I booked an appt online for state vehicle inspection and showed up the same day at 5 apparently before the appointment was officially accepted/confirmed. Jack was not aware of the appointment, therefore he would have been closing at 5. He was so nice to stay and did the inspection for me anyway. Jack was very friendly, efficient and even popped a wheel cover on quickly for me. I will certainly consider him for future auto maintenance needs since I live and work locally. Jack was great. He recommended a tow service that brought my truck into his shop. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. He went above and beyond to help me get the right parts at the best price and he stands behind his work. He drove out to me a few days later to help with a different issue when I broke down. On July 3, 2013, we were driving back to FL from NY, at 11:30 am, on SR 78, about 300 yards before exit 36 when our car brokedown. A tee coupling hose explode leaving our car withour A/C and with engine overheating. Called AARP, and All State Road Assistance and within 45 minutes the towing company arrived and took us to Jack's Auto, where we met Jack [owner], a very friendly, reasonable, and concienctious individual. He took care of our vehicle after ordering the new part to replace the damaged one; all within 120 minutes. After that we continued our way back home in a safe manner. You saved our rest of the trip. Thank you very much Jack.

Really good service here. Jack is forthcoming, trustworthy, and effective. I needed my tire to be patched in a short amount of time and Jack did so efficiently without breaking the bank.

I called to get a quote on a replacement tire. The person I spoke on the phone with was very unhelpful. I provided the name and size of the tire but his computer system was down even though I called during his normal business hours. I understand people take breaks and go on vacation but he should have started out by saying that he's closing and cannot be of service instead of throwing out random numbers and telling me it will be "expensive." I started out the conversation by saying I need a quote for a replacement tire and he made me feel like I was wasting my time. Sorry that I like to check the price of things before I request service? Needless to say I won't be taking my service or my other cars here.

We are new to the area, and needed urgent work done. Jack was great. He kept us informed about the repairs, but also other work that might be needed in the future. We ve found our mechanic!
