Great customer service. Brought my SUV at 10am and it was all done by 12pm. I got four new tires and brakes. Chris and Kadija were very helpful and professional . They gave me a good price. I don t like to recommend, but because of their timely service, clean garages, polite staff, discounts, and guaranteed work I will definitely be going to them in the future for my truck.

Pete is the best tire and brake guy in NJ. His expertise saved me a ton of $$$ and time. I offered him cash tip but he was very professional and declined. I would trust him with all of my vehicles. He even gave me a free air freshener. Really nice guy.

These guys were awesome!! I came in for an oil change and being this was my 1st time coming to Mavis, I had high hopes this could be my new place to bring my car. After getting my fluids looked at they came over to me to observe that I needed a new battery. Richard was a serious gentleman and kindly brought me over to my car to show me exactly why I needed a new battery. Trust was built already since is wasn't just Word of mouth of a recommendation. His associate Peter was also very helpful and knowledgeable about cars to help me understand what's needed and had a great since of humor...both Richard & Peter....my car ran much better after coming to this Mavis. I will definitely be coming back to get my car serviced as it's needed. Make sure to go see Richard or Peter these guys are legit!!!!

I recently visited Mavis Discount Tire and was thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service I received. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. They were prompt in their service, transparent about the costs, and provided clear explanations for the work needed. Overall, my experience was outstanding, mainly due to the exceptional customer service. Highly recommend for anyone in need of tire services!

I have been to a couple different Mavis locations for tires, oil, changes, and other services and this is by far the best one! Management is wonderful. They explain into detail, and even show you on things in your car that need to be repaired or fixed. I Was so excited my car was actually done earlier than expected. The store is very clean and the staff is wonderful.

I was lucky to find here right after experiencing a leak in my tire. Even luckier was meeting Richard, who was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. He is the best car person I ve ever dealt with. This will definitely be my go to spot for tires from now on!

These guys are very helpful and understanding. As soon as I walked in Richard was very helpful and explained everything from beginning to end. I appericated the availability and assistance as soon as I walked in. Also Chris was very helpful with following up and calling me to keep me updated. All around a good experience. Also the service and price worked out great!

I had a great experience with this company. I highly recommend working with Isiah. My tires for my car are unique, but Isiah was able to find the exact fit. I got all 4 tires and a wheel alignment done right before it started to snow. I feel so much safer on the road with these new tires. Thank you !

Place was nice and clean. The staff was friendly especially Chris. He helped me out with my tire. Service was pretty quick. I highly recommend this spot for any tire problems. I will definitely be coming back.

For me the most important thing is to find is people who are patients and nice. Peter and cregg and everyone there infront of desk and the tecnichians are great people and moreover the work made in the car was fenomenal. Thanks to Mavis in Bayonne because I have bad experience in other branches but this one is exceptional

The team here did awesome today!Courteous, Knowledgeable!They took my car in on the exact time of the appointment and had me going in record time.I was advised on future services and the price was competitive.Firestone was a little more expensive and Mavis is in better location for me personally.Nice Job!

Cheaper then my Dealership by about $600. plus included Wheel Alignment which my dealer wanted even more. Awesome guys pleasure to do business with and on top extra warranty on tires which they cover 50% of is just cherry on top. Will come back for any break and Tire problems!Thank you

Richard and Isiah are the best ... I went in there and instantly felt like part of the community. They were both so knowledgeable and helpful ... Seriously I would not go anywhere else anymore. It was easy to pull up and pull in and I got all my issues resolved instantly. Great team of workers and great assistant manager !!! Thumbs up my new spot !

Made an appointment to do an oil change and got there early, just for the front desk guy to tell me they wouldn t finish my oil change until closing or even the next day. The appointment was for 2:00pm and he said it didn t matter because there were walk-ins. I made an appointment to avoid the walk-in wait time so there s no point in allowing appointments if you re not going to honor it. Mind you they only had 2 cars in the garage when I walked in.

The guys at Mavis went above and beyond to help me with my flat tire. I went in and they fixed it in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately when I left I got another flat on the same tire. I called the shop and Chris went out of his way to help me out where I was at and to bring the car back to the shop. Once at the shop everything got fixed in a timely manner. Shout out to Peter also for making sure everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend Mavis, their customer service is one of the best if not the best out there. This is my go to spot for any issues with my car.

I come to Mavis every time I need tires and always leave satisfied. This time in particular was even better, Richard was a great help and also explained things very well as far as additional warranties, etc. I got two tires today and only took about 45 minutes!!! :)

The team helped ease the anxiety that comes with the thought experiencing any car issue. I made the appointment online because I was at work and I received a follow up call right away from Richard which put my mind at ease because I was able to explain the issue and confirm the appointment with someone on site. Even though I couldn t make it there until later in the day due to work, I was still taken care of with patience and kindness. Thank you again Richard and Bayonne team!

This would have been a great experience had it not been for the neglect from what ever employee moved my car around. There is dirty boot prints, black oil marks on grey cloth upholstery. The person doing the work should not be moving the cars.

One individual specifically had great customer service his name was Richard which I do believe is the manager. He was very informative and professional. My entire process was worry free, Richard gave me a step by step of the process and what was going on with my vehicle. Thank you Mavis and thank you Richard. Happy Holidays!

Very helpful-not only for plugging a tire in an emergency, near closing time but also, they installed my brake bulbs because I didn t have any tools and all at a price I could afford. It s nice to have good service in the East Coast for a change.

Review for Jan 30th, 2024 .My appointment was at 9am and I was assisted immediately. I waited about 30 min before someone started working on my car to see what was the problem. I came in because my car was shaking as I was driving it.Fortunately, it was a common fix of brakes and rotors needing to be replaced and my rim was bent on one of my tires, probably from the crazy potholes in jersey city smh. Thanks to the mechanic and the tall man who assisted me at the front desk, I can get back on the road, safely.I was out by 10:20am so an hour and a half is pretty decent timing. Thanks guys.

I came here for an oil change. I had just left another shop that was trying to sell me unnecessary services and wasting my time I was hoping for a different experience here, and that s what I got. Richard was really nice and super helpful. I was in a rush and running a little late since I didn t use the other shop, he helped me right away. He did a great job reassuring me and keeping me updated on the vehicle. Isiah was my tech. He told me I needed new brake pads, he explained what was wrong and what steps I needed to fix it. They weren t pushy or trying to sell me services that I didn t need and I appreciate that. Overall I had a great experience here. I found my new oil change spot.
