They did what they were suppose to. I have a 10 yr old volvo, and I have not had a chance to take it to my normal mechanic. I also needed to prepare for a long drive. This place had late hours. I arrived after work and asked for a full synthetic mobile 1 oil change. 30 minutes later, I paid and drove home. No hassles, no upsell. Overall, no complaints. The staff was polite and to the point.

The everyone there was friendly and respectful. They went over what I needed and never made me feel like they were pushing me to buy additional things I didn t need. But I felt like they were sincere and got my car winter ready. I would totally go back

Two visits two deceptions, the first one they forgot to put back the screw that holds the air filter, the second visit I kindly asked the technician to not check my filters because of what happened during my first visit, I explained to him what happened he said okay, I also went to tell the manager that I m declining their courtesy check HE LITERALLY SAID DON T TALK TO ME I M BUSY, like come on dude you don t have a minute to listen to my concern??After a few minutes I saw both the technician and the manager doing the unnecessary courtesy check by checking the filters, they ignored me, I LITERALLY TOLD THEM TO NOT DO SO BEFORE THEY START WORKING, the technician doesn t listen and the manager didn t even bother to give me a chance to talk about my concerns as a CUSTOMERS, they DON T LISTEN AT ALL.I m not coming back to this location anymore.

First-time customer. The service was great. I couldn't believe my synthetic oil change was done so quickly and efficiently. Did not encounter any negative reactions when I declined additional suggested services. Will return soon to take care of those suggestions. I went in on a Thursday late afternoon, and there was no wait time. Courteous and professional staff. Thank you!

I did the tire rotation with the oil change. However, they didn t check the tire pressure. I have to balance the tire pressure somewhere. Other than that, they were nice and friendly. The service was fast.

I have NO complain about this place, been taken my car here for 25yrs, the guys are very nice n very helpfull. The waiting room was clean n confortable, i went on a Saturday morning and the waiting was not long, Will recommend

I WENT IN WITH WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A BRAKE ISSUE. EXPLAINED TO THE THEM MY BRAKE PEDAL WAS SINKING IN AS IN NO FRICTION. THEY STATED SAYING IT MAY BE THE MAIN CYLINDER, AS THEY WERE TELLING ME THAT, MANAGER CAME AND STATED IF THEY FIX BRAKE, IT WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I AGREED TO BRAKES, SHORTLY AFTER I GET A VOICEAMIL THAT CALIPERS WERE DAMAGED DAMAGED, WAS ASSSURED THAT WILL FIX MY ISSUESS. AFTER 2 HOURS I GET A CALL THAT THE MAIN CYCLINDER BUSTED. I PAID 900 AND WAS SENT TO MY MECHANIC. A FEW DAYS LATER WAS TOLD THE CALIPER WAS NOT WORKING MAYBE A FACTORY ISSUE, HAD TO WAIT 2 DAYS. ALMOST A WEEK AND 900 DOLLARS WAS GIVEN TO JIFFY LUBE AND MY ISSUE WAS NOT RESOLVED.BY FAR WORST EXPERIENCE. IF I CAN GIVE THEM NO STARS I WILL.

I was told that my windshield wiper blades needed to be replaced. They said the front ones were ripped and the rear one was missing. That was not true at all. I usually am satisfied with the oil change at Jiffy Lube, but sometimes I think the employees feel compelled to sell more than I came in for.

Got an oil change and they did not put the cover to my engine on all the way which knocked out the MAP sensor which is right behind the edge of the cover and caused my car to stall multiple times in traffic. Of course they will not admit to it but the car was running fine until we got the oil changed. They don't snap anything back in place properly so check that before you leave if you even try to use them.

Always had great service. This past oil change was super quick. I actually popped a tire on my way home and ended up limping back to the Jiffy Lube. They got my doughnut on without a fuss, and gave me an excellent recommendation for a tire shop nearby and gave my directions on how to get there. Seriously all the people at this location are quality. Thank you all so much. Saved my hide.

This location showed me an air filter that was not from my car. I understand they re trying to upsell on the services. I don t have a problem with that. They lied about my air filter and showed me one that did not belong from my car. After arriving home, I checked under the hood and saw the air filter wasn t even removed. This is why they re getting a one star rating. They lie on the upsell.Service: Oil change

Service was good, initial process for first time is very confusing should have someone be outside to explain what to expect or have a service board to spell out the process. But once someone tells you what to expect it's smooth. Be patient it took about an hour to service the car from start to finish. Team member recommended what was needed and provided options, no upselll or pressure to buy additional services just recommendations on what and when needed. I definitely would recommend this place.

They were very quick for a Sunday service. The charge of $51 for a new cabin filter is insane when we all know it's a fraction of the cost and takes literally 2 minutes to change. The mark up on windshield wipers is also kind of ridiculous. Otherwise when your in a bind and have no choice they were very efficient and the coupons available help soften the damage.
