The overall experience was great! Changed oil and repaired a headlight here, which took a total of 1 hour and 15 mins. The employees were very professional and welcoming. Also, I got $15 off by using a coupon.

Worst service ever. Drop off my work truck Friday got told it will be done by Sunday. Never got done mangers have no clue what they are doing.

There are many reasons I would recommend and have recommended Firestone to friends and family. But the MAIN reason is TRUST! I trust Firestone to take good care of my car, and trust when they recommend any maintenance that is needed. Some Auto repair shops try to "upsell" unnecessary repairs, but I find that Firestone deals honestly and with integrity.

They could ne more friendly and offer to Puck you up if a flat and be more hospitable or pick you up when done. They offer new tires only so should offer to pick up s person even tire is fldt

This place is awful. I came in for a scheduled Sunday afternoon oil change and had a coupon to get my brakes checked. I decided to take advantage of it since my rear brakes have been squeaky for over a week. So, just before getting my keys back I was told that the mechanics on shift don't know how to check rear "drum" breaks on a Honda Civic . So was made an appt for 11am the next day. As annoying as that already was I was promised that I'd hop in for 20 min and they'll have someone check it out real quick just to let me know if I need new ones. The next morning, I come in and it's an entirely different staff and "this" desk guy had no notage of my appointment or my name or any info on my situation whatsoever and tells me I'll have to wait 3-4hrs to have someone look at the rear break! I explained to him the entire situation and how I was told to come back and it won't be longer than 15 min and he could care less about about anything I had to say and with a condescending tone pretty much told me that it is what it is. After reluctantly handing over my keys and sitting down for about 25 min I just couldn't hold the anger down any more and asked for my keys back and left. I specifically left an event that I was attending that morning an hour early just to honor my 11am "appointment" that all of a sudden noone knew anything about. I'm so livid and will never ever come back to this place again. The desk guy had such a smug and uncaring demeanor that it was almost insulting. Also just before I asked for my keys a girl came in whom was waiting on her car for apparently almost 4hrs and when she said that she has work at 1pm and is hoping it'll be done soon, the same smug guy says to her "I don't know what to tell you, it'll prob be another 3-4hrs." She angrily took her keys back and also said she won't be coming back ever." That Monday morning desk guy didn't even express a concern or care about anything.

nobody said yea you had this or that or even looked at the car shoot idk if they did the maintenance to be honest two nice kids but they seem overwhelmed they forget to say anything i had to ask and then i got wrong info and had to one back another day but is there customer service anymore i think it died out people don t take pride much anymore and lack verbal communication i found myself asking did you have to put weights ? which tire? you know how much it was off these are new tires n rims put on! they made up something not to balance them but i called n went back they said they would after the fact i m not saying everyone s like that but do your homework and know what to ask before hand or they ll tell you need belts n other stuff i never needed ! i took it to another mechanic that hour n he told me theirs no wear theirs no problem all these major shops do this to people

Good morning, my lovely people. What I love about this place and its workers is that they're mad friendly. Not like the other guys in Pearland, TX, where I took my car to be serviced, and they left it the same way I took it in. The guys in Pearland don't seem to be that happy as I watched their faces. Anyways, the guys here were very helpful by finding out exactly what's wrong with my vehicle, and I want to thank the entire staff, especially John, for being so honest.

Went there to get my tired patched and they lied and told me I need to replace my tire and I said how? I never drove on it when it was flat I pulled over right away they were close to closing time and I feel like that s why they lied to me this is ridiculous how u did that just so I can spend more money instead of helping someone in need of your service I will never recommend this shop they are liars and dishonest. Thank god I came to Nissan and was told the truth that my tire is perfectly fine and could just be patched smh

Just had my aircon fixed today. Service was really good and fast. Staff courteous and helpful. Forgot the names but he looks like 2 Asian guys who really excelled. One in the reception and the technician.

Staff was great and helpful. They did good work and fast. A bit pricey but nothing out of the ordinary for a franchise type of mechanic shop. A local private mechanic would be less but both times I went here my car was fixed fast. So you are paying for convenience and speed.

I have brought my car there twice in the last month and I just want to say that Andersen and his team have been magnificent. They are very friendly, courteous and professional. I had a flat and called the store to see how quickly they could fit me. They told me that if I drove in right away, my car would be on the lift within a half hour and it was true! They were actually able to diagnose and fix the problem in under an hour.Service: TiresService: Tires

They quoted me 1355 for my rear brake pads and rotors. Went to a different mechanic and I only needed to change one and I paid $150. They up charge on all the parts they recommended

These so called mechanics stripped my oil pan & I only find out when I go for my next oil change at the dealership! Now my warranty is being voided by the dealership because of the after market part they put on my car & they refuse to acknowledge their wrongdoing!! And of course the guy who messed up my car no longer works there!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

I made and confirmed an appointment for yesterday at 5:30pm for a simple oil change. When I arrived, I was turned away due to the fact that the store only had one technician and the other let early for the night. They rescheduled me for today at 1pm. I show up, Jonathan tells me the wait is going to be at least hour and a half (90minutes), so I uber home (~15minutes away) as my lunch break was ending. Before I walk into my home, I received a call that my car was ready, but I have all these other problems and issues they want to address. I am aware that I should replace my wiper blades and get new ties, but other comments were clearly just remarks to get me into purchasing more. I appreciate them trying to get my service complete in a timely fashion, but don't tell me its going to take 90minutes when it took 15....Service: Oil change

I'm guessing this place is under new management because it's absolutely not the same anymore. Customer service is incredibly poor. I came in to help my mom get her car serviced, and Joseph at the front desk was rude. New manager isn't helpful either and probably doesn't know what he's doing. My mom would come here for years and the old manager was always kind and helpful. Won't be returning back to this location.

One of the best auto centers in my area . Nice staff , fair prices and they NEVER hassle you or try to scam you . I trust themMore than Toyota . I ve had Toyota tell me I needed a service , took it to Firestone and found out I did not need it . They are always honest with me and give me a fair price .

Left my car there for 3 hours just for them to tell me it hasn't even been started . Please bring your car elsewhere. Not the first time I have brought my car in for a routine oil change and, within 24 hours, had my check engine light on. First time they missed a cap, second time not sure what they missed but after 15 minutes of huh? What? Just a coincidence. Definitely not our fault I brought it to a respectable mechanic who actually helped. The follow through is not here and the lack of accountability is alarming. Will not be returning and strongly encourage others to avoid as well.

Went in to get brakes done. Quoted $1300. They said I needed brake pads and rotors. Got a second mechanic to look at it. My rotors were good and 1 brake pad was bad. I paid the second mechanic $150. Watch out for Firestone. They will take advantage if you don t know. I also have photos for proof that my rotors are good. When I called back their explanation was, well when you change your brakes we advise to also change the rotors . So every 6 months they want to replace rotors along with your brakes. That explanation was lame. If you don t know what to look for they will overcharge. Get a second mechanic to check your car. I did and it saved me $1200

I know their tires are nice. The only thing was they gave me dirty tires almost looked like they were old. They should clean the tires before giving them to customers, especially if we are paying a lot for them.
