Great Tire Service! Great Communication! I called before coming in for a tire patch on my trailer and they were quick with a reply. They had enough space for me to work with and was able to back my trailer in. I was in and out and everybody there was friendly and nice!

I just brought my 2016 Mercedes Benz CLA 250 in for general service after purchasing it used.The staff here was phenomenal!!! Their mechanic was knowledgeable, professional, and I didn t feel taken advantage of being a young lady. Lester was very helpful as well. He explained everything and walked me through the process. It was my first time here and I really felt like I was treated like family! While I waited, Pam was so sweet and friendly. She explained the wait time, we shared a few jokes, and she was just so kind and easy to talk to. I also had the pleasure of meeting Amanda Stein, who reports for the NJ Devils!!! I could not believe it when I saw my favorite hockey teams sports caster there!!! I was very nervous but had to introduce myself! I can also say that their prices were reasonable, and I will definitely be coming back in the future. I also need to give another special shout out to Lester! He explained services I will need in the future when I asked. He didn t need to do that, however he took the time to. I really appreciate that. Thank you for everything guys! You will definitely be my full time go to repair shop!

Incredibly honest people and great service. Very transparent and upfront about what can and can't be done, and honest about pricing. They won't ever lie to me or tell me they can do everything, because sometimes they can't. The manager works really hard to get me a good price and sometimes it doesn't happen, so I'd either just go somewhere else or most likely, I will use them because I appreciate the service they provide. They can get pretty busy so that might be an issue; they ask me to make an appointment if it's a non emergency. I've been going here for years and manager has even once loaned me his car while mine was being worked on because I had to get to work. A couple times I still had issues after car was repaired, but the shop worked on it until satisfactory. The first car they worked on was my 1996 Accord. It was used, falling apart, electronics did not work. I was told to junk it but these guys brought it back to life and only recently got rid of it for a newer car. Trust these guys.

Worse experience of my Life. Sal was terrible over the phone. I made the appt anyway and it was Worse in person. He didn't even bother to try to diagnose my car problem. Told me "He doesn't have a Crystal ball"?!? Instead of actually doing his job. I do Not recommend

Many of the positive reviews cite the quality of work, the reasonable prices and the friendliness of the shop -- all true. However, as a single woman, what most brings me back is their honesty. I note my gender because, as many know, some garages will take advantage of women more so than men.I needed new tires about a year ago, but wasn't sure how many -- two or four. After a quick assessment, I was told to just replace the two front tires now, that I could wait another year for the two rear. They could have told me all four. They didn't.They earned a very loyal customer that day. I am having muffler problems now, and one or two other minor issues. I feel very at ease knowing that I will get a fair estimate. Their honestly eliminates 90% of the stress car problems cause me!Thank you so much Riverside!!

I have been going to Riverside tire and auto for years. I do not trust ANYONE else with my Mercedes Benz. My husband also does not trust ANYONE else with his RAM. We are always treated kindly and with the utmost respect. Pam has always been kind, sweet, and friendly to myself and our family. My daughter just got her first car and we brought it in for a check up. Lester was amazing, helpful and on point with his knowledge of all automobils. The staff here is wonderful and always dedicated to giving us the best price, and service with a smile. Thank you Riverside tire and auto staff, and happy holidays!!!

Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Always pleasant, yes even George:-) Pam is very sweet and Lester is always willing to talk with you, not at you. I've had many vehicles in my 57 years on this planet and have gone to many different shops to service/repair my vehicles, but this is the one that gets my business. There is another shop in Fair Lawn that ranks right up there with Riverside, but being from Hudson County, it makes sense for me to bring my vehicle to Riverside. These guys are awesome!!!

I have great confidence in, that, whom ever may write a less than sparkling review of this business, these people, their service, warmth and professionalism, must be having a seriously bad day. Please people, take responsibility for your own BS. I too have almost 6 decades on the planet and have owned many vehicles dealing with many mechanics over the years. Riverside Auto and Body have the customer at the forefront of their business, working to make sure each and everyone leaves their office a satisfied patron. When I take my car in for a tune up or repair, I will often stay and chat with Pam and Lester, so I see the interactions and workings of how they conduct their business, by phone, with customers, their mechanics and of course myself. I experience a caring and light hearted atmosphere. I recently found myself in a strange first time situation with my vehicle. I left the car and locked it with my remote, when I returned to the car the alarm continued to sound. I wasn't able to remedy this because I inadvertently crossed the system. I called Lester, he quickly and easily assisted me by asking certain questions and giving me specific instructions to reset the system. I was greatly relieved and ever so grateful, so were the people in the quiet park I was in ;) Once again, and always, thank you to Pam, Lester, to the guys and you too Brian and Wayne! I enjoy a real sense of security knowing my car and I, are in good hands.

I've been going here for years with solid prices and services. I got a quote that was later changed by nearly 100 because of issues removing a wheel. I could even get the price despite being shell shocked, but they sounded hostile on the phone saying it "should have been more" and "they did more than was worth" They nearly accused me of having ruined all of my lugs attempting to take them off and later backtracked saying humidity ruins them over time. If I feel I need to argue these things, its not worth my time. They've lost me as a customer.EDIT:Originally gave one star, but they went pretty far to make me happy in the end, so I wanted to provide an update. All was handled and I was happy for that. I would give 5, but I'm deducting one simply for the incident itself. I would go back now and am very happy the management looks over the customer.

Attentive and friendly staff. They got the work done quickly and I loved the fact that they got me in at my scheduled appointment.Found my new tire/auto shop. Will be using Riverside going forward.

Dishonest scammers would not recommend to anybody. They make up stories on the fly, save the headache and go to a real mechanic.
