Sonia saved me a trip. I was able to leave the rental with them after picking up my car. She walked me through the entire process along with the owner. They were extremely pleasant to work with. I had to show the before and after photos of the work done. I am pleased and ecstatic. My jaw dropped and I couldn't stop smiling. She damn near looks new. They did real good!!! The real test is how she drive. I'll come back if any issues.

First time at the shop. Brought my car to fix my rear bumper all done through insurance on a Monday and my car was ready Thursday. Like it never happened. Great speedy service, great customer service. Additionally, they cleaned my vehicle which was unexpected. Really recommend this place. Keep up the good work.

If you are looking for an autobody shop, look no further! I STRONGLY recommend Russell's Auto Body to any potential customers! Customer service & vehicle repair was OUTSANDING! My vehicle was vandalized and they made what was an extremely stressful situation for me as smooth and manageable as possible. They were very communicative and extremely helpful! My vehicle looks AMAZING! Just like new; even BETTER than new! I was in awe with how great my car looks. High quality work & it was done much quicker than what I had anticipated. I would like to give a special thank you to Sonia, Russ, Frank, & Scott for all of their help and hard work! I greatly appreciate you guys, truly! THANK YOU! These guys went above and beyond! This was my first time doing business at Russell s. I skidded on some ice and damaged the front, side and back of my 2015 Kia Optima pretty bad. They were recommended by my insurance and I m glad I listened. I just picked up my car today and it looks brand new. Everyone I dealt with was nice as well. Great service and customer service!

Fixed both bumpers . Perfection. Clean my entire car . Work done so fast . I would get all my body work done with Russel in the future.Great work and thanks to everyone in that shop.

I m leaving a 1 star review based off customer service and not work performed. We ve tried getting an estimate for repairs 3 times and weren t successful. Today (12/26) was our 3rd visit only to arrive at the office and the rep was on the phone with her mom and was bothered because we obviously disturbed her call. She never ended her call, just placed the phone down. She provided incomplete directions on how we can have an estimate completed told us we needed to email but never provided the email address. Reps like this should not be in customer facing roles if they don t want to interact with customers. Sadly, we weren t privy to get the work that we read others rave about!

They are heartless and cruel. My niece is in a wheelchair and I called to ask if they paint wheelchairs. Unkind girl answering the phone rudely said we don t do that . How do you hear a child is in a wheelchair and not offer more assistance and direct me to which autobody shop would help? You need to check yourself hope you enjoy this karma. FYI every other auto body shop I called atleast tried to help me.

I can t say enough great things about the service I received from this auto body shop. It was timely, the work was done perfectly and the customer service was excellent. They even washed my car and made it look new. I highly recommend this shop.

The Best Auto Body Shop There Is. Im Glad I Went To Russells For My Auto Repair. The Service Was Like In And Out. I Dropped Off My Car With A Smooth Process. Frank Called The Rental Once I Stepped In. Took Care Of Me Before My Appointment Time. Handed Them Keys At The Same Time Rental Was There Already. Dropped It Off Tuesday, Car Was Ready Thursday. I made the right decision to bring our car to Russell s for a bumper repair. My husband was referred to Russell's after an accident and after getting the car back we can say they did an excellent job. My '22 Hyundai Tucson was rear ended and I chose Russell's to do the repair. It was a smart choice. They made the car look brand new again. The repair was done in a very timely manner. Everyone involved made what could have been an unpleasant experience very tolerable. No hesitation I would use Russell's again.

If I had to choose a body repair shop again, I would not hesitate for a moment to go with Russell s. I absolutely adore my car, and when I was in my first accident a few months ago, I wanted to go to the best auto body shop near me. I am lucky to have found Russell s shop, and I wanted to share my experience with them.From the first interaction, Russell was as professional and honest as could be. When he said the job would be perfect, he absolutely meant it. I couldn t spot any panels out of alignment (and I tried). I can t even tell the car had been in an accident - cosmetically or mechanically. It was a hugely stressful time for me, and the team at Russell s took care of everything with the insurance company. Something that I really appreciated was that Russell was careful to not make any promises he couldn t guarantee. When it comes to customer service with my own clients, I personally believe in managing a client s expectations - underpromising and overdelivering. Russell promised that the repair labor would be swift, but with the supply chain difficulties everyone is experiencing due to COVID, he wasn t able to commit to a time estimate regarding the delivery of parts, and that kind of honesty is a rare find. No one is excited to hear an uncertain turnaround, I m sure, but it beats making wild promises by a mile (I appreciate you for this!). One week we were just waiting for parts, the next week everything was repaired, painted, and detailed! He definitely delivered on his promise of an efficient repair time.What really pushed me over the edge to write this review was the attention to detail. While my license plate frame had to be trashed completely, I just noticed that the repair team even kept my custom license plate screw covers! The screw covers aren t anything special, but that level of attention and care to detail certainly is.All in all, amazingly fast repair time, pure professionalism and honesty, and an attention to detail that is unmatched. From the moment my car was towed in, to the day the car was ready, it took about a month (mostly delays from an insurance adjuster that was on vacation for over a week, and delivery of parts).Thank you to Russel and Team!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First class operation from the minute my car was towed there from the accident until i picked it up. My car had over 8000.00 worth of damage and it looked better than when i bought it. I brought it back to the dealer to have them check it out after the accident and they couldn't believe the car was in an accident. I want to thank the whole Russell's staff for a great customer service and an outstanding job. Will recommend anybody i know to this business !!Service: Painting

I parked my new porsche outside a pharmacy only to return and find that my rear fender was hit by another vehicle. I took my car to team Russell and was told not to worry. They informed me that they will be able to blend the paint and make it match perfectly. I was really concerned about a paint mismatch. They also assured me that the job will be done in two days. No disappointment here!! Not only did they deliver the car on time, but they did a series of paint touch-ups that I did not even ask for. The paint match was splendid! My car looks as new as when I first drove it out of the dealership. The service was simply exceptional. I strongly recommend Russell's Auto Body to any potential customer.

My husband and I recently had collision work done at Russell Auto Body. We both could not be happier with the work that was done. The car looks brand new! We also were very appreciative with the cleaning (more like detailing) that Russell did prior to us picking up our car. We highly recommend them!!

I just had my car serviced at Russell s and I cannot praise them enough. My car had pretty nasty dents and deep scratches and they did such a good job in correcting it and covering it up that the car looks new. Picked up a nice clean car too. Highly recommended.

I couldn't be happier with the work from here. My car looks brand new. They repaired it quickly and were very professional. The detail cleaning and a small bottle of touch up paint topped off my repair.totally recommend if you want your vehicle fixed with a smile and great service this is the place.

Just got my car fixed by Russell s 2 weeks ago and omg!!!! My husband and I are still amazed at what an awesome job they did! You can t even tell my car was hit. Can't say enough good things about Russel and Co: super accommodating, friendly, extremely helpful...needed repairs done on my car after a recent accident that were done right quick, and Russell went above and beyond in helping me traverse the whole process with my car insurer and any other related concerns. Made an otherwise stressful and annoying situation go as smoothly and seamless as possible, which is all one can ask for when these sort of things happen. A++

I had an accident on my vehicle and when I spoke to gecio they told me to bring it to this place since it was close by where I lived. BIG mistake I did bring my car here! When I got there Russell came up to me and asked me for the keys to my car and didn t even ask me anything about the damages done to my car. I told him there was a noise to my car that was never there and he was just like yeah okay yeah okay. When I go there to pick up my car the noise was still there. When I told him about it he was oh I forgot. Like how are you still in business?Service: Body & Trim

I had an accident and smashed the front of my car a 2017 Ford Escape. Brought it to Russell s and you would never know it was in an accident. The work was amazing! I had an all around great experience with Everyone who helped me .

They turned a traumatic situation into a very pleasurable experience, My vehicle was involve in an accident and the tow company towed my vehicle to Russells Auto Body, I was greeted by the shop owner who immediately made me feel assuring, They happened to be a Direct Repair Facility for my insurance company (Allstate) which made the process incredibly easy, They set up a rental for me and i was on my way. I got my 2015 Nissan Altima back better than i bought it, It had an annoying noise since it was new that was no longer there after the repair. I HIGHLY recommend Russells Auto Body, Their facility is State of the Art and the cleanest and neatest you will ever see !
