Excellent experience! I went this morning for a wiper blade, the person looked for the replacement, found it and installed for me in a few minutes. All with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. I highly recommend this store and the staff.

Amazing Experience! Trips to any mechanic shop is not always a fun experience for women. I will say the employees treated me with the utmost respect and considerate service. Very knowledgeable and welcoming. I would definitely come back again and recommend all my friends as well!

Was a pleasure stopping by this place I stopped here to have a car looked at. They lifted up my hood and stuck their computer inside of my vehicle. They were super helpful to go ahead and give me a free explanation and ran the computer for me. They were so helpful and even showed me where the wiper fluid went.

I called the Bergenfield AutoZone store in the afternoon to see if they had a lightbulb replacement for my car's front headlight, and asked if they had someone who could install it. The person I spoke to said they did have the bulb, and they could do the installation, at no charge. When I got to the store later that day, the person behind the counter said they were no longer permitted to do installation, due to the risk of being sued. He had no idea why an employee would say they could do installation when they no longer could.

I went to get my battery replaced. The whole staff are so helpful and friendly. I really loved their teamwork and the excellent customer service they provided. I highly recommend this place.

This auto-zone location never fails to disappoint me. Every time I order something online for pickup they never have it the day it s supposed to be available. I called the store and the employee told me that yes it was available to pick up. I went to the store and they tell me it s not ready after I had JUST got off the phone with the employee. The employee then blamed me for coming even though the female employee on the phone said it was ready. Super unprofessional and messy. The only reason why I continue to come to this location is because it is conveniently close to me.

Staff tended to my dead battery quickly and replaced the battery and said they checked the alternator. An hour and a half later my car was dead again - Apparently they did not check the alternator properly. I limped my way back to a different AutoZone and they diagnosed the dead alternator. - The second place had a different device to check the battery/alternator and seemed to be more knowledgeable. I could've avoided being stranded if the first AutoZone checked the alternator properly

John and Francis is exceptional. They helped me with my headlights late at night close to closing. I can't be more grateful to them both. They are caring, and knowledgeable. They helped me when they didn't need to. They could've told me they were closing, but they saw that l was desperate. I didn't want to drive when it was so dark with only one headlight. I would've gotten pulled over. I thank them both so much for their kindness and willingness. They went all out looking for the right bulb for my car, which was not easy to match. They are the best. If you need any help with your car, you better go to Autozone in Englewood. They will explain to you in detail what you need to get, the reason why, and how to get it done. They will do it for you if they can on the spot! Don't waste your money on mechanics that will charge you an arm and a leg just for checking out your car. Don't get a false diagnostic. Go to these guys first! They're blessed!

Today July 17 20023, I went to get my back brakes from Auto Zone in Bergenfield where I usually most of the time, the brakes are supposed to be life time means you return the old one and you get your money back or credit but, this time i got denied Jay told me the brakes were warned out, please explain what's the meaning of Life Time, Auto Zone just lost a customer

I found it pretty sad that they charge double in the store and on website 1/2 the price and alot of guys working but took a long time. Never Again. .

I usually come here all the time and this one guy is always nice helps me puts oils in my car. Today I came the guys who usually is nice and help wasn t there today, I feel like the employees was being racist towards me I ask for them to help put oils in my car they lied saying they don t do it anymore but I see them doing it for someone else. I mean if you don t do it is one thing but to lie because you don t want to do it for me isn t right. Don t pick and choose treat everyone fair I feel like the employees was being lazy and trying to make up any excuse not to help me. Definitely wasn t happy at all!!! shouldn t be treating customers this way.

Worst experience ever in any of auto zone store putting kids in front line doesnt know anything about the systems they work onDoesnt know how to install a batteryHad to wait 2hrs and had to install it by myself at the end

I came in because my car kept shutting off and Salim approached me and asked if I needed help. From start to finish he was completely professional and amazing. I recommend everyone comes to this location! Great manager !

I visited the place and the manager on duty treated me very rudely, I asked him if they could verify how much oil was missing, and then buy the necessary amount. He replied that they were not a service center, and that because I went at that time, it was 8:15 pm, to ask that they had to do other things and the store still needed to be cleaned. I think it was a very rude deal, I told him that if he wanted me to go to another place to buy because I came here because they closed at 10:00 pm

Very helpful staff. I went in for wipers for two different vehicles. They looked up the ones I needed, handed me a printout and walked me over to the isle. I picked what I thought I needed, and still got it wrong. They corrected my mistake without any hesitation. Great customer service.

I was recently in there and encounter the worse store manager ever. She was completely unprofessional and I could not understand her. All she ever gave me was attitude. Would never set foot in that store again. I hope they train her better she lacks compassion towards the customers. I even saw her be rude to other customers. Luckily I was able to see her name tag Martha S. Again worse store manager and did not know her job at all. They need to change that store manager if they ever want business again.

I was just there 20 minutes ago and a lovely male employee replaced the headlights in my Ford Edge. I didn t get his name, but he couldn t have been nicer. I wasn t expecting the service and figured I would have to change them on my own. I appreciate him taking the time in the cold to help me out and I regret not having cash on me or I would have offered him a tip.

PROS: This is usually my go-to auto store simply cause it's the closest one around. They have your basic stuff on inventory and a staff that's knowledgable about what you're looking for. A good amount of parking since it sits in a shopping center and very clean insideCONS: I've had countless encounters with the staff there where they just don't seem like they want to be there. Some are fine, but others give off an i don't care attitudeOVERALL: As long as you keep to yourself and you know what you're looking for I suggest making a stop in here

I went there for help with my windshield wipers and the service was excellent! The staff was helpful, and they even helped me put the new wipers on. 10/10 recommend! I will definitely be going there for on now!

They lock their doors 15mins before closing even when the store is empty/not busy. I rushed there after work one evening for a quick purchase to find the doors locked several minutes before closing time, and the store clerks just stood around inside, idling & ignoring me. I was forced to take my business to elsewhere.
