Roxbury Transmission Services was referred to me by two different places.I am so happy that I accepted their recommendation for my transmission issue. I received outstanding service and my vehicle was repaired very quickly and within the timeframe I was given. The service I received was as pleasant as anyone could hope for. My vehicle is back on the road without issue. Now I will refer Roxbury Transmission Services to anyone in need.

2012 Mazda CX-9 transmission was shuttering and slipping. Called Roxbury Transmission and explained what was happening and they said sounded like the torque converter was bad and it would be about $1100 - $1200 to fix. I told them I was going to wait a little longer to fix it and would get back to them. Called back a few months later and said I was ready to have the job done. They said it was a lot of work and would be $2000. I said they quoted me $1100 - $1200 and they said AWD cost more, funny how they never asked if it was AWD on the first quote.Took it to them and they had it for a week. Drove it to LBI and back, no more shutter but when I looked underneath it appeared wet. Started noticing spots in my driveway and parking place at work. Looked underneath again and it was obviously leaking trans fluid. Called them and they said to bring it back in. Kept it for another week. Told me it was a cracked hose and fixed it but they noticed my wheel bearing and tire pressure sensor were bad. Never let me know this and they just went ahead and allegedly fixed it and charged me $400 more. The tire pressure sensor light was on before and is still on after they "fixed" it.Drove it a little more, still leaking. Told me to bring it back. This time they had it for 5 weeks. Every time I called Bob promised me it would be done in a couple of days. 8 times he promised me and gave every excuse under the sun. Finally get it back and yup, still leaking. Obviously never intended on fixing their mistake.I thought this place had a great reputation and Bob was the best around. Apparently not. Untrustworthy liars who don't stand behind their work. I feel they ripped me off for a lot of money.

A hose clamp broke on my semi truck I was probably a half a mile from his shop I called him to see if he had a hose clamp he did and said he would bring it to me which he did along with a screw gun I put the hose clamp on and he didn't even charge me that is awesome. Karma what comes around goes around

I called on Wednesday to see if they had any availability to do brakes for me. The asked if I could stop over to see exactly what I needed done. They looked my car over gave me a price and told me they could do the work Friday morning. I dropped it off early Thursday afternoon for them to keep overnight to do the service the next day. About 5 hours later I received a call that my car was finished and I could pick it up. This garage is amazing...I am a happy customer all around (customer service...price...and their work) and will be back for any of my car needs and will definitely recommend them to others. Had a weird problem with my car. They had it for 3 months and ended up replacing the transfer case. Same day I noticed the problem was still there so I took it back they kept it for another 2 months and they said they replaced the transfer case again as well as an axel. This time the problem was now worse. I called them again and they told me they would investigate more and call me back (I'm still waiting several months later). They also recommended for me to just get rid of the car.So in total I paid them over $1500 and just got the problem made worse.They are friendly when you go there but they never get back to you when they say they will. I guess they might be good with know problems but if it's a really weird issue don't waste your money!!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair

Bob the owner is a down to earth guy and you can tell that Bob and the people there really love what they do and have many years of experience. They have the skills and fair prices are a huge plus. They do get busy but like most places that are busy it s for a reason and worth the wait. I m very pleased with the work the price and the amount of time it took and the total package is why I gave them Five Stars

Owners are super nice. As well as employees. They seem happy to be working there which is a huge tell all in my book. Diagnosed my problem within minutes after getting the run around from other mechanics for 2 weeks. Had the problem fixed very quickly and for a decent price. Knowledgeable, polite, kind, I could go on and on. Exactly the way you want to be treated when a car repair pops up is how you will be treated here. Will never go anywhere else.

This has to be the most honest repairer in the auto business. I was recommended this facility buy my own mechanic Dan Callaway of tires associate in Washington. I have a 2004 Jeep grand Cherokee with over 215,000 miles On it. I had trouble getting it into third gear. Bobby took it for test driveAnd within 15 minutes he went under the car fixed a small spring and it runs fineHe check the transmission fluid suggested we change it since it hasn t been done in over 200,000 miles charge me $140 and $20 for the spine. I guarantee it would cost me at least $2000 in any other facility. I highly recommend this repair for a transmission workService: Transmission

Had these guys replace an engine in my Ford expedition. Boy was that a mistake! I think they are great guys but they took on a job that they could not handle and screwed me so bad. Spent thousands to have an engine replaced that might not even have had to be replaced because it ran just as bad when they were done.... My expedition has been parked for several years now after spending $5,000. What a scam

$600 to do a clutch line , master , and slave cylinder. Denville transmission said $250 for mine like what lol
