I can t stress enough how great this store overall is!! I walked in stressed and not really knowing what specific items to purchase and Peter (who was incredibly professional) expertly gave me guidance. With a bit of his kindness added I was able to solve my problem and continue my day stress free. I m definitely coming back with all my car needs.

Well stocked and they can always get what you need. If I had any complaints about this location is it needs a refresh. It's dark and gloomy and feels like a mechanics shop from the early 80's. Maybe that's a good thing?

Helpful and friendly staff, they answered my call before I went over. Thoroughly explained my battery warranty.The guy before me in line had a 20% coupon expiring thay day, and he gave it to me when he saw what I was buying. Felt the love. The staff was cool enough to let me use it too =)I've been going to this specific Advance Auto Parts for years since it was closest to me, often used their online deals and picked up in store. Hope they continue to stick around.

Amazing people- came in with rubbish totes just looking for air, and they did everything they could to even replace my tire in what I could afford. Wonderful service

Customer Service is at a LOW TIME LOW!I called to see if they had a part for my car, and this older gentleman looked it up in the computer..and said, "Yes, we have it." I asked him to put to the side that I will be on my way withing the hour.. he assured me they had it and he would put it to the side...I get there... and the older gentleman started to look for my part in aisles.. and couldn't find it.. what a waste of time...

It was one of the worst experiences. I came at 6 pm to check my car battery and he simply told its too late for today while their store closes at 8 pm. He was simply browsing and not attending any customers also. He needs to be sacked and let him do time pass while not getting paid and disappoint customers.

The guy jose who i assume is the manager there was very helpful and went out of his way to help me with my new battery installation and give me great info on the issue i was having. Will definitely make this my go to auto parts store

Bought an item in this store and found the actual charging price is higher than the price listed on the label. Went back to store next day however the salespeople laughed at and refused to correct the mistake they said "you already paid it ". Sounds weird ? Never do business with this company anymore and will go to Autozone.

Poor customer service. Attitude, no sense of urgency , phone communication a little to be desired. There losing a lot of business and friends, family are going to other competitors. I've heard and seen this happen in course of 7 years. They can't even change a defective battery under warranty without drama!! List goes on............

Guy did not greet me or said thank you after transaction. Had to wait while he finished shelving items before being run up and even cursed when he dropped one of the items he was restocking. Not a good employee yo represent company. He definitely needs training on customer service. I can simply go right across the street to a competitor.

Inexperienced young people they don t even know what they doing I asked a simple question and they didn t know at all. I went 2 weeks for a Ford steering oil and they was having trouble which one . Never Again

Our company has been working with Advance for parts for about 2 years. Kelvin has been very helpful, honest and accomodating. We get parts delivered the same day, if not the next day to keep our fleet moving.

Staff was very helpful. I was replacing a headlight bulb and they took the time to figure out the body configuration of my car and explain some nuances. Then theu re-explained it when I messed up and came back.

I bought my car battery less than 2 years ago and I have been having problems. After having my car check by a couple of different mechanics I was told that battery is no good. I went back to Advance and I was told the battery is good, based on their testing machine. So, I took their word and left and again went through problems with my car. So, finally I went to the dealer I left my car for full diagnostics and again I was told that battery is the problem. In addition I went through aggravation with them over the phone and I was disrespected.

Went to get frion to recharge my AC the clerk Roberto went head over toes to help me and even recharged my AC for me outside. Outstanding service at the Bergenfield NJ location.

Walked in an was ignored by 2 associates, when I asked one of them a question they where visibly annoyed I didn't find what I was looking for (which it was right next to me lol go figure..) But I browsed for 10 minutes in and out of aisles and not a single "hey do you need any help?"

First time learned there you can t return something you bought from other Advance Auto Parts store. They even didn t try to scan barcodes when screen showed scan item barcodes . Terrible experience after long waiting time. I reckoned their Staffs rather sitting to play phone other than helping customers..I am afraid I won t be your customer again

Ordered parts yesterday 4/23 from a person behind the counter PROMISED ME parts would be there 4/24 8am. Called them at 10am and got a oh well parts will be here by 2 additude. Complete laziness and incompetence in this store.

I used to prefer going here than AutoZone.But things have changed. This place does not have the friendliness and Customer Service it used to have. Now I get these from AutoZone.

I don t know in other locations, but this on on Bergenfield, they not trustable, I place a order paid in full, they returned the part , I didn t get my money back, just be careful.
