Glad to be the 100th person to give them a rating. This is a company, that has customer service like you have never seen before.Let's start at the day I called them. I called them a few min after the accident. A few min later I had a tow truck there, and a car arranged for me that fit my needs.I think I got more phone calls with updates from them, than I ever remember getting from a single place. They apologized that a shipment for a part got stuck with the shipping company. Not something I have ever heard someone apologize for, usually it's used to blame someone.Overall best experience I ever had. Hope to never have to use them again, but are glad to have them if something happens.

I was blown away by the exceptional service and quality from the work at Jersey Collision! Gav worked wonders on my car, restoring it in record time. The attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. I highly recommend Jersey Collision to anyone looking for top-notch auto body work and a hassle-free experience. Outstanding service here!!! I had been rear ended and they stepped up picked up my car from my house to dropping off a rental car and helped me out with insurance and then dropped my car off at my house when it was done. Being very helpful with the time making sure I would be available went above and beyond with everything when I got the car back. Everything was in perfect shape - they went ahead and did a car wash and cleaned my car. I would most definitely recommend jersey collision to anyone who needs work done on their car!!!

Would 100% 10/10 recommend. The customer service you receive from the moment you first step in the door to even after all services are complete is immaculate. They 100% stand behind their work and any problems you have no matter how small they may be they will be adjusted and fixed accordingly. Isaac was my main point of contact throughout my journey any questions or concerns I had were always answered in a timely matter. After all services were complete I had a minor problem after and with my schedule was unable to make it back to the facility. Issac had sent someone to my job to retrieve the car for me and dropped it back off later in the day. He even offered to give me a ride to work if I dropped it off! All the guys were great to work with and super friendly. It was truly an amazing experience, I will be returning for future projects.

Jersey Collison makes getting in a car accident EASY! (obvs if there are no casualties)As soon as we got into the accident we called Gabe and the service and response was truly amazing! The next day we were in a HIGH END rental all expenses paid for by Jersey Collision. I got the opportunity of riding it for the duration that my car was the shop. (Awesome perk)Once the car was ready they brought it to me and returned my rental for me! The guy who dropped off the car even helped me install my kids car seats!In this industry its all about service, Gabe & Isaac, CRUSHED it!

I can t thank Jersey Collision enough for the work they did on my car. I had broken windows and extensive body damage all around the car. They worked closely with the insurance company and before I knew it, I had my car back. My car looks incredible. Thank you Jersey Collision.

The reviews don't lie!!I banged up my 24' VW Atlas on 12/6/23, contacted Gabe & sent him a few pictures from the car. I had a quote back within the hour and was told that he would have an eta on the parts the next morning due to the vehicle being so new in the US. I spoke to him the following day & was told that parts had to be special ordered from Germany as non were available yet in the country & ETA was mid January, car was drivable so I had no issues with that. Gabe messaged me on 12/27 at 10:30 am that the parts had just come in and that he can get it done that very same day. Car was picked up at 11:54am from my office and dropped back off at 4:52pm looking as good as new. I don't know how Gabe does this but if you are looking for a straight body shop with reliability, integrity & great customer service then Jersey Collision is the way to go. As an aside, the price he quoted me was the price I paid, no surprises or upcharge to get the parts expedited from Europe. They just tick all the boxes!!

Great place with real friendly guys. Couldn't close my car door since one of the parts snapped, and they fixed it up within an hour of me walking in. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I stopped at Jersey collision for the first time today because someone had hit my truck and popped the rear bumper out of its clips. Isaac repaired my car while I waited and sent me on my way free of charge. I can't say enough about the wonderful service. I hope you never need his service but if you do, I wouldn't go anywhere else

Wow is all I can say. Not only were they efficient, timely, and just do a great job with my car but the customer service is NEXT LEVEL. I needed something done on my car and it was picked up this morning and 2 hours later dropped back off sparkling and new. HIGHLY recommend!

I went here last week and had them remove plastic protectors on my convertible sports car. They were professional and very respectful. They did a great job and were extremely reasonable and delivered my car to my home. I was very satisfied.

If they had 10 star ratings I would give it to them. My car hit by a drunk driver in a parking lot late at night. I got in touch with Isaac and he came back with an estimate before I even had a chance to turn around. These guys are top of the line in the collision repair space. Picked it up from my driveway and returned it to the same place fully taken care of. The attention to detail and the way they went above and beyond making sure I was not inconvenienced made me feel like an only customer. Car came back clean and beautiful. Could not recommend highly enough!!!
