Excellent service!! Mr. Sherman Quintyn changed my car s oxidized battery. I was so embarrassed to have given him such a hard task yet he was extremely kind and patient. I am so grateful and wish I could give more stars!

I forget his name, but big boy is really helpful. I came in twice and his customer service is top notch. He helped me saved money on my purchase and guided me throughout the process.

The store manager is one of the worst. Using his power to threaten people. My kids called to see their application and he wants to come with attitude and disrespectful towards my kids and then to me. His name is Sherman Quinton. Autozone needs to do better in hiring people or they need to watch how their employees talk to their customers. This is outrageous! Coming to him calmly and he wants to get hostile and disrespectful and using his job level to threaten and say if he wants he can break the applications and do whatever he wants because he is the store manager. Absolutely horrible. Yall need to do way better. Completely disappointed!

This is a nice storeBut the main problem is when you want to pay.There are not experienced employees at the cashiersAlways you wait along time to payOne person is in the computer and another is always watching or trying to lean how to work .A young kid after 15 almost 20 minutes waiting finally it was my turn to payHe charged me the right amount but he gave me the wrong change $10 less than he was supposed to.This is how inexperienced the employees are.Just sayingEmployees need to be trained and be more efficient specially when there are many customers waiting to pay.

The store hours say 7:30am - 10:00pm. I stood outside in the cold in front watching the store employees walking around after 7:40 am while the doors were still locked. Wow. Lol. The worker s name that watched me stand outside while the store was locked after it was suppose to be opened is Gary.

This AutoZone has always been the most helpful when it came to my needs. Today was no different. The sales associate handled my problem with no accusatory assumptions about the reason for my return. This will be the only AutoZone I go to moving forward. Amazing team!

Rude and nasty lady that assisted us on June 7.I was just asking this lady sale clerk about purchasing battery and if they install it too.This Sale Clerk replied in a rude and nasty way.Even the friend I was with was surprised on how this sales clerk was unpleasant.I replied back to her and inform her of her rudeness.She changed her tone after that.I left and purchased my battery at Advance Auto Parts which is a few minutes drive from this AutoZone. Completely opposite experience. Advance Auto Parts sales clerks were all very helpful, polite and courteous.They even installed the battery for free.

This is a good store to go to get car parts I just got a battery for my car that I got it 3 years ago and they said that it was under warranty so I got it for nothing now thank you for your help

I went there for windshield wiper fluid for my BMW. I asked if they had the one for European cars. The guy at the counter said, "It didn't matter." He had no knowledge that European cars use aluminum parts that erode with the American fluid. I'm glad I knew. Stay out of there they have no idea about cars

The employees here are very knowledgeable, they are what makes this store great. While waiting at the register I witness phone calls, other customers getting answers to their questions and learning a little as well. You can bring used oil & antifreeze here and it will be disposed of properly. Excellent service and products.

Today Saturday 01/6/2023 my husband and I went to thisstore to buy pads and brake parts for our car and a young man named Jordan was super nice to us he also helped to carry the stuff to the car ...I have to mention that before we go my hubby called to find out if they have the parts and we showed up after few hours even though Jordan got them ready on the counter ...this guy it's amazing he really cares the customers & the business since now on I make this store my favorite because of this nice guy .

I visited this store on 05/27 which was the start of Memorial Day weekend! I had a tail light that was out and I knew because of the busy weekend ahead police will be everywhere and I'm not trying to get a ticket! I enter the store and immediately was greeted by the sales associate. I let him know I needed a tail light bulb for my car, gave him the make and model and he proceeded by getting the correct light bulbs for my car and checked me out! I asked if anyone can install it for me because I don't know how! This other gentlemen by the name Will Smith said he will install for me. Will smith is literally the reason why I'm writing this review! I haven't experience such a great customer experience in so long! Not only did he install the light bulbs but he taught me how to do it step by step! He also did a walk around my car and changed my license plate light! He made sure that any light that was out he changed! He even went the extra mile by changing my back wiper fuse. He was so funny and so informative at the same time. He even made a joke because I ask for his name and he was right, I didn't forget because who can forget the name will smith now in days!! Anyways will smith definitely provided me a service that I haven't received in a long time! It's nice too see that their are people who still care about providing great customer service!

I went in to AutoZone in Belleville for a diagnostic early on a Sunday and thankfully all I needed was a new battery. Ania was so attentive and thorough with the diagnostic reading. Richie was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me choose the best battery. He even installed it for me. I highly recommend this location based on my experience.

Employees made me feel wrong for asking for help. Threw a piece of equipment a me and basically told me to do it on my own. Walked back in, first thing they said was that i needed a 300$ piece for my engine and told me where in the store it was. When i asked more questions, kept giving me attitude and made me feel like i was wrong for asking them to do their jobs. Very rude workers who offered no help. Don't waste your time coming here.

Needed new battery, bought one and asked to have it installed (their offered service). It took 2 men and an hour later was told when the car wouldn t start that I would need to be towed. I tried again and the car started, took it to a mechanic, and was told that the battery was loose and terminals were not tightened. So wrong! These guys don t know what they are doing. Bad attitude towards women. Will not be back

Came here because I needed to replace my car's battery. They were understaffed at the time I was there because there was constantly a long line and only 2 cashiers. It's seems like it really busy in weekends.They offered me tools to help replace my battery but the boxes of tools didn't help. Luckily, after a 15-20 mins Neel came back and helped me to replace the battery. He did a great job and he did really fast. The wrench was hidden and only for employees to use which makes sense.I tipped Neel because it was cold outside and he did a good job. I'm a grateful for AZ to change out my battery on a busy Sunday.I'm will definitely coming back to change out my wife's car battery soon.

Donovan Lau, thanks for venting. First of all I am the one who answered the phone and I am very sure I was never rude to you, I was as courteous if you want to be honest. I remember you said that your wiper blades were one month in use and you wanted another set without a receipt. We do give a 10% off a future purchase and for the record if we honor every purchase with a free return I wonder where retail stores would be.Oh and you got my name on point, well done Sir. Oh and what customer service training you want me to take???

Went with a car - batteryissue and they help me. The staff on Sunday was #1. The manager she was on point she notice everything that was needed. And the 2 young gentleman they also was great.

Only because of the wait time. They need self checkout or another member. Think of it ! Self check out would solve literally a your problems with long wait time. Great staff nonetheless , very helpful.
