I brought my car to Columbus after I was rear ended. I was worried because the bumper fell off and it looked really bad. I chose them because they were very helpful in guiding me through the process. They kept me informed the whole time. With such a stressful situation, they did a great job at making the whole experience as easy as possible. My car turned out great. My car looks awesome and good as new. I will definitely be back again for any repairs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding

They repaired my front bumper after I had an accident. After a few days I realized that the front right fog light was not working I wrote this on my survey instead of calling them. They called me the very next day to come back in to have it repaired. To me that's excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

I was T-boned back in November and was referred by my insurance company to this place...what a big mistake. Upon having the car towed here, I went over the issues with the car with Fernando. I mentioned in as much detail as possible everything wrong, 1 being a major issue with the car not responding properly to the steering wheel, which he brushed off at the time as being a wheel alignment issue with me hitting a curb. I had to correct him telling him I hit the curb after attempting to drive off after the accident because there was an issue with the steering and he denied me telling him this the first time. Also, several of my tires were blown, one of which was never addressed. Again, I was told I never mentioned to him and it wasn t in his report...and I was like of course it s not, you re the one who wrote it. So that s 2 lies right there. Not getting the work done 100% right the first time around can be forgiveable, but not lying about things I repeatedly told him.Next the drivers side doors which were heavily damaged, had all kinds of rattling noises when driving at anything over 50mph and it seemed to have issues closing flush consistently.Finally, the car was left a mess and no apparent attempt at cleanup was made. There was dust all over the inside of the vehicle, compound residue all over the inner and out door frame area and on the seats along with a sickeningly strong chemical odor.The work performed was just shoddy and unsafe.Do not ever deal with these scam artists.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Shop owner is dishonest and not trustworthy!. Ordered a part from business and the item was sent out and he refused to accept what he ordered costing us $600. Did not acknowledge his own customer and did not own up to his own mistake.

Paint job to my hood looked good for the first 3 to 4 days. After that, paint started to peel. I was not happy with the job and I will not be going back or recommend anyone to do business with them.

Brought my 2017 Honda Fit in here after I got into an accident. The mechanics there are not only professional, but did an amazing job with my vehicle. I recommend this place for any repairs and will be coming back in the future if anything else happens.

Make you pay $25 for a estimate like it s some hard labor just for them to give you a price that s worth more than the car its self

I was very happy with the repairs on my vehicle, they were also completed quicker than I expected. I also noticed the shop was very clean and organized, great place to bring your vehicle for auto body repairs.
