What can I say, I ve had the best experience thus far purchasing my new bike from Motorcycle Mall. Joe Hanna my sales associate took his time walking me through the process and had a lot of knowledge regarding every bike I questioned him on. Nick the sales manager was very courteous when approving me for financing. Alan the finance manager made the process very seamless. Kira from the gear department was very helpful as well and she provided me with all the best gear I needed. Rich from the parts department, provided excellent customer service when acquiring a battery tender and phone charger for my new bike. This all happened believe or not in one day and I couldn t appreciate all of these team more! I have lots of confidence to shop here again and recommend anyone with these trusted employees at motorcycle mall!

I had an amazing experience shopping at Motorcycle mall. I was Stuck between a BMW s1000rr and the Ducati v4s. When I went in to see the bike Joe put no pressure on me when browsing. He was kind and extremely knowledgeable when answering all my questions. He was helpful on getting me a deal that I could afford and feel happy about. I would definitely recommend coming here for your next motorcycle!

Kudos to the service department specifically to Mario, thanks for taking care of my baby (R6), after the work you did my baby runs smooth like new, you kept me in the loop all the time, best service. also thanks to the Dyno tech I'm happy with the performance she gained, definitely coming back for my services and additional work.

Excellent experience buying my first side by side! I heard about Motorcycle Mall from a friend and it did not disappoint. I had Kim Angarita as a salesperson and she was amazing and treated me like family. Kim took her time showing me all the different side by sides and was very helpful and knowledgeable about any questions I had. During the buying process Kim was never pushy and I felt like she had my best interests in mind. After we found the side by side I wanted Kim was able to get everything in order over the phone so when I got there to pick it up and purchase it the rest of the buying procedure was easy and quick. When I came to pick up the rzr Kim also took the time to take me around and introduce me to everyone, they were all very friendly and if I need something from another department now I know who they are. I would recommend the Motorcycle Mall to anybody that s looking to have a hassle free buying experience especially with Kim as your salesperson she s the best! When I m ready for my next purchase I will definitely be going back to Kim at the Motorcycle Mall!!

Purchased a 2024 NINJA ZX10R KRT ON 1/13/24 . From my initial phone inquiry with my salesman Dan , I had the best experience. We came from Scranton Pa, over 2 hours away. Dan treated us not only as customers but as friends, he was completely knowledgeable of all your product lines. We spent over 3 hours there. He toured your entire facility with us, answering our countless questions and highlighting all your products. He took us to every department and introduced us. Shouts outs to Kira in the gear area, also very friendly and knowledgeable, who Helped us choose a couple helmets and a jacket and Hector in parts who ordered a rear cowl for the bike. We will absolutely be back and recommend Motorcycle Mall to everyone. This was my first experience dealing with Motorcycle Mall and I can t say enough about the fantastic service I received from Hector Vega. I was looking for a specific fender that was impossible to find but Hector quickly located one and also had to make arrangements for the fender to be painted the same colour as my bike. Considering I am living and ordering from Canada, it added an extra challenge for Hector but he handled everything like a pro. He continuously followed up with me to make sure I received the fender. It is a thing of beauty and the quality meets my expectations. Thank you Hector. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Motorcycle Mall.

Came to motorcycle mall 4 times looking for a motorcycle for my girlfriend. Our sales person Katt Martinez was very helpful and patient with us. Most times you walk into a dealer people just want your money but she helped us pick the perfect fitting motorcycle, being clear and informative. Highly recommend her if you are looking for a smooth and friendly buying process. If can give it more stars I would! Thank you Katt!!

An easy purchasing experience. I found an offer out of state that they matched considering the price I would have to pay for shipping. An overall painless buying experience. We came to purchase a motorcycle, we knew what bike and what color we wanted. Staling Almonte was very attentive to us with our questions on pricing, interest and fees. He was able to work with us to get a reasonable monthly payment based on our credit and down payment. He was patient and professional. I would recommend asking for him if you would like to experience a great sales representative.

A superb experience across the board. The sales manager Nick passed me to a great sales person in Dan who was able to help me out with everything. They were patient as my travel schedule meant I could not come in straight away but politely kept in contact and had everything ready for when I was able to come in. During the sales process they introduced me to the parts and service teams who both came across as equally professional and knowledgeable. This is how a dealership experience should be and some other dealers in the New Jersey shore area should definitely take note and learn. 5 stars from start to finish.

I searched for a Z900 for a few months and this was the only place with one. I had a stellar credit score and still was hit with a high interest rate, not to mention I overpaid on the bike. It's my fault really, since I was impatient. I'd never buy a bike here again though. It's nice to go look at bikes you may be interested in, and then go elsewhere to purchase.

Service dept, both Charlie n Mario are outstanding. They know exactly what they're talking about, but it's pricey when it comes to hourly labor tho I'll say.Sales dept, unless it's some special models you don't find them elsewhere close by. Otherwise, stay away from them as far as possible. Their Prep n Freight plus DMV&Doc quotes are astronomically higher than any other dealerships you can find in the whole continental of the United States of America. Not to mention if you finance from them, God...no mercy.Don't feel rejected or being invisible when the salespersons don't notice your existence after you roaming around in the showroom longer than an hour or something like that

My name is David B. I recently purchased various parts for somebody who lives overseas. Parts were purchased through the assistance of Mr Bryant Arbito. My customer experience with Bryant was fantastic because he worked with speed, accuracy, courtesy and patience. Because English is not my native language, I asked many times the same question to Bryant who was extremely patient with me: he helped me walked me through the whole purchase process and he addressed all my concerns. Bryant is a knowledgeable professional who provided a stellar customer service therefore because he took care of me regarding my orders, I will definitely get back to him if more parts are needed .Every purchase is an emotional financial transaction because hard-earned money is involved, Bryant was able to customize his interaction with me which led to a great customer service and in return I had no problem to pay what I was asked to pay because the customer service I received was excellent.

Had a great experience buying my first motorcycle here. The saleswoman Kim was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took her time showing me different types of bikes and introducing me to some of the other staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and made the process pain free. If your looking to buy your first or next bike look no further!

Nick handled my bike like a professional and Ricardo fixed it perfectly! My bike had been sitting for five years, it didn't start and the brakes were frozen, and Ricardo got it running like new! Above all it was reasonably priced. another Ducati dealer estimated more than twice the amount and didn't even include the brakes. If you want peace of mind take your bike to Motorcycle Mall.

This guy right here sold me not 1, not 2, but 3 motorcycles. Sandro s expertise and knowledge of motorcycles is thorough and he actually cares about people and cares about ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience when they ride. Every time I enter Motorcycle Mall he greets me with a smile and a handshake. Very friendly with a positive attitude. People like him will keep MM in business for a very long time.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a dealership that had an amazing collection of motorcycles, all separated by brand. From the moment I called about the Yamaha MT09 SP, I was impressed with the level of service I received from Katherine M. She was able to provide me with all the information I needed over the phone as well, and when I arrived at the dealership, I was able to find her easily.Katherine was full of energy, very friendly, and exceptionally professional. She took the time to show me the bike and answer all of my questions without ever pushing me to make a purchase. We had a great time, and I was really happy that Katherine was the one who picked up the phone and helped me. Even when I had a little problem, she was able to find a way to fix it. She was truly an A+ in all fields.While the dealership was on the expensive side even after negotiations, I found that they had exactly what I needed, so I had to accept the cost. I also received great assistance from Drew S., who was also very experienced.Overall, I want to thank everyone at the dealership for their help in getting me this rare and special bike. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great selection of motorcycles and exceptional customer service.

I had Ricardo tune my r1 and v4. The tune runs great and creates a lot of power for both bikes. I havent Gone here for any other service but tuning. But Ricardo the tuner definitely can help you get a good tune!

My initial intention was to buy a motorcycle next year but after meeting with Kim and picking her brain, I ended up getting my first bike! She made everything so easy. I had no idea what bike I wanted and she was super helpful showing me as many bikes as she could, having me sit on them, asking me how I feel on it. I think I went to her a few times and she would send me texts with all the bike s information making it easy to do some additional research at home. I finally ended up getting a 2023 Kawasaki z400. I love my bike!!! My husband bought his bike from her about a week before so we re getting ready to ride together!!! If you need help picking out a bike, go see Kim Angarita.

Bought a jet ski here with Sandro Zeas who was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the skis he had for sale and helped be pick the best one. Picked up three new units from Dan! The rzr 1000, polaris 850 and the kfx50. Dan was great with getting these picked out and set aside. Transactions went through smoothly and delivery was even done the next day. Can't thank you enough for all the help and we're excited to take these out on the trails
