Matt Has Been Very Kind Too Me Since Day One, Pricing Is Fair And They Are A Very Quick Service!!!! Im In And Out 15 Mins At Most, Dustin Also Changed My Battery When It Stopped Working, Very Grateful To These Guys Because They Don t Change Up The Prices On You And Offer A Free Wash With The Oil Xchange Service. Environment Is Clean And They Offer Free Guest Wifi Along With Coffee.

I went in without an appointment on a Saturday morning early and was greeted by a very nice gentleman and was taken right in for the oil change. Quick and easy. Also received a voucher for a free car wash good if redeemed within 30 days. Pretty fair deal. Clean waiting room, plenty of seating. I will definitely go back for my next oil service. Thanks

I have been attempting to get an oil change and have called over a dozen times during normal business hours in the past few weeks to confirm they are open and have availability for me to come in. No one ever answers the phone. Today I decided to stop by. I followed the instructions on their signs - I parked right in front of the bay around back, left my keys in the vehicle and walked inside to the front desk. I stood there patiently for about 10 minutes. I observed an employee in the bay just staring at his cell phone for most of the time I was waiting. No one even acknowledged my presence, so I left. The end.

A blown motor and down thousands of dollars after getting a botched oil change from this establishment.. Court ruled in my favor but didn't cover the total cost of my loss. No apology given or responsibility taken by the owner, Matt. Not a good way to run a local business!!!

My wife "had her oil changed" here and surprise surprise, they put the wrong oil filter on her car and destroyed the drain pan nut. She's lucky her engine didn't burn out from how much oil she lost. Don't take your car here if you care about it.

My wife and I had or oil changed here three weeks ago and it was the worst experience we have ever had. After bringing our car home we noticed a huge puddle of oil in our driveway and I got under the car and seen that the car was leaking oil. We had to get our car towed to the nearest mechanic where they told me they cracked the oil pan and tried covering it up using some kind of universal bolt but that didn't work. I called this business and the person I talked to was extremely rude and after I told him what happened he told me to take them to court and hung up the phone on me. This place was also the last ones to do the oil change the last time so I will be taking them to court because it costed me four hundred dollars to get it fixed and the car doesn't seem the same since this happend.Service: Oil change

Went in and had my oil changed, Matt and his crew are professional, honest and courteous. They checked all my fluids, filters and i ended purchasing 4 tires from them for less than i was quoted at a few other locations. highly recommend these guys! Have been going for unlimited car washes for over 2 years with the same car. Over the past 2 months I have had 4 antennas ripped off the car and they won't do anything about it. Very disappointing.

There's a reason why it's got so many bad reviews, wish would have seen them before my coworker told me about leaving my car there. Expensive oil change, high prices, plus don't being making themselves responsible for breaking anything in the car. At plain sight could noticed tires were not filled up even though the receipt said otherwise...Bring up for the manager to keep responsibilities off their hands and him changing what I said in the middle of the conversation, trying to use the other two employees as witnesses and saying he was recording with his phone while on his pocket apart from cameras at the place recording audio too. Once told him to replay what I supposedly said, backed out and said it's personal property he doesn't have too. Never seen personally a place where negligence and manipulation would be so prominent. First and last time. "Manager" for me used to be a tittle for very rational and capable people, not the complete opposite.At this point can't even give them credibility that my filter or even oil was changed.Something I will have to check with my regular mechanic.

They took advantage of my father who brought his car there for an oil change LAST WEEK. Had no problem taking his cash and getting him out the door! The car has barely been driven since then and today we found out that the oil was black & needs to be replaced again...Get these guys off Route 9.See below for more of the same.Service: Oil change

These guys are awesome. They have great customer service and are honest. They are quick and efficient. It is always a smooth, headache free service. The prices are reasonable. I won t take my car anywhere else, especially because they never try to add unnecessary services which I ve found to be a problem at other car places.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very affordable pricing for both the car wash and oil change. They give you a $5 off coupon that you can use towards any wash when you get your oil changed there. You can use the coupon same day. They also recently made towel dry standard with all their washes which was a big gap before. There's never a long wait for oil changes or the car wash so this place gets five stars out of convenience. It's not the best car wash in the area, but it's adequate.

Just had a horrible experience. I chose to go to Oil Xchange because it is very convenient to not have to make an appointment and just be able to drive right in. As I was waiting outside in my car to be able to pull up for my oil change I noticed that a worker entered the car in front of me to pull it inside and he was not wearing a mask inside of the customers car. When my car was inside and ready to be pulled up to the next spot a different worker opened my door and was about to enter it with no mask. We asked him to put a mask on before entering my car and we heard him tell another coworker his mask broke. Then instead of just apologizing and rectifying the situation by getting a new usable mask, a different employee decided to insist that they would never enter a car with no mask, even though we clearly saw the man entering my car without a mask. And on top of it all there were two additional car wash employees walking back and forth to the front entrance and fridge with no mask on at any point. Instead of this being a quick convenient experience it turned into a very uncomfortable and anxious one. Someone s car is a very personal space and I would of had a lot more appreciation, understanding, and respect for a business if instead of basically arguing with me that I was wrong, they would have just apologized for the incident. Times are tough for everyone right now and the last thing I want is to be writing a bad review or giving anyone a hard time. But the fact that I was made to feel anxious, uncomfortable, and just wrong for wanting someone to wear a mask while in my car is just completely unacceptable. I will no longer be doing any business with this establishment.Service: Oil change

They put conventional oil in my vehicle after they asked me what I wanted and they were told to use Full Synthetic. They billed me for a synthetic oil filter(whatever that means) but yet used conventional oil. They saw a young girl in for service and tried pulling a fast one, to their misfortune she knows more about engines than their employees. After the manager was done yelling at his employees about how they were going to pay out of their pockets for the mistake he tried to yell at my wife. Ha, I cant even do that without getting smacked. Find another spot to get a quick oil change .Service: Oil change

They installed wrong oil filter on Honda CRV. I lost 3 1/2 quarts of oil out on GSP. I took vehicle to Honda and they showed me the poor service they did. Never againService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Used to swear by this place but after last time I'm done here. I specifically asked whoever was in charge if they topped all the fluids with the oil change and of course he said yes. So after a, likely rushed, oil change, I thought everything was fine and continue driving. Then the check engine light comes on and my car blows ice cold air indicating low coolant, which was bone dry. So no fluids were topped, I was lied to, and I'd be surprised if they even replaced my oil filter.

It s too long a story, so I ll just say how disappointed I am with their initial quality of service 4 1/2 months ago, and their follow up service when we returned the other day to question the possibility of problems that occurred due to or during our initial service.Ended up taking the car to a different service center today. They confirmed my suspicions about the reasons for the current issue. The problem is now resolved .Service: Oil change

I go there every week to use the free vacuum ,cleaning out my car from the dirt my son brings into the car when at soccer or football, too the threading from my crafts that ends up to the Upholstery . It's a wonderful place to go for an oil change and while that's getting done- I do my laundry and after the oil change is done before even my laundry is done I even stop and vacuum my car for a while something you have to do things you need to do all Compact and do one easy place bring your own food though cuz there's none available some nice restaurants around it is a well-run place a speaking that he is a gentleman and a scholar cuz he knows everything he needs to know about cars the laundry and the car wash definitely a place to stop when you're running laundry has run amok and your car needs to get cleaned and your indeed need of an oil change. Don't forget you can always always always go in for a free vacuuming of your car when entering needs which is another reason why I love this one stop spot for everything don't forget to bring dollars or your debit card because they don't take change their but overall a wonderful wonderful place to stop.
