her happiness!

Bought a 2013 Kia Sorento EX AWD from Bergenfield Auto Mall. Car is in great condition. I was allowed to test drive with no problem. Fair price. Dealership experience was great! No pushy salesman that s what I liked best!

Family member had a horrible experience there. He was ready to purchase a car. The dealership told him to get the insurance on the car and he did. The sales rep was set to arrive at noon so they told him to come back to sign the paperwork and when he did they told him someone put a deposit down on the car and it was sold. Very horrible customer service! Do not waste your time at this dealership! They have no value in what they say!

Mary and the rest of the team at Bergenfield auto mall were nothing short of amazing ! They made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable . They are extremely trustworthy and transparent with the way they do business which is a big relief for any customer . I would recommend them to anyone and everyone and they will always have a customer in me !
