My son went to get flat fixed here waited all day. They finally got to repair, but told my son tire couldn't be repaired and charged him $5 . Went to another tire shop and they fixed tire. Guess they just want to sell new tires here. Terrible experience!!!!!

I was in search of affordable tires and my friend recommended me this place. The owner was very nice when I inquired over the phone and I was scheduled for an appointment right away. Great service and great price!

Absolutely nothing but good to say about this place. :) got my tires which I've been happy with, and go every 3 months for a free rotation (for the life of the tires). I make my appointment and I'm not just waiting around forever because they get the job done in a timely manner. Also, they are all very polite and knowledgeable. Will go here over any other tire place.

Back in June my "low tire pressure" light came on. This had happened in the past, and I had a nail in my tire. I assumed that the same thing happened. I dropped my car off, and I told them that I thought I must have another nail in the tire. They checked all of my tires and did not find any nails. They told me that sometimes the "low tire pressure" light comes on for no reason at all on my car model. When I went to pick up my car, I asked what I owed them, and they said nothing. What business does that! I highly recommend you using their service. I appreciated their honesty.

Got new rims for my truck and came here for tires and installation after being recommended by half a dozen people. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Pricing was on point too. Will give them my business again, and will recommend others to come here as well.

Questionable parts used as my car had repeated issues with the same items and verified by a Honda dealer .Customer service does not pick up phone calls when I call multiple times to address issue

Great place to deal with. I had a set of tires replaced on my car awhile back. They got the tires in quick and had the best price I could find. The work was done correctly and quick. I recently brought my car in for outer tierods and alignment. They checked the car over and found the tierods were seized to the inners had all the tierods replaced and alignment done. Once again great work and it was done pretty quick. Definitely recommend Beachwood Tire if you need tires or other repairs done.

I needed some info about new tires & some front end work, and Ariana was very helpful. She was professional, knowledgeable and very nice on the phone. Fortunately, the dealer is making good for me but based on my experience calling, you well-earned the excellent reviews. Continued success!

I've been coming to Beachwood Tire for years off of a recommendation from a friend. I've trusted them with multiple sets of aftermarket wheels and tires and they've never given me an issue. I've done everything from tire mounting, fixing flats, and switching tires from one set of wheels to another and it's always been a flawless experience. Plus they're one of the only shops local that'll mount stretched tires (as long as it's not ridiculous). Will always be a customer.

Serviced my tires on my Ram 1500 22 year old model handled it with care and quickness very polite extremely catering to my need even alerting me of additional services which saved me thousands of dollars thank you guys

Beachwood tires is the BEST! They give you best options, best prices and best service. They also give free tire rotation with the purchase of four tires. We just had our tires rotated toady and it only took a few minutes.

My parents recommended this place to me. I got an alignment and 4 new tires here a couple months ago. They're reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly. The wait was quite long, but it's understandable considering how busy they were. Will definitely be returning if I ever need any work done. Highly recommend.

OMG!! old parts!!!! LIARS!!!!these are dishonest people and they also have this think where they say the price and then call and say they made a mistake and give you New high price .please leave these people alone and save aggravation when i told them to put together everything they had disassembled and used the compressor they broke the screws!! OLD PARTS!!!???? LIARS!!! And i forgave them,but after they post their comments I can t leave that. LIARS!!!! How you can go to sleep after writing such lies??? Shame of you!!

I was recommended by 3 different people at different times and was impressed so I had to bring my car to get check for leaks.You want 100% greatest customer service this is shop to go to and no where else in the area. The guys were super friendly, talked to me like a normal person and explained everything to me easy and simple with no BS like some dealerships do. There prices are super reasonable.100% recommend getting your car fixed by them.

Excellent customer service, although my repair was minor they helped me and got me taken care of quickly and professionally. In a world where customer service and professionalism is in short supply it s refreshing to have a business like this. Highly recommend and the will be my only go to when needed.

I have delivered tires to this shop for almost 10 years. They started with one building and expanded to the gas station across the street, also. Their customers love them, they are always busy, but also efficient. The owners have always been very kind and polite.

I've been going here for a lot of vehicle needs in the past 6 years. Helped me get to 250,000 miles on a 20 year old car. Always treat me great. I've gotten full sets of tires for under 230 dollars. Alignments. Oil changes. Tune ups. They're always at a good price. Very knowledgeable. And if you don't want to wait, call ahead make an appointment, and know the types and sizes of tires you need/want. And they'll fight with warrantied stuff for you and give you good suggestions based on THEIR experiences. All in all, a FANTASTIC place.

Customer service was not an issue. Friendly and accommodating. However the work that was done is my issue. I brought 2 cars to get 2 brand new sets of tires on each car. My mother s car had no issues however my car had issues from the beginning and has had issues since. After install of 4 new tires on my Dodge Charger and a $500+ bill..... the tire sensors kept coming on. I called and was told to come back in a few days later as they were quite busy. Once I returned I was told that the stems on 2 of my tires/rims had to be replaced and the cost would be an additional $150+I thought it was quite convenient that the stems which I had never had an issue with were now needing to be replaced after install but I didn t want to risk driving my car with tire issues so I went ahead and paid the bill.Two days later...... same sensors went off and now they had nothing to say. Apparently I must have hit the rim on something and damaged the stems!!!I took it to another place to get a second opinion and guess what...... my stems were all damaged!!How can 4 stems all be damaged at the same time unless someone damaged them because they didn t know what they were doing.Obviously they were not going to take responsibility for what they clearly did and I wasn t going to waste my breath arguing but I will definitely not be returning or recommending them to anyone.

I got a nail in my tire at 12 noon today. I called and asked to be seen to have the nail removed and was told to come right away. After waiting not even 20 minutes the lovely women came out and said your all set and the nail didn't go through and have a great day. I said okay how much do I owe you and she said nothing we didn't need to repair because it didn't puncture the tire. They could have charged me anything and I would have paid so to be charged literally zero was such a phenomenal gift. This is where I purchased my tires from when I needed a full set and they were the best price around... After today it reminded me why I will always come to Beachwood tire. Such awesome staff and I highly recommend. They will not scam you. They are honest people. Rare now a days.

They are great ! They never over charge or try to make you do more than you really need. We compared them to other places. They gave us the best price for the same problems. Work quickly and cleanly. The never leave your car a mess.

We were driving in Beachwood a while ago (September 2016) and got a flat tire. It was easy to see that we weren't from the area, easy targets. Not only did we get quick, friendly service but the pricing was better than fair. I was so impressed that I promised to write you a report. Here it is two years later!Thank you for your friendliness and integrity.

This is a wonderful, locally-owned business. They can get pretty busy because they have established themselves as an honest and worthwhile establishment. I use them for all of my tire and Alignment needs, and I refer all of my friends and family to use them. I would never send anybody to Mavis or Firestone because those types of companies are out there to sell you up on services. Not at Beachwood Tire. I trust them 100%
