Places like this who basically just scam people are the reason zero stars should be an option, basically patch stuff up to get you hopefully out of their warranty. No repairs done here are purposely long lasting, luck of the draw cause 4-6 failures in 15months on 4l60/80s says it s a Shade tree mechanic with a building and sign but no lights on upstairs.

I've had the unfortunate experience of having multiple issues with my transmission. The team there are experienced and very helpful in explaining the issues and steps to resolve. I highly recommend to anyone in need!

Both Mark and Chris were very professional and easy to work with. Explained everything thoroughly. I will only use AACE from now on - very honest and great people to work with. What I like about these guys they are so polite, professional and very helpful.When my husband passed away and my car needed to be fixed, I visited 3 mechanics. One put price $1500 for it, another didn't want to do some job. They talked to me different how they talked to my husband. I think because I'm women who doesn't understand anything about cars.So. I started to read comments and decided to come to AACE Transmissions.Price from my first mechanic was dropped 50% and they said that some parts are still good and don't need to be changed.They changed my transmissions too.And when after week I came back to them because I suspect something wrong, they ordered and changed my gas tank cover without any charge.Thank you, guys.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This trans shop is a joke. If I could give 0 stars I would but I have to leave at least 1. My transmission blew in my truck so I brought my truck in to get it rebuilt. After picking my truck up I was having problems. Ended up blowing the transmission 3 more times in a matter of 2 months before this shop basically called it quits and gave me my truck and some of my money back saying they aren t happy they had to warranty the rebuild as many times as they did and they think I should take my truck somewhere else. They have horrible customer service! Since picking my truck up about a month ago I had the trans done at a reputable shop in manahawkin and everything has been perfect for 1000 miles and 3-4 weeks now. I wouldn t recommend my worst enemy to aace transmission!Service: Transmission

I'm very happy with the service and professionalism of AACE. They've fixed my Mom's Explorer transmission and it's a year later and still perfect! They also have serviced the starter and now she's having the brakes rebuilt.They have great prices and a friendly work staff. I honestly suggest you give them a try.

Horrible, they are scam artist,a hole in the ground garage, always puts a hole in your pocket with terrible results. Safe yourself and try American Transmissions.
