Great car dealer. Here the sales crew is wanting to talk with you rather than talk at you. The car selection is varied and good as well. All the cars I looked at were in good shape and detailed well. Highly recommended.

I went to RPM to purchase my first car since getting my license last year and had a great experience. Our salesman Al was great to work with and was really interested in finding me a car that was in my budget and would last me a long time, even saying which cars on the lot he would not recommend buying. He had no problem with me bringing the car to a mechanic to have it looked at. Even though the first car we bought was not in good shape under the hood, Al was still just as helpful when looking for the next car, a 2000 Accord, that our mechanic said was in great shape. When we decided that we would buy the car, Al took off 1k dollars because of what happened with the first car. RPM was great to work with and I would definitely go here to buy a used car.

I had a great experience at RPM Auto Sales....I purchased a Dodge 1500 4x4 pickup from Al, he couldn't be a nicer, more patient guy. I had a few issues with the vehicle after purchase (one, well after the warranty had expired), but they were all quickly corrected by Al and Jack, both great guys! Jack went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase.... I will be back to buy more vehicles in the future, RPM has earned by business!

My husband and I brought our daughter here to buy her first car. We dealt with Al and Jack. First off, these guys are here to help you get the best deal. We looked at a car that cost 5000.00 and a car that cost 9000 Instead of pushing us to the more expensive choice, they pointed us in the direction of the more practical solution for our daughter. The negotiations were relaxed and were contoured around our budget.About a week after we purchased the car, the check engine light went on. I called Jack right away and told him we had run a diagnostic check and there's an issue with the pump. Jack was right on top of it. He made an appointment at State Tire to have the issue corrected free of charge. No hassles. The car runs great!! I would recommend this business to my own family.

I worked with the guys at RPM over the last couple of weeks. I was looking for a good solid dependable used sedan. I will be putting a lot of highway miles and gas mileage is important as is comfort and safety. I am not really that concerned with status or image, I just wanted a good dependable car that will take a lot of miles, rides nicely and looks good. The salesperson Richy, was great to work with. He was patient (I am pretty particular and not really all that easy to work with!) I was asking for what everyone wants the perfect car at a very good price! Well, after my first visit, Richy said he would keep his eye out for me. He said he knew just what I wanted and at the end of last week he gave me a call and let me know one had come in and was waiting for me . I am now the proud owner of the perfect car at a great price, a 2006 Toyota Camary. The car does not have all the bells and whistles, but I do not need them. It was well maintained, is in excellent condition. There are plenty of miles left on it, if I take care if as well as the previous owner! (they hit every recommended maintenance record in the log!) It is nice to work with a person that will listen to you and help you find the best car for you. Thank Richy!

I was sold an absolute LEMON! I bought a car a couple months back that had 0 codes, decent amount of miles but nothing crazy, after about a week of driving it almost every single light on the dash went on; i have spend over $5000 fixing this car. It seems that when they got the car it had codes and they just cleared all the codes and then when it was sold it wasn t their problem. Do not get taken advantage of by these criminals, they say they re family friendly but really all they care about is their own dollar. thanks jake for the lemon and for putting me in debt

My nephew's a delivery driver and needed a new car as soon as possible after his broke down last week. We looked at a lot of cars, but no one was as friendly or made me feel as comfortable as Al at RPM. Even w/ no credit and no pay stubs - he works mostly for tips - they were able to get him financed using his bank deposits as proof of income, in a great car with low miles for a great price and payments he was comfortable with. All the guys at RPM went out of their way to help us and get my nephew on the road that day. I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone who needs a car, and will certainly see what they have when it's time to get a new car myself.

I went in to look at an SUV that I had seen on their website. The guys we worked with were great, we talked to Mike and Doc. We bought a 2005 Mercury Mariner, very clean on the inside, normal wear and tear on the outside and drove beautifully. Grill was cracked and they had ordered the new one so everything was perfect. I would definitely buy from them again. No hassle with pricing and was out the door within 30-40 minutes from arriving to signing the paperwork!! Thank you guys for all your help!

My Husband and I purchased a vehicle at RPM Auto Sales. We were treated so kindly. The sale of our vehicle was handled by Jack, who was very friendly. We did not feel pressured to purchase our vehicle, actually we were encouraged to take our time to be sure that this was the vehicle that we wanted to purchase. Jack, Mike, and the entire staff made us feel like family. Overall, my family and I came into a blessing.

I have purchased 3 cars from Jack and Mike, an Expedition, Cadillac and a Corvette. All of these cars were a great purchase and if there was a problem they took care of it. If you cant get financed at RPM you need to pay your bills better because they worked magic with me. Also every time i went there Jack says right away without hesitation, "hello Mike and Jenn", like family. Thank you RPM for making things happen when people need it the most. Will definitely be visiting them soon.

Rpm Auto Sales takes their time with customers to find the exact vehicle that you want. I went to Rpm and met a very nice older man named Jack and he couldn't have been a better salesman. He spend a lot of time with me test driving some of the many nice cars and trucks that they have in their inventory. They gave me a warranty on the truck that I selected and the finance rate was much lower than I expected. I thought that only new cars got such low finance rates! Anyhow, I would totally recommend Jack at Rpm Auto Sales in Bayville! Ask for Jack, you will be very happy that you did!

My family and I have bought three autos from this company. Service has never been anything but professional and welcoming. My autos, which range from sequoia to pilot and hence forth, have been top notch used cars with minor to nothing issues. I find (RPM) to be my go to spot for used cars and trust them fully. Further more: They go out of there way to make sure our needs are meet, if not they try their darndest to accommodate. Pricing is reasonable with blue book and going rate for make, model. RPM is the most awesome car dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I bought my first car from RPM about 7 yrs ago and today I bought my second car from them. Do not ever buy a vehicle here. I was interested in a pick up truck they had. Beautiful on the outside, went back to take a closer look and the entire truck s frame was straight rot. They filled it in with foam and painted it black to blend in. They wanted $7,400 for a truck worth about 3-4K at best. Be careful don t be scammed! Best watch, take close look!

I purchased 2 Autos from this dealer. An older truck with High miles and also a sports car. One car had an issue and RPM stepped up to the plate and fixed it with no issues. I understand that buying a used car with high miles has its ups and downs, but to be honest RPM has the best cars in the market. NO Pressure at all from them. When i showed up they explained in detail what cars they had to me that i was in the market for and gave me many options to help me get the cars i wanted. I will not go any place else to buy a car, I'm in my late 50's and have been buying cars for years, i'm happy i now found a place i can trust. The pictures on the website are the best around and show everything about the cars they are selling. Thank you RPM for being good to me and treating myself and my family as we are your own.

My boyfriend called to inquire about some of the cars on the lot. We were really looking forward to working with them because of all of the good things we ve heard. Whoever answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and called my boyfriend stupid. We ve worked in the service industry our entire lives and have never had an encounter like this. Honestly how do you expect to sell any cars on your lot when you treat your potential customers like this! So disrespectful especially when they claim their customers are considered family.

Terrible. I bought a car from them in August of 2014. A 2011 Ford escape. The car wasn't worth more than 12000 but you always over pay at these places,I knew that. I put money down and was to be financing around...14000 after taxes and fees. I had my newborn with me and they still took advantage of a young mom. I am paying over 21000 for my car apparently...ALMOST TEN THOUSAND MORE THAN IT WAS EVEN WORTH AT THE TIME. they threw in so many hidden fees and didn't go over it with me...because they knew I would say no! Hell no! 21000 for a USED Ford escape are you joking ? I'll be bringing this to my lawyer. This is wrong! I had a newborn with me crying her head off and these people saw I was distracted. Live and learn. I will never go back here and I do not recommend at all. They weren't even that friendly. The guy put a lot of pressure on me to sign. No morals.

I recently got married, and my wife and I needed a new car, our first thing we did as a married couple was purchase a car from rpm auto. Our sales man Al, has been so wonderful to us. We bought our car back in August, the day after we took the car home, the check engine light came on, called Al, and they had replaced to catalytic converter no cost to us, after eventually getting our plates, we took the car to get inspection, and to our shock we didn't pass!! So we called al, and he told us to take it to a shop, a few hours go by, and we found out we needed an 02 sensor and our egr valve replaced, the mechanic spoke with Al, and Rpm once again covered the 700 dollar cost, so finally we have our car, it's inspected and we are so grateful, we were even joking with eachother on how we should invite al over for Christmas and thanksgiving because he had become part of our family. I recommend Rpm to anyone. AND Al is great and did such a fantastic job. Thank you.

Just financed a van from them today and my experience thus far has been wonderful. We have looked all over from brick and lakewood area all the way down rt9. Every single place we stopped at noone came out and we had to go hunting. Immediately upon pulling in yesterday we were greeted by jack. He was extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable!! We applied for a loan and we're denied at first and he explained all reasons why to us. We were saddened but left. Today jack calls us and on his time he found a company willing to work with us and we drove our new baby home today. I can't speak yet as to the vehicle or any issues with it (hopefully I won't have to) but I just want to see how truly personable and wonderful jack was to my family

Bought a Dodge Magnum with a check engine light on and even though it was an as-is sale Jack went out of his way to get it fixed for me at no charge. Found them to be totally up front and honest. What a relief and highly recommended.

Rude, Obnoxious and Dishonest! Bought a car from them, It was overheating and eventually turned into a tapping sound in the engine. They told me they couldn't fix it at the time because their mechanics shop was full (APK Auto in Toms River). Made me wait about 2-3 weeks before they could do anything. APK tells me it has a blown head gasket. Called RPM, said my warranty expired 2 weeks ago. tried to negotiate with them, Vinny wouldn't stop repeating the same thing over and over again for a solid 5 minutes. I got a discounted rate from APK because it was RPMs auto shop. $1500 "Fixed" it, tapping is now back, took it to the dealer, They said APK didn't do work they were supposed to do. Got rid of car for certified pre owned. Worst experience w/ used car dealer EVER. Oh and btw Vinny the manager calls my house to complain about the google review....cmon, Really? STAY AWAY FROM RPM! Go with certified pre owned.

$10,500 asking for 1983-84 Benz diesel, really? These guys literally legit have no shame at all, says he can drop the price to $10000. We found the same exact car with lower miles in Baltimore MD for $6400

These guys remind me of the Craigslist scams. I called yesterday to ask if this Honda Civic they had on their website was still available and they told me it was and made an appointment for me to go see it today at 10am. I drove 45 min to get there (got there at 9:45am). The salesman meets me in the lot, and tells me the car is not there because it s getting serviced, tells me to wait while he goes in the trailer office, comes back outside and tells me that the car had engine problems. They made me waste my time fuel and tolls, felt like they were playing games. I learned my lesson.....

I bought my honda civic from rpm.. the sales ppl were friendly and the manager vinny really helped me get a good deal. My car got flooded from sandy and I was waiting on my insurance money.. i went to a couple dealers and noone would help me out.. rpm actually let me drive the same day and they waited for the insurance company to send the check. this place is awesome and everybody is super friendly. When my sister gets her license we're going to get her car here!!! def happy!

Great business. Staff allowed me to view the vehicles at my own pace. I was not rushed, and was able to think clearly. RPM really knows how to close deals, and doesn t give their customers any regrets.

Went to about 3 other car dealerships, I was in a crunch to by a car for work and i was on the phone with Mike from RPM, he took my information down , we set up a appointment and within 45 minutes of me being in the dealership I was approved for financing, which many of the other dealerships couldn't do and on top of that I drove away in a car that night. Thanks Mike

worst experience ever! signed contracts,registered,insured car & brought car home home only 2 be hassled for weeks because "they " needed more info! got so fed up with the games we returned it & will bring our business elsewhere!
