Jacob took my call. Customer service was as it should be. Asked the right questions to make sure they were able to help. Gave me a price for the service call and an hourly rate with a 2hr minimumAsked if I agreed to that. Said he could have someone out to me in 60-99min. Mechanic was here in just under an hr.Job was done right about the 2 hr mark. Very professional and would use their services again. I can't speak for anyone who left bad reviews or their experience. But the 2 gentleman I dealt with were top notch.

Called this number twice with no answer. Supposedly it's 24/hr service. You'll wait for about 3 mins before it asks for you to leave a message. I say don't bother with this company. Either someone is sleeping on the job, or they don't feel like picking up the phone or some other excuse. I know I won't call them again.

I hate to be the first to give you a bad review, but you have to be completely honest regarding the prices for your services and what you really will be charging.I called Wrancle Mobile Service to request a road service for a driver that had a problem with the Tandem king pin valve. It only took them 1hr to get to the truck, and 45mins to get the job done. So far, everything was great. The issue was when they sent me the invoice for almost double of what was agreed at the moment of requesting the service. They weren't 100% honest with the fees to be charged.Never said anything related to the cost of a service call (199$), they only mention a fixed price of 2hrs minimum ($398) for the service and after that, extra hrs will have another price ($189). They didn't even said anything about the hrs started right after I hung up the phone with them. (This is the first time I heard of such thing) That was the reason for them to justify a charge of 2.5hrs for a service that was done 45mins after the mechanic arrived, to make a total of $700.50. And what's worst of all, it's the fact that when we tried to speak with them regarding the hidden fees, they threaten us with adding another hr to the invoice if they didn't receive the payment in less than 15mins. I guess that's the reason they won't take credit card or debit cards payments. I bet many people may have complained and charged them back for these reasons. This was a total ripoff. Be careful when negotiating the prices and fees with this company.
