Amazing honest assistance from General gentleman as a woman I am tired of being talked down to and these guys understand that women know cars to that was a plus for your business kudos your counter help needs a raise they deserve it because keeping customers like me happy is what makes us keep coming back and we have the old cars with engines that we like to keep going we are your future purchaser God bless you guys and I love the little car finally being lit up can we put some holiday lights on it though just a thought nice Christmas tree on the top would be cute. They close at 4 put don't post that anywhere on the website. Waste people time gas and energy when there's 5 guys in the office who can't grab a paid for part.

One of the very few salvage yards still in existence. If nobody else has it, Fenix most likely will. Massive network of suppliers to find just about anything you're looking for in used parts. I've been using these guys for years as Cosmos and have never been disappointed. Prices might be a little higher but parts are premium and guaranteed. Highly recommended to anyone in need of parts.

These guys are the best. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you get the right parts the first time. They are very punctual and the parts are there when they say they ll be there. I normally talk to Ian who is world class, he always goes above and beyond and really cares about his craft. Ian time and time again always provides me with the best customer service. In a business where you don t always get someone friendly on the phone it s a nice change of pace for sure.

As always Cosmos is not only the best at supplying quality parts over the other competitors but Mike is super helpful. His knowledge about various parts and a availability is incredible. You will rarely if ever catch mike not making a joke or in a good mood over the phone. It definitely makes you think to make ocean county your first call!

If Cosmos/Fenix Auto Parts , doesn't have your part , they will find it and have it shipped to their shop , within days , for a very reasonable price . They are all extremely nice and very helpful , in the office .

This week was my first time ever visiting Cosmos to pick up a part for my car. When I entered their facility I was welcomed by Sales Associate Jeff and he assisted me immediately and made sure I left their store satisfied. I highly recommended talking to Jeff with whatever help you need. He s very professional and shows a genuine concern to his customers needs! I had a pleasurable first experience with this business and I will be coming back in the future because of Jeff!

Mike is an honest and experienced salesman , trustworthy, knowledgeable and cooperative. He will extend himself to get your products in an expedited manner whether it s a transmission, engine, etc. Here at AAMCO, I ve been dealing with Mike for several years and never any problems, if they product is defective he will get you another unit within 24-48 hours. I m pleased with Mike s work ethic and have high regards of his punctuality. Thanks Mike and keep up the good work, regards Cecil aka Nate.

Just wanted to take the time to write a review for the fantastic service that I received. I needed an engine for my Jeep. After calling multiple places with outrageous prices I was starting to feel like I was getting the run around as a woman who doesn't know much about cars. Thankfully I called Ocean County Auto Wreckers and spoke with one of their salesmen Kyle. He gave me a great deal on the engine I needed and it even came with a 3 year parts and labor warranty when no one else offered me anything over six months. My engine is in and, my car is running the best it has in years. I can't thank them enough for the money they saved me and getting me back on the road. If you are in need of any kind of car part give them a call and speak to Kyle at extension # 208101

I have dealt with Hammer for 10 plus years and have nothing but good experiences with him. He s definitely a multitasker, a go getter and just a overall awesome salesman. He works hard for the customers to make sure they are satisfied and happy. He can locate almost anything you are looking for and gets you the best price possible. 5 stars all the way around!!!

I just want to write a review about Mike at cosmos ! This guy is the best is the business ! I have been ordering parts from Mike and ocean county auto parts for 26 years. No one better to deal with , this guy will always go above and beyond to make sure we get parts at the right price and quickly. I highly recommend calling Mike with any part needs.

After calling multiple local pick n pulls, I remembered my younger years and decided to call my old shop for help. Kyle was not only incredibly professional, but knowledgeable and helpful. My company buys a lot of engines reman and new from cosmos! The warranty and the time to get part is awesome. I love dealing with Mike! Ext. 1100. Always located my items needed and is always quick about it. I would recommend this junk yard to anyone. They have everything!

I ve been in the collision repair business for over 30 years and have worked with many parts vendors through out this time.Fenix parts-cosmos is by far one of the best I have dealt with.Mike and his team are knowledgeable, quick to respond and update through email on my parts delivery status. They have become my exclusive vendor for recycled auto parts.Our facility participated in a recycled ride program where we donated a car to a deserving us veteran.Mike and his team played a big part in making this happen. Thanks for giving back and keep up the great work guys!!

Great service. The customer service rep Ian was very helpful and professional. I ordered a part for my 350z and he networked out to get me the right part. Their affiliate sent the wrong part but with one phone call back he got me the right part sent out that same day. That's the kind of service anybody looks for. Definitely would recommend Cosmos auto parts to anyone. Keep up the good work. JT

4 years I've been dealing with this company and I've never had a bad thing to say! If these guys don't have the part you need in stock they will go out of there way to find it for you in a fast and timely manner! Ian is always very helpful and knowledgeable about all my part needs. To top it all off if there is any kind of problem he always takes care of me and makes sure the issue gets fixed. To top all that off they have a 6 month warranty with all their in stock parts! You cant beat that! Most used parts store you go to are lucky to have a 30 day! Five stars. Recommended time and time again!

I've been buying parts from Mike aka "HAMMER" for about 5 years now. he is by far the best sales person in the business. Insurance companies try to steer us to other vendors to get the most cost effective part possible. but no matter what Mike always does his very best to get it there and has always succeeded to do so.

Cosmos has always been the most dependable, helpful, and honest salvage lot in the area. They have always had the highest quality replacement parts at very competitive pricing. From the sales team to the guys who carefully wrap sharp edges on certain parts, these guys are as good as it gets. Cosmos gets my full recommendation as a personal customer, and as the parts manager at a high volume body shop. Mike and the gang at Cosmos deliver a top notch product, on time, and at a great price.

I ve been dealing with Hammer for 12 years now. He has helped me out on dozens of occasions on multiple parts from transmissions to cooling fans. Whatever the issue may be, he has the solution for me. He s extremely knowledgeable in the industry and if there s ever a problem with a part, he resolves any issues and always comes back with the correct part. I will always continue to do business with Hammer as well as recommend anyone I know to him. He s the best!

Mike at Cosmos has been my go to for years. I speak with him several times a day and he provides incredible customer support on every single call. Never have I had such a supportive and effective relationship with a vendor. Its gotten to the point where If Mike / Cosmos doesn't have it then I stop looking.If you want to reduce stress, come backs and increase business then I would make them my first call.

Cosmo's Ian on the sales staff was the MOST professional, and well informed salesperson you could want. He helped me from beginning to end with my Honda roof rack and was fantastic. I always get my LKQ parts from Mike at Cosmo s. He is very knowledgeable and always tries to work with me. The parts our shop receives are always in the shape he described. He is a great person to have in your side of business. And he is always singing and happy. I wouldn t want to work with anyone else.
