Ran a quick diagnostic, identified the fault, got me the right part and even helped me fix it in the parking lot. Their time and effort saved me a few hundred dollars. Great experience.

Just recently visited this location and I m so thankful I did. My check engine light came on and I had no idea what to do. I found that the store manager, Chris, was extremely helpful. He took his time to explain what the codes meant, what potential issues may arise and even advised me on what I needed to do. He made the whole experience pleasurable. I will definitely be back to this location in the future!

Had a great experience today getting new wiper blades! Kyle K. recommended a brand because I had no idea where to start. He also changed the rear wiper for me and showed me how to do the front ones when the time comes. I also saw him helping other customers with their items while I was on the phone in my car before I went in. I appreciate his time & expertise!

Wouldn t process a $10ish return on a defective spray bottle of detail spray. Complete joke store. Would never ever trust this store with any item over $20They will just deny your refund. Stay away

I went to buy headlamps for my vehicle, and they gave me the wrong ones. When I went to return them, Chris had a very nasty attitude and was rude. At first they were not going to give a refund, but they eventually did. I was still willing to do business with them and asked if they had my bold, but he just stated no right away. I then went to the AutoZone in Neptune across from the Popeyes and they were very helpful. They even came outside to double check and make sure they gave me the right bulbs. Chris is definitely not customer friendly, I would go to Neptune for good service from here on.

I stopped in for a new radiator cap and coolant. Ed was very helpful and he even took the time to diagnose another problem my car was having. He recommended a local shop to get the work done and they were able to get everything fixed the next day. Great service!

I am very happy with this store. Upon entering, I am always greeted with a Hello even if the cashiers are checking others out. That really makes a difference knowing that you store takes pride in customer service. Every time I go in this store they always help me find what I need and everything is always clean and well stocked.Well done! Keep up the good work!!!

I stopped in because I had a head light out, and didn t have any tools. John and David really went the extra mile to help, and put it in for me. I asked multiple times if I could tip them but they told me they just genuinely wanted to help. FIVE STARS!! Highly recommend

Super kind and helpful staff. They got me what I needed lickity split. And when I inevitably failed at installing the blinker bulb an incredibly helpful staff member came out and took care of the problem. In fact he was able to deduce it wasn't a bulb and a disconnected wire saving saving me the headache of figuring that out. Definitely will return for future auto parts needs

Employees- Ryker, Eddie, and Nick worked as a team to really help me out. They were all multitasking and working hard. I m very impressed and I think the owner ought to know that. My car was starting weakly and I took it to this autozone to test my battery. I was in and out in 10 minutes new battery installed. Fair price, quick service, and very friendly and informative customer service. I highly recommend this location and I feel good about spending money here.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and very kind. John tried for quite a while to get my stubborn brake light changed in this awful heat and even showed me how to do it if it happens again. Paul assisted and ultimately finished the change when that light was so stubborn. Would recommend over and over again. So nice to find a business that actually goes above and beyond just making a sale.

Ryker is the man, great customer service and knows his stuff, very detail oriented. Bought a serpentine belt that I had to install on the side of the highway in the rain because my car was not driveable, but what saved me was he had the forethought to print me a routing diagram for it and everything, otherwise I'd spend a lot more time looking for it. Of course then the belt ripped again because the AC in the car was seized, and he helped me pick the right size belt for an AC delete which worked out great and got me home an hour and a half away in no time. Great staff, the owner is very lucky to have them!

Knowledgeable staff. Very patient , kind and took the extra time and effort to make sure I got the right part. Gave helpful info. They were also very sweet to my dog whom I held while I asked for assistance. Store is very clean and orderly .

A nice new store that is well stocked and clean. Very helpful staff that actually helps find stuff on the selves. I prefer this location over the one closer to me and it's usually less busy also.

Ryker and Nick were the best. They helped me find all the things I needed for a complex transmission change! They also gave me step by step instructions on how to do the job. The experience was great and if I need any other information are auto parts I'm most definitely going to bring my business to the Wall Township Autozone. Thanks Ryker and Nick!

Called to get a quote for a battery- they told me $110, I get there, and they tell me $150! Fine, whatever, because I need a battery. The rude employee opens my hood, and insolently tells me that he can't change the battery due to "health concerns," and leaves. I will never come to this AutoZone again.

Complete, 5 star service from Ryker (spelling?). Friendly, immediate service upon entering the store. He changed my wipers for me and even cleaned my windshield!

Wouldn t trust these people at all! Go literally anywhere else and save yourself the trouble. The so called managers of this place know NOTHING about vehicles. As far as I m concerned thank you Danielle Gilbert the former stripper (I knew I recognized you) and Ed Ostroff For making my decision to never shop at Autozone again so easy! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS SHADY PRACTICES!

The other day on a Sunday I got a flat tire with no spare, I was just able to make it to Auto Zone in Belmar. Called everywhere couldn't get help from anyone. The man from Auto Zone asked to look at the tire, would you believe, he found the puncture had me buy a $10.00 plug repair kit, and fixed the tire for me. OUTSTANDING SERVICE...He saved my day. I forgot to get his name but you just don't find people like that too often anymore.

Accused me of STEALING a product that I asked and was shown by an employee because I walked out with a hoodie ..into a work truck with the name of the company and phone number .was asked by manager outside by street if I took it confused i Asked what ? tells me he missing the same thing a was looking at and we see..that accusing me of STEALING ..I asked to go and see video he asked why I'm upset at him accusing me of STEALING and not saying sorry . It was an exhaust patch why would some take a item that I asked if the store had and was point to the product all while employees watch me look at it . Very unprofessional all I wanted was sorry or my bad not give me an attitude .
