Precision Doors responded to my request for service within 24 hours. The technician, David, arrived on time and explained exactly what was wrong and gave me options for pricing. In the end, in just about an hour I had a new motor, keypad and 2 remotes. Excellent work. Excellent company. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of having John D as my garage door technician. He was professional and friendly. He called in advance as a courtesy to ask if he can arrive earlier than scheduled-- we love that! The job was explained clearly with full transparency about pricing. At the completion of the service, he was open to answering our questions after demonstrating the working garage door-- which shows he's extremely skilled and knowledgeable in what he does. I am happy with the experience and recommend using this company!

Quick response and friendly and knowledgeable tech. A spring snapped last week while my garage door was closing. I expected to be home all day tracking down someone to come out and hopefully be able to repair it.To my surprise, I went online and found this user friendly service. I requested a timeslot and left a brief description of the problem.I received confirmation almost immediately and updates of the techs arrival time. Ryan was assigned to my particular job and throughout the entire process he was terrific. He diagnosed the problem, reviewed my options , and had my door back together in less than 1 hour. Highly Recommended!!

Amazing David was excellent. He walked me through all the choices and options available then help to clean up the area in order to work since my garage was a bit of a mess and took the whole top portion apart and put it back together. The door works great. Hope I get Dave nexttime or maybe I hope I don t have to see Dave again because that would mean my garage door is broken. Great service thanks Dave.

We had an exceptionally great experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We recently moved into a home that had an automatic garage door. The spring to the door broke unexpectedly and our cars were trapped in the garage. Not knowing where to turn, we quickly googled emergency garage door repair. Precision was one of the first results that appeared. We did a few more searches to do our due diligence but Precision felt right after researching. From the first call, to the technician that showed up, the whole experience was great. Sean Y., our technician was amazing. He walked us through the issue, talked through our options for repair, and then gave us time to think over. Sean made us feel very comfortable and the decision was easy. He had all the parts in his truck and did a great job fixing the issue. We d recommend Precision Overhead Garage door and more specifically Sean Y. any day of the week.

We got a flyer for Precision in the mail, gave them a call to come and look at our garage door. Matt D. came out and saw that are system was older than we knew. He said that getting a new door and system was the better bet. Since the track was original to the house late 1950's. The price was good. More info after the job is done.

Garage door opener died with door mid-way up. Had techs here within a few hours who offered a comprehensive, factual diagnosis with remedies at a variety of price points and levels of urgency. David and Lou were skilled, efficient and delightful. Gave a full overview of the new tech and hardware. I would definitely call again but am sure I won t have to anytime soon!

I was pleased with the professionalism I received from technician David from Precision Garage Door who replaced the belt drive/motor on garage door opener. He arrived on time, explained what the problem was, and different options on repair and price. I also appreciate once the installation was completed was contacted to insure I was satisfied with the service I received, and I could contact them if I have any questions or concerns. I would definitely refer Precision Garage Door Service to friends and family.

I am very happy I went with precision. Michael, the sales rep, was helpful and informative. The garage door was ready soon after I placed my order and Malik and Paul completed the door replacement in a couple of hours. They were polite and professional.

Precision Door installed my door a few years ago. I ve been very happy with the door but needed to have my unit reprogrammed. Matthew Dewald was my technician. I worked with Matthew Dewald for the second time and he once again was amazing. He was honest and worked quickly. Matt is a great representative for Precision. He installed a new garage door motor in record time and explained everything thoroughly. I recently had an issue, connecting my new garage door opener and home link in the car to the garage. RYAN from precision door service came out did a great job. He connected everything to all the vehicles in the house and helped me set up the codes and everything. I would recommend RYAN And precision door service if you have any needs for a new garage.

I had the pleasure of working with Ryan M. My garage door was really loud and was misaligned. Ryan told me the problems and recommended what I should fix. He noted that my issues were caused by a mix of old and incorrect parts installed. He gave me multiple options and installed the parts professionally and in a timely manner. His work was professional and the difference with my garage door is NIGHT and DAY!!!Once my motor bites the dust, I ll be sure to contact him again.To management, keep technicians like Ryan employed. He quickly corrected the issue I scheduled the appointment about and then corrected two other issues I was having. He is very knowledgeable. On the day that my garage needed help , I was very happy to see Matthew Dewald, pulled up. Being a repeat consumer, he remembered our previous encounter and verbal communication. It was at that time that he reviewed my options for my garage door mechanism. He professionally and with a smile guide me through the process. I know that he had other appointments, but never did I feel he was in a rush to be on his way. I felt like I was the most important person in his presence. Called Precision im Milltown, NJ this morning after an incident that damaged my garage door. They were quick to respond and dispatched a technician as soon as they could. The technician, Matt D, arrived early, assessed the damage and gave me all my options. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Got a quick temporary and safe solution that allowed me to get my vehicle out of the garage while we wait to get the new one installed. 100% Would recommend.

Precision did an outstanding job for us. Scheduling the appointment was very easy. Matthew, the service technician, texted and called prior to his arrival. We discussed the issues and he presented various options to choose from. We discussed pros and cons , made the best decision and Matthew did the work we agreed on. The repair was done correctly the first time and we've not had a problem since. I'd highly recommend Precision Overhead Door and Matthew.

Called Precision last minute based on referral from family members. Not only did they come within a few hours of us calling, the logistics info were very detailed, the technician Matt D was prompt and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly what work needed to be performed and provided three options for fixing the issue. I picked an option and he immediately got to work and was done in about an hour! Quality looks extremely well done as well. I cannot speak highly enough of the job done!

I have never dealt with a company that has been better than Precision Overhead Garage Service. Contacting them, dealing with office person via telephone and getting a technician to my home was super easy. Luke, the technician, was so kind, patient, friendly and professional! He installed a new motor and opener for my very old garage door system. it was not an easy job but he did it and was done in a short amount of time considering the circumstances! I am so grateful and would highly recommend this company and Luke!!! Thank you.

I had a dreadful experience with Precision Door. Despite a simple repair job that would have cost a fraction with my usual handyman, they took advantage of my situation, charging an exorbitant $1600 for a job that should have been less than $500. Avoid them like the plague if you can; their prices are outrageous since the merger with other companies. Stick to your local handyman for fairer prices and better service.

UPDATE: I am increasing my review by a star as they did reach out and offer to refund a portion of what we paid. It still seems high given the cost of materials and the amount of time it took, but the tech was great. 5 Stars for him; 2 stars for the cost.We just had our garage door repaired and I have to say I am disappointed with the cost of the service and am feeling ripped off. While I understand there is a markup on the cost of parts, I cannot believe the up charge. I regret so much not having done my homework. For the two springs alone Precision charged $400. The most I could find them for, and it took a bit of searching, was $60. But usually closer to $40. The same goes for the other parts (safety cables, etc.). The tech was knowledgeable and did what seems to me like quality work. Which I don t mind paying more for. It s just in this instance it seemed overly disproportionate.
