Linda and Troy work as a great team. I needed two replacement windows for my garage doors that went out of manufacture several years ago. Linda was extremely helpful in working with the factory and found two replacement windows that they had in storage. I did not act fast enough and only one was left when I made the decision to proceed. I then needed to select two matching windows of a different style which was a good but not perfect match, which I did.Troy did a seamless and perfect installation leaving my wife and myself as extremely happy customers. I would recommend them without reservation.I am somewhat sad that this type of business interaction would not naturally lead to a longer-term continuous relationship with them. It is not often enough that we find a combination of characteristics in people like integrity, honesty, keeping appointments, good communication skills and experts in their field that would warrant a desire for a continued business relationship. This is that company and these are those folks.

We absolutely love our new GARAGA garage door, it is stunning! The wait was longer than we expected but it was well worth it. Troy was great to work with and the installer, Mark, was a very professional and knowledgeable gentleman. I highly recommend Door O Matic if you are looking for new garage door.

These guys are the best. Troy and his team installed my doors a few years back and today I needed them quickly for service. They came right over and took care of the problem. Great service, fair pricing, I highly recommend.

Rude and incompetent. My garage door was installed as previous homeowners moved out so they did not want to do walk through on operations as it wasn t feasible. Instead they told them tell new homeowner to call us and we ll gladly come back out and walk them through and program everything Tune changed when I did just that to call to get them to come out to complete the job . Instead I was rudely asked if I had instruction manual and to read manual. No help was offered, nothing. I was staring right at my equipment and was told constantly to go to my manual for guidance. I have never experienced this from any garage company EVER! I was in shock by this rude reply and said thanks for nothing.Fast forward to day i actually moved. Nothing was working. Keypads, remotes nothing. Closing doors manually and manual to be unfound. I called garage company again to say hey you need to complete the service you started I m living here and I have no way of closing my garage securely. Nothing works.$225 to come out for a job you left incomplete?!?! Robbery!!!!!!!! Bunch of crooks and thieves. Money hungry.Finish what you started!!!!!

Troy was extremely helpful helping us decided what door was right for us when we first came in. The installation he and Mark did was excellent! We would highly recommend Door O Matic if you are looking to replace your garage door.

Like them a lot. They replaced two garage doors with wider ones and did a great job. I've had them out for service twice since then. Once, when someone backed into a closed garage door, Troy came out at 10pm and fixed us up that night. (We did pay an 'emergency call' fee, but it was 10 o'clock at night.) Today, I called because a spring broke, and he was here to fix it two hours later. Professional, courteous, on time. I'd recommend.

Excellent professional service to fix a door. Troy sent his team Omar and Angel who had to troubleshoot a Genie automatic door issue. Difficult task, but they saw it through with all 'can do' attitude. Thanks a lot guys, my garage door is now functioning better than ever.

We hired door-o-matic to fix a broken cable on our garage door. They were at the location within 2 hours of the initial call, and done within 3. They charged us a reasonable amount for a job that was done professionally, quickly and helped us understand the problem as well.Highly recommended!!

They were professional, courteous and on time! Omar quickly assessed the problem and fixed it like a pro! Oh, and the price was GREAT!! Will most definitely call them when i get my automatic door installed!!

Door O Matic recently replaced my aging garage doors and garage door openers. The quality of the doors and door openers is excellent and is fairly priced. The installation was professionally done and was completed on time. I highly recommend Door O Matic to anyone looking for a hassle free garage door service.

I would highly recommend Door o Matic and his team to anyone that is in need of a simple repair to a totally new door or gate. We renovated our entire house and used Door o Matic for our garage doors. They did not just come to the house and try to upsell us. They sat with us and explained the differences between the selection of doors and directed us towards doors that were appropriate for the Style of the house. The doors were installed within the time frame provided and they even programmed my car to work with the garage door opener. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I called yesterday to have my garage door repaired. Sent a picture of the problem. Took me a couple minutes. Next morning the problem was fixed. That's all I have to say.

Needed a spring repired, called and got an appointment the next day. Sent a few pictures for a quote, which was accuarte (the only difference was the tax). Prompt, professional service. Higly reccomend.
