I just came back from AutoZone in Bayville, NJ because I needed windshield wiper blades for my daughter's 2013 Honda Civic. The previous set froze to the window during our recent snow storm and were useless. The gentleman, who turned out to be the manager, was more than helpful in choosing the proper set for the car, but when I asked him how difficult they were to install, he went the extra step and installed them for me right in the parking lot. Though it only took him a few seconds, I know it would have taken me hours since there were spare parts and adapters in the package and he know exactly what I needed. I can't say enough good things about my experience at AutoZone in Bayville, NJ. This is not the only time that the employees there have helped me and I highly recommend them. They may be a national chain, but they still give that "home town service." I wish there were more stores and people who took care of me as well as this gentleman did.

Walked in, showed them the replacement light bulb I needed. They had it in stock and a reasonable price. Friendly helpful staff, Now, I'm good to go!

I purchased a battery from Auto Zone on Route 9 in Bayville and during the sale of the battery and installation it was a great experience. I was having an issue with my truck and i was told the battery was bad. I went to Auto Zone, spoke to the manager and even though he did not think the battery was the issue, with a smile he said they were going to replace it with a new battery. It was a pleasure dealing with the store team and I highly recommend Auto Zone on Route 9 in Bayville to be your one stop shopping for your auto needs.

A tough business to be in now a days. The staff is friendly and does the best they can to help. I can't say I order specific parts anymore, as those days are over. Wiper blades, oil, a occasional air filter. They have a good supply of. Usually not to busy at least when I have been there. Good place to get in and get out quick!4/24/22, battery (marine use) I purchased in Feb, would not hold a charge. Returned it to Auto zone and only proof I could find was my credit card statement showing date I made the purchase. Immediately they verified that the battery indeed would not take a charge, and verified my purchase, and replaced the battery with a new one . Professional and courteous, right to carrying new battery to my car. I guess I know who gets my business from now on! Keep up the good customer service!

I visited your store this morning and was assisted by an associate named Sam. He was very kind and went out of his way to help me. The 2 issues that I had were resolved quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I was so appreciative of his help that I wanted to tip him.. However, he refused to accept the money. I just want to say thank you for employing such caring and professional people. I would recommend your store to anyone.

Completely different store then when I worked there when it opened. Manager Scott is and has been for the last few years a miserable person. People scatter rather than help.

Came in with a issue with my vehicle..I met the sweetest lady ever named amber she helped me get back on the road and got the right parts for my vehicle. I was so happy thanks amber always in my heart.

I needed new windshield wipers. The ones I got were a little bit pricey but good. The guy put them on for me... Very happy about that!

The first time I went in, about 3 months ago was for a tail light bulb for my chevy trailblazer, I believe the guy who helped me, his name was chris? Not 100% sure but he was delightful. Super nice and definitely knows his stuff. He was there again the other day and helped me out with what coolant was right for my truck.

Great place. 9 times out of 10 they have what you need there on site but if not, they can get it delivered to you later in the day. These guys working here really know there stuff and can help ya out with anything ya need! Definitely recommend this place

One guy was great! CAMERON i think? Helped me find the right blades for my renegade and installed for me. Super nice and let me exchange bladez even though I lost my receipt within a few days.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I have a commercial account with AutoZone for years. Ordered a part from this store. They said they have it in stock. I sent someone over to pick it up and they told my guy they can't help me because they don't know anything about it. Then I called back and they said they don't remember anything about my order that I placed 30 minutes ago. Maybe these people at this AutoZone shouldn't smoke or drink on the job because they are the stupidest AutoZone employees I ever had to deal with!! My company spends over $100,000 on parts per year and I will buy from Advanced Auto from now on!

I went in on 11/9/21 to return a few items, there was no one in the store except for me and the person at the front pushed me off to another person that was busy restocking. The worst customer service and most unhelpful 3 people that were working.

Staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Their available selections are pretty good. The inventory extends a little bit into other areas like boats chainsaws motorcycle stuff. Convenient place to go

My finace and I stopped in to AutoZone to grab a quick fix it part and and when we walked in the door there was only one employee standing behind the counter and she asked if we needed her help with finding anything in particular. My fiance replied yes and said what he was looking for, the cashier got so mad and snappy because he took her up on that offer for help! My fiance was so insulted he just walked out without anything at all. He thinks that the store was about to close and that employee was looking forward to clocking out and cleaning up for the night and we put a clamp in so to speak.

This Auto was great no wait time. The person who me was really nice, plus he made sure I purchase the right products that I was looking for. Never rush me or to try to sell me something I didn't want.

First off woman employee got snippy with me because I guess I was standing over her...sorry didn't realize. Next the cashier was too busy trying to get a new job from a customer in front of me...even while I was being checked out bs'ing with the guy... good thing they opened an advanced auto parts next door. Will not be going back here.

AutoZone where would I be without it I walk in they know me by my first name I know Jeff by his first name I get my parts without a problem that plenty of people in there to help you they greet you and they can't find it in their store they'll reach out to their Hub store and have it there for you if by the end of the day if not the next day

They are always so helpful, when I purchased new windshield wipers...didn't make it into a bag lol question was asked ,if by chance I had that vehicle with me today ? My reply ...Yep - parked in front , out from behind the counter and out the door ! Before I placed my purchases in my purse he was coming g in with the old one and the garbage ... a wonderful experience ,that makes me still go back every time I need supplies ... Bayville Auto Zone Rocks -keep up the great work gentleman , respect your knowledge and experience... god bless.Know your respected ! Thank You.
