Come here for all my car parts.Their help is great and answer questions so fast, they have the parts ordered within a great time frame. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, problem is they ll say they ll order one brand and when you go to pick up is totally different cheaper one. Then reorder new one, charge you more and still when you pick up is not the brand that you was told. Other than that very quick service if you need the same day part for your car.

They make it simple. Just callin ahead of time to order the part before though. The wait can be a little longer than they estimate. It took a while but they did offer to deliver it to me directly! Awesome! Although I didn't take them up on their offer everything was perfect.Prices are extremely reasonable is well. I use them for all my automotive needs!!!!!!!

This guy is the best in the business hands down. He actually knows everything about automobile parts. He truly in a world that most places hire people who don't know nothing about auto parts a saviour. If he doesn't have the part he will direct you where to get it. He is the real deal and never let me down.

Was quoted over 400 dollars from the dealer for a new alternator they had it in the shop 2 hours after I ordered it and hundreds less ! Thanks again belleville auto I know where to get my automotive supplies now

Before you decide to walk into any Automotive Parts store, give these guys a try!!! The guys at Belleville Automotive Parts are great!!! I took my heater control panel to get refurbished , it was returned the day after at a reasonable price and with warranty!! Just what I wanted!! These guys saved me over $600 dollars around Christmas time and my Highlander has heat again!! Thanks guys!!

I moved out of town and I still find myself traveling back to Belleville for my automotive needs. Most of the time this place will have my parts available on the same day or within 24 hours. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The store is super busy and conjusted with so many spare auto parts all over the place but the help these guys offer is great. The price they offer is very competitive and they come with warranty so how can you say no that? And they're quickly available for pick up if they are not already in stock so they definitely know how to meet your business and needs. Going back to price, the same exact brand and condition brake caliper that Pepboys quoted me $110 for, I got for $72 dollars and I verified the part numbers to confirm. They offer a 30-day return which is awesome because it turned out I didn't need to replace my caliber after all so I wasn't stuck with it. But just a warning, they do charge a 20% restocking fee which is understandable. Overall, great bunch of guys and incredible prices and inventory availability.

Great service if they do not have the part they will find it and even deliver it to where it needs to go! Prices are awesome too! The guys are nice and respectful couldn't ask for a better group of guys! Thanks for the great service

Parts that can't be found are found. These fancy places like Napa, auto zone,and the others are just there to look good. But here what you need is what you get and to be sure of the parts they go by the VIN # so you really can't go wrong. And if they don't have it in stock they will get it the next day. Highly recommended.

This auto parts store is the best around. Tony and his crew are great. They go above and beyond for their customers. It's like a mom and pop shop that you walk in, everyone knows you. They carry the parts to your car if needed. And not only that Tony will shop around call a million places just to see if he can get the part you need ASAP no matter what. Another thing is they care they ask how are you doing., how's your wife, how's yours husband, stuff you don't get at pep Boys, or auto zone and so forth. I rather drive an hour out of my way(which I don't) to come here for customer service than going around my own block in the corner and going to an auto zone. The big commercial places don't give you that TLC like this place. So thank you Tony from the bottom of heart for helping me and Russ for having such a great store. And taking care if us whenever we need something and thank you to your staff especially that Johnny he's always running all over the place and to the guys sorry idk all your names but I know your faces your always working hard behind the counter thank you for your help too!! I ve been shopping at Belleville Automotive for many years now. I started going here when I had my 1990 Toyota Corolla and now with my 2008. All you have to do is tell them what you need or even describe it and they take care of the rest. These guys know what they re talking about! I prefer going to them over your typical chain auto shops any day.

The best place to save money on car parts. These guys will help you with any car parts you need. The owner Tony is very knowledgeable about all types of cars and car parts. You can ask any car parts and he knows, he will give you best prices.

Very polite, professional workers. They have most parts in stock or they will get yours in 2-3days. Must wear mask. Have VIN available for your car as sometimes they need it to order your part.

A++ customer service .They have a more personal touch than any auto parts store ,they care about helping there customers. I asked for a part they didnt have in stock .They went out of there way to go get me the part . It was 1hour away and they would be stuck in traffic.Not many auto parts places would do this ! They also make it there job to know there customers by name .Excellent shop!!!

I've been dealing with Belleville Automotive 4 over 15 years, they are always very helpful, they can also get any part you need including body parts, and they also have the best prices in town, can leave all the delivery service is also a big plus.

Best place to get parts , the owner knows his parts . Workers r prompt and of course u can have ur parts delivered which no other place does. Forget AutoZone or advance autoparts only if u need fluids it's ok but these guys know there sh#t
