Had several issues with my RV brakes right before going on a trip. Although it wasn't an emergency these guys got the job done and got my brakes fixed for me when no one else would. Also I was having an issue with my water and that got fixed as well in addition to a few other minor issues. This was the first time I called them but it won't be the last. Very pleased and I would definitely recommend them to others.Service: Brake service & repair

This was the worst experience ever. The slide on my RV was stuck open. John showed up 3 hours after he said he would. He had no idea what he was doing. I had to show him a YouTube tutorial video on how to manual override the slide out system on my RV. He didn t know what a spider driver was- apparently a very common tool used in constructing an RV. He came back the next day 2 hours late again. He couldn t fix the slide or even get it in all the way so I could take it to someone who knew what they were doing. He ripped the seal right off the frame of the slide and just left it like that. He charged us $500 even for a job he couldn t do. Unprofessional, and incompetent.

Our RV had a water issue this weekend after we dropped it off with a renter in NYC. The water would not stop running into the toilet bowl. John was able to visit the trailer 2 days later and we agreed upon a price for this visit in advance. It was not cheap but there are limited RV repair options in this area so I felt I had no other option. He was not able to diagnose or fix the issue but was able to suggest a workaround - turning off the water at the valve behind the toilet. It was a bit disappointing that he was not able to fix the issue but glad he was able to stop by to try. My renters were also happy he was able to get the water running. Bottom line is the price is very high and this is emergency service only. I now need to spend more $$ at the dealership to hopefully diagnose and really fix the issue. But glad he was willing to make the trip into the city to give it a shot. Thanks John!

Traveling from out of state and our water heater wasn t working. He was able to come and fix the issue the very next day after calling him and was quick and professional! Highly recommended!

Not Reliable . We were very disappointed with the service with this gentleman Broke down not too far from his location. He gave us a three hour window that he would be there, then kept pushing the time out, then never showed and never communicated with us. We understand life changes, but we spent six hours waiting for someone that never came and lost the opportunity to try to get someone else. Very disappointing when your broken down on the side of the road.Service: Electrical

I can not say enough good things. I had the bearing seals blow on my camping trailer. I called they showed up within a couple hours told me the problem. We got the parts I needed came back the next day and got me rolling again. Great service really nice to talk to and a genuine good man. I will recommend him to all my camping friends.Service: Tires

The mechanic responded quickly to my call and kept me posted of his ETA. Upon arrival he went straight to work and fixed my problem rather quickly. I heard others complain that fixing DEF system could take 3 hours but he had me up and running within 1. Very professional and his prices was beyond fair for a roadside service, I was very pleased overall.Services: Exhaust, Electrical

The mobile mechanic did an amazing job replacing my radiator in 4 hours compared to a shop that could ve went on for 3 days. Save me time and money. Highly recommend them.

Response was quick. He texted me the rates right away and made it out within the hour. Prices are competitive to the area. Easy payment process as well.

I called them to come change my fule pump they told me 11am then 11 am come they told me after 1 then one came they said later in the day they will come then they said 940 at night it's now almost 11 and they still haven't came Very bad Is customer service an a bad way they run the business
