The whole experience with having Collision Correctors repair my vehicle was amazing. Their customer service is beyond reproach. Alyssa and Aaron communicated with me weekly. They both were extremely patient and understanding with all my questions. I not only received automatic weekly updates from their system, but I also received personalized weekly updates.It was beyond what I expected and they really serve as excellent example of what customer service should consist of. Their estimate was detailed and thorough. Any questions were explained promptly and thoroughly with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I am most impressed by the team at Collision Correctors for the meticulous work that was performed on my vehicle. I couldn't even tell that it was in accident. It is truly amazing what skilled, talented and gifted individuals can do. Their work is beyond reproach!My vehicle was returned in what I would consider better than new appearance. Their sister team at "Color Correctors" ensured a precise paint match and finish. It was pristine upon. It was nice to learn that they have in house detail shop that can apply paint correction applications to make your vehicle look brand new. Jay, Tom, Aaron and Alyssa were absolute pleasure to deal with! James at Color Correctors did a phenomenal job with making my vehicle stand out. It s also important to note that they all were very humble during this experience. I wasn't treated as just another customer. They all presented themselves in a nice, caring and professional manner, which in turn, eased the whole experience.Thanks guys for the work you performed and to your whole team behind the scenes. They should also be applauded for their commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction! While I hope to never be in this position again, rest assured I would immediately return there. My first impression of Collision Correctors came by way of Alyssa. She was very personable, pleasant, and professional, as was everyone else I met. I appreciated the regular updates on the status of my vehicle.They were able to complete the job 2 days prior than the estimated date.Lastly, I was very happy with the completed repairs on my vehicle.I highly recommend Collision Correctors, and should the need ever arise again, they would be my first go to

Very efficient, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They worked seamlessly with my insurance and I had my car back within a day. They even cleaned and shined up the inside for me! I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future!

This is our 3rd time using Collision Correctors & each time, we are so impressed with their work! We even drive 30+ minutes to use this shop & it is worth the drive every time.This time around, my car was estimated to take 2 weeks, because they were basically repairing the entire passenger side. I was thrilled when it was finished days earlier! I was also so grateful for the update texts; the communication was greatly appreciated.Everyone in the office was friendly, helpful, and informative & I feel like I m in good hands when I work with them.Lastly, my car came back shiny & brighter & cleaner than before.Hopefully our cars won t need body work in the near future but if they do, we know where we re going & highly recommend that you use them too!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Not only does Collision Correctors repair car bodies meticulously to a showroom new look, they provide amazing customer service with regular updates and answer all questions in a timely matter. C.C. is more than just a body shop. They are a team. If you've served our country you understand the type of teamwork I am talking about. Great job and hoorah to the team at Collision Correctors.

We have used Collision Correctors two times in the past. Each time, including this third repair, we have been completely satisfied with the workmanship AND customer service. Car looks amazing! Very happy and would highly recommend their services.

Aaron and his team at Collision Correctors came to the rescue when the first insurance approved shop made a literal mess of my already deer damaged vehicle. If I had known Collision Correctors worked with my insurance company, I would have had my Volvo towed there first due to their stellar reputation among family and friends. Honest people. Fair and transparent pricing. Professional and timely communications regarding my vehicle's estimate and repair status. Quality work by highly trained staff. Can't say enough good things about this body shop.

Feeling hopeless, I stopped into Collision Correctors praying for a miracle that they could paint my son s football helmet to match his school colors. I had been turned down by a few other shops closer to my home and then remembered that I had been to Collision Correctors before to have repairs done on some of my work vehicles. The staff was amazing and didn t hesitate to say yes and put my worries at ease. They pulled paint samples to make sure that the colors were a perfect match to the reference helmet that I brought in. The best part is that they didn t charge me a dime and just told my son to have a great season when we picked it up!!! I would recommend this place a hundred times over!!! Quality and customer service at its finest!!!

My 2021 Prius Prime got hit by a deer causing extensive damage to my passenger front corner and side. Through my insurance, Collision Correctors was one of two local body shops that it uses for repairs. I can definitely see why Collision Correctors was a top choice! Professional and true Customer Service was given from Alyssa, the receptionist to Jay and Aaron, who worked on my vehicle, to the owner. It took just three weeks to have everything ordered, repaired, replaced and calibrated. Even though there were minor issues along the way, Everyone at Collision Correctors sought to make things right. After having my car back for a week, it looks and performs just like the day I bought it. Thank you again to everyone for going the extra mile and providing exceptional service.

Had my car fixed at Collision Correctors after run in with a deer. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Everyone here was friendly and helpful. I was advised about the status of the repairs every step of the way. My car looked awesome when I picked it up. It was cleaned inside and out also. I would not hesitate to recommend Collision Correctors to anyone needing repairs on their car. Five stars!!

This is the second time in less than 2 months that I was at Collision Correctors. The first time Alyssa and Aaron took care of everything with our Mazda being hit in a parking lot.This time my wife was in a 5 car crash on Route 9 and our brand new car was brought there. Once again Alyssa and Aaron guided us through everything as the car was determined to be totaled.They went above and beyond our expectations and worked with our insurance company.I wouldn t hesitate to recommend their business.

Collision Correctors is my go-to auto body shop in Ocean County. I ve always been impressed with their superior quality work, their excellent communication, and their friendly atmosphere they maintain. I ve never had to go back due to any resolved issues like creaks or noises. They work with insurance carriers in a professional and transparent manner, never once causing stress on the customer. They ve earned my complete trust for all my auto body requirements!

I had the best experience at Collision Correctors in Bayville. I have a brand new Kia and ended up being hit by a deer. Allstate gave me a list of body shops to do the work and I winged it and went with Collision Correctors in Bayville. They did not disappoint at all. Tom did the estimate for the damage and a time frame of when he thought it would be completed and he was right on the money! Alyssa reached out several times with updates to tell me my vehicles estimated complete date was still right on track! These guys are awesome and my vehicle was returned to me as if there was never any damage. I highly recommend Collision Correctors to anybody. Thanks again guys!

I can t say enough about this place. Purchased recently by County Line Auto body the team here meets and exceeds all expectation. I am not an easy customer. I know that. But promising guaranteeing and then delivering Top notch first class work is not only unheard of but absolutely pricelessSpecial extreme shout out to Aaron who ensured an amazing delivered product with all work Exceeding any and every possibility. Thank you to the management team and front desk for rescuing me from a bad situation.dealing with another autobody center. My insurance company certified Collison Correctors but now everyone I know will be going there ..their paint jobs flawless. They won t deliver the car unless it s beyond perfect. Aaron you are amazing and better get a huge raise. Don t let this one go. I had a great experience with Collision Correctors! I received updates 2x/week via text or call while they were working on my vehicle. They were able to stick to the estimated timeline we discussed when my vehicle was first dropped off. My vehicle looks as good as new! Special shoutout to Tom for his customer service. Brought my Tesla model 3 here after an animal hit. Great people, couldn't have done better. Very communicative and very helpful with trying to come to a solution as fast as possible. Super friendly and amazing work done would recommend to any Tesla owner.

The staff was very communicative during the time that they had my vehicle and provided weekly text message updates on the progress of the repair. They communicated with my insurance company so I didn t have to do anything other than drop off the vehicle and pick it up.

This is our second time using Collision Correctors to repair a vehicle. The first time we had a Honda Accord repaired. This time we had our BMW X3 front bumper skirt repaired. Both times we were given regular updates. Everything was done on-time as promised. Tom gave me regular updates on the repair. I'll continue to use them when needed. Hopefully, I don't need to use them often, but should something else come up again, we will.

My car looks like new. My car had both front and rear end damage and they fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. They also helped navigate the insurance company's dealing with the accidents. Their staff is friendly and helpful!!
