I was in a bit of a rush to find a service provider for my BMW since time was not on my side. I recently got my hands on a 2001 BMW M3 convertible with low mileage. Being unsure about its maintenance history, I did some research and stumbled upon a local service provider called EMPower. They had great reviews and seemed to offer excellent customer support.So, I decided to take my M3 for a spin and visit their facility to discuss my car purchase and my plans for its maintenance. Matt and Taylor were incredibly helpful, providing me with all the information I needed and showcasing their extensive knowledge of the BMW industry. This really put my mind at ease about leaving my car in their hands, which says a lot considering I've been a mechanic for over 25 years.I scheduled an appointment and dropped off my car, fully expecting it to take about a week to complete all the necessary work. The entire process was a pleasure, and it reaffirmed my belief that I made the right choice in selecting EMPower as my BMW service provider. Now, I'm someone who loves sportscars, and modifications, so I entrusted them with adding a few tasteful mods to my car. We discussed my vision for the car, and together we selected the best products to install.Once again, EMPower exceeded my expectations by completing the work on time and providing regular updates without me even having to ask. I've had an amazing experience with this shop and the team that works a long side with you. Taylor and his team have gone above and beyond in helping create a vision for my car and the execution of their work is one of a kind. I found Taylor and Empower by luck after searching on Google. I called to see if they would service my Mini Cooper after searching for a closer location ( closest one is 1.5 hours away) and not being happy with the only local guy in my area. My experience with Empower has been stellar! I love how they communicate what they find and break the work down in real time and dollars .They really know cars and really know what they are doing. They are straight up legit. Drop off and pick up is so easy and the shop is so clean and organized. I will recommend Empower to everyone I know who needs a foreign car worked on. He also is a full restoration guy of BMW s . After having a few poor experiences with shops closer to the city, came here on a recommendation from my CCA HPDE instructor. These guys did a fantastic job on a lot of heavy work done for my BMW M4 (track-related suspension upgrades, exhaust upgrade, a rear diff fix). Taylor is great to work with - he proactively recommended alternatives to save on parts cost or time. The owner, Matt, is himself a track/racing enthusiast so he has the expertise on the nuances of track car setups. Highly recommend this shop for anything BMW-related or track-related - they are experts.

eMpower performed a major engine overhaul and replacement on my 2011 BMW 750li as well as transmission and air shock replacements. I had my car shipped to them and they did their due diligence to make sure every possible component that could present problems was addressed. They were very intentional about providing top notch parts, service, and saving me as much money as possible while not taking any shortcuts. I picked my car up after a few months and drove it back 10 hours to South Carolina. My car has never performed and rode like this. It rides like a "brand new car". I would say these guys are just as good if not better that the Dealer. If you have any major work that needs to be done on your BMW or your import car and have been looking all over for a trusted team to do the work to perfection then look no further. These dudes are the real deal. They also continued to follow up with me weeks after I pick my car up to make sure everything was ok. Allow me to be the 265th 5-star review for these guys. What a great shop. Brought my E39 M5 to them with brake issues that had vexxed two prior shops. Tyler and team iterated a few times and methodically got to the root of the issue, then quickly sourced replacement parts, put the car through some robust testing, and when they (and I) were comfortable, sent me on my way. These guys are super knowledgable, professional, communicative, and are enthusiasts for these cars. It shows in their work ethic and how they treat their clients. There is no place else I would bring my car for maintenance that I can't do myself, or for issues that require professional expertise. Keep up the great work, eMPower!

eMpower always does a great job. They provide upfront pricing with written emailed estimates, and are happy to speak with you and explain what s entailed with a repair or service. True automotive enthusiasts! My last visit was to have the driveshaft flex joint replaced on my wife s Mini Countryman

i never leave reviews but i will for eMpower. i bought an e46 that needed a bit of TLC and they got it up to top gear in no time. more than worth the 2 hour trip down. great team and great service!

Empower is an enthusiasts one stop shop.They are skilled professionals that do not cut corners. They have done many projects for me and every time they surprise me on how well it is completed. I take my wifes and my cars here VW and Audi.Its a secret but I think they like Audis more. If your in the area or just looking for a good wholesome shop I challenge you to come check this team out and see how well they do.

Taylor and his team truly breathe, bleed, and live for BMW and it shows! We initially reached out to Taylor before purchasing a pre owned BMW, and he was extremely knowledgeable and went over things to look out for and avoid, and gave his opinions on certain models. Once we found a vehicle, we ended up doing a post purchase inspection, as the purchase was out of state, along with regular recommended maintenance by the book. We were very pleased with both the efficiency (the car was only in the shop for one day) and quality of work done to the vehicle. We highly suggest checking them out!

I cannot even convey in writing how valuable the services Matt and the crew at eMpower Automotive provide. Some places you deal with these days provide a good service but may lack professionalism, so you deal with it. Others provide professionalism, a good value and timeliness but fall short on the repairs as they don't have the knowledge; not a good combo either. Here, not more than a two miles from my house, I have found a facility that has a professional staff, a clean shop, knowledgeable about anything automotive, timely, point on with their estimates and never push you to do anything unnecessary. I have several cars ranging from American vintage to vintage and modern European and Matt has never said no to taking on any of my projects. He has solved many issues with our old Mercedes that other shops have never been able to solve. Matt is transparent, honest, competent and knowledgeable and the staff he employs follow the same mantra. Zach, Taylor, Mike and the rest of the crew have never let me down! dropped off my E36 bc it had no heat. they sourced a heater valve straight from germany, took about a week to get here & had it installed. also had some torn CV boots that they replaced too. all is well now thanks again guys! car's back to normal!

Affordable prices, friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and do great work. I needed new tires mounted and balanced on my aftermarket rims and the old tires recycled. For those who don't know, there is a guard that tire machine's are supposed to have on them to protect your rims from getting scuffed when changing tires. Sometimes the guards break and not every shop will replace them, therefore your rims could potentially get scratched. As someone with expensive aftermarket rims, that's a big no no for me so when I found empower auto and they had the guard, I was thrilled. All the added points I first mentioned were just bonus ontop of bonus IMO.Bottom line: They took care of everything for me and I couldn't be happier!Service: Tires
