A+ Shop! I highly recommend them. Very honest and thorough. Just had my engine replaced. They were very reasonable. I can not stress enough what a great experience we had here. Their communication was phenomenal,pricing was fantastic and their quality of work was outstanding. From diagnosis to estimate to out the door everything was honest and up front. We have finally found our go to shop! We'll be bringing our kids cars here too! Thank you so much!!

Came in to get a state inspection with no appointment for my car. The staff was respectful and professional, they finished the car inspection in less than ten minutes, and called me back after i left for the title of my car. Definitely recommend this place.

Took my mother's older model Sable wagon for new tires. Got the quote over the phone for their reasonably priced, all-season tires. Dropped it off within an hour. It was ready the same day at time requested. They upgraded the tires and didn't charge for the difference in price. Brandon at the desk was super friendly and a pleasure to work with.Service: Tires

After reading the reviews hear, I am confused, because Bob upsold me replacement Parts that in a face to face conversation said I could get away with the. Just replacing a Serpentine Belt. I had a fiscal estimate and agreed since my Car is older and I told Bob I did not want to put alot of Money into it as I am getting a new Vehicle A Kit was ordered and I had to fork over $400+$ s Not Honest, or trust worthy! Ripped me off! Steer clear! Type o $400.00+ $s

I decided to have my car towed to Bayville Auto Care as my parents used them for 20 years or more servicing all of their cars. Unfortunately they took almost 2 weeks to figure out the issue. In the end, I was overcharged $520 on the part that they claimed was a $1200 part and in reality it's a $640 plus tax part from their NAPA supplier. That same part through Rock Auto which is NAPA's supplier is $337. So NAPA marks up the part $300 and then the repair shop marked it up another $520. Now my check engine light is back on after the repair was done and bringing to Nissan to have them check out the vehicle. Will not use Bayville Auto again.

Charged $300 to replace a battery. Asked for $750 for an alternator repair or $1000 for a new one. Was able to get the alternator replaced elsewhere for less than half that.Nice guys overall but I won t be returning unless it s for something simple like a nail in the tire or an oil change. I get that a business needs to make money, but some of the services here seem overpriced.Service: Battery

Great place, friendly, honest, and fair service. Have had Bayville auto work on 2 of my cars now and they are always fixed right with no issues. It is hard to find honest mechanics who wont essentially try to sell you every possible part and service on a car, however at Bayville Auto you get honest reliable service from some great mechanics! they find the problem quickly and repair it just as fast! If something NEEDS to be fixed they do it for an affordable price. If it is something that can wait they let you know , not like some other repair shops tell you it must be done now to make a buck. I will definitely recommend to a friend!!

A few essential elements of an excellent auto care shop: 1. Top-quality mechanical service. 2. Trustworthiness. 3. Friendly, accommodating staff who treat you with respect. ALL THREE can be found at Bayville Auto Care. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Bob and his team truly care about providing unbelievable service at an affordable cost. They will let you know if you need something you didn't realize you needed, but will NEVER sell you a part or service you don't...that equals peace of mind regarding car care and assures a positive experience every time you visit.

I've been to a lot of auto repair shops but Bayville Auto Care Center is the best repair shop I have ever taking my car to with 30 years of service their manager BrendanIs kind courteous knowledgeable patient he listens to you when you explain what is wrong with your car they are very affordable reliable honest I recommend this repair shop to everyone I will continue doing business with them and I recommendedThem to my friends and family

DO NOT get an alignment here. After forgetting that I asked for an alignment in addition to other work that I needed done, I was told when picking my car up that my alignment was like 90% better in the most unreassuring voice I could have imagined. Originally my car would veer to the left a little. Now, it STILL veers left (if not more than before), the steering wheel s response is much looser than it was originally, and also there is a sort of bumping noise present as the wheels spin while driving. I m guessing that they rushed through my alignment just to get my car back to me In 2 hours even though they had 5 days to do it. I m just wondering why I paid $120 for them to just ruin my steering. I ll be going someplace else in the future. Thanks guys.......

I bring my car there all the time. They never try to sell you on things that you don't necessarily need and I appreciate that. They are always wonderful. I recommend Bayville Auto to people all the time.

they may not be the cheapest place in town, but they're very honest, and won't up-sell you if they don't think you need it. These guys are the real deal, they'll take good care of you.
