Awful tire center, wanted to try out Costco tire after years of BJ tire service. I will be returning to BJs for tire service moving forward. The issue is definitely the staff they have for tire department. When I had my new tires installed they didn t return my key for hours. The one guy at the booth refused to help anyone so that he could show one female client various tires well staring at her butt. The guy literally showed her tires that don t even fit her car, tell her to get close and check the thread so she would bend over, and he would stare at her rear, then finally tell her he made a mistake and the tire won t fit her car. I waited two hours to get my Keys for my car back and they didn t want to print out any paperwork proving I had my tires done by them. Honestly the single worst auto mechanic related place I have ever been. I would hard recommend to avoid this place. Even if you order online you will still get stuck dealing with the staff to get your car submitted or returned. It s worth it to just pay more at somewhere better.

I am the Gold member of Costco sunce 5 years.I replaced all my four tires today but their service and attitude was today not good and gentle with me.I felt embarrassed due to these irrespective service. Kindly, they must make sure costco tire customers are also regular menber ship holding customer.I request don't that them with disrespectful.Thanks and please higher Management of costco tires Tires should keep close eye on these matters.Thats why your dating and service is going down day by day.

Had the worst experience of my life! Went to the tire center for new tires and this young man that worked at the front desk that had ( short hair and a little gasp between his teeth) was extremely rude and mean! I was trying to translate and talk to my father meanwhile he was talking loud at my father and I, my father wanted only two new tires and he said he wasn t going to sell two, he would only sell four tires. He also kept saying to my father that the model of the van my father had was wrong and we felt completely disrespected. There is no such thing sell only four , I had the right to buy only two if i wanted to, never going to Costco s tire center ever again, they have no respect towards customers and employees are rude and mean.

They canceled a tire order because I took too long to get them. Too long was arbitrarily defined. They then made me drive tothe shop to get a refund on the tires they canceled.I was also told when I bought snow tires that Costco changes them out for free seasonally, that was not true, they charge $100 like most other places.Once upon a time buying tires at Costco made a lot of sense because of price and customer service but Costco is no longer competitive in either dimension.

I purchased 4 tires for my van. First, they missed up the tires measurements, after removing the old ones ( 2hours wasted). Second, I had to wait 2 weeks for the new ones to come. They didn't call to let me know the tires were in, I had to call every day and check. One of the technicians was on roller-coaster of attitudes...

Awful. Appointments mean nothing at Costco Bayonne tire department. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time and checked my car in. Initially I was told I d be next and after an hour I went outside to see my car still wasn t taken in. 2.5 hours later the car was completed. This is my third bad experience with this locations tire department and the last time I ll go here.

No Integrity, no commitments, worst tire center a costco can have, customer service at its very worst. They don't honor your appointments. They are selling tires more than 18 months old as new tires . Not sure why the costco main office is not looking into so many complaints about this costco tire center at Bayonne, NJ. Unfortunately I did not check the google reviews before going there. But I know what the google reviewers were complaining about. It is a bad name for COSTCO ...I thought I could blindly go into about shop under Costco , without checking, but unfortunately that is not the case.

My dad went and they were just so rude and honestly racist. They have no patience, don t follow through on what they promise when you initially buy tires. It s so unlike Costco to be this unprofessional. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the headache and mean people

I stoped by the so called tire center Costco Bayonne.I asked the tech and explained to him I have a an issue with the tire censor showing up on the dash .if he could program it or fix/replace it even though I had 3 brand-new sensors in the box he looked like he was going to have a heart attack ..looking at me weird keep telling me no we don t do this no we don t do that no I can t and I said take a look at it your the specialist try to fix it! Finally they took the truck in for 20 seconds and I was the only customer there no one else!!then his coworker keeps saying no no no we can t fix it!!!no my device is not picking it up so change it then !!!why you here for why are you here for If you can t address the problem .pull the tire out run some test see find out what s causing the.sensor to go off even I tell him I have new sensors try to replace it then he start talking back to his coworker and hand me the keys and said I have to let you out we can t help you ..you calling this tire center!!!the funny thing is both knew they were wrong otherwise trying to say don t come here again if you can t fix a tire then your in the wrong place your not fit for the position..0 customer service I definitely not recommend this place to anyone period.

Staff at the tire centre is very rude, it is clear they do not value customers. Had a long wait time and the service was bad. Never returning again unless the store takes some action and address the issue.

This Costco s so called Tire Center was unable to remove my car s lug nuts let that sink in. Instead, they told me to go to a mechanic to remove the lug.I had purchased tires from Costco, had all the warranties and free tire services they offer all still valid, but they wouldn t help me because they couldn t take the lug nuts off. One hour later at a different tire shop, and they removed those same lug nuts in less than 20 minutes.Incredible amount of incompetency at this location.

The timings here are wrong. I mentioned it to the general manager, Neil, and was told i should have checked the costco website. When I suggested someone should send an edit for google he said not the Costco website and gave me a look that showed he didnt care and walked away. Realized I was wasting my time. I'll suggest the edit to the time because this store manager clearly doesn't care that people are wasting their time.Also, they keep very few tires in stock so don't plan to go here on the spot as you will lilely be dissapointed.

Took the payment and contact info, said we scheduled you in two hours and will call you when its your turn. They closed without calling me. Its a scam basically and the cashier was very rude and disrespectful. Attached is the picture of the receipt with all the details. Never going there again and will dispute the charge.

I had a flat tire, they pulled out the nail, made a conclusion that it didn't go through. they didn't even try to test whether there is leak or not. I have to fill air several times during the week until appointment at another shop. a tire center should be more than install tire. and they took hub cap off the wheel but didn't put back.

I purchased 2 tires and it took damn near 2 months to have them installed. I ll never buy anything else from this place. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful but the rest of workers act like they don t want to be there. It doesn t make sense.

Very rude staff and didn t care their customer service. So called tire center but can t fix any problems. All they can tell you is that they re not mechanics so they can t do anything to help you. If the staffs are not qualify for the job, either Costco should stop the service or the staff should be trained to do their job!

Our tire pressure in one of our tires kept going down for a couple weeks. We kept filling it, but it was clear that it needed to be looked at. This morning, again, the pressure was low so I decide to go to Costco to check it out finally. I pull into the tire air spot today to fill it up, but walk over to tire area to ask how to make an appointment and if they recommended me leave it low or fill it up. I was greeted by Izzy with a gruff, You can t park there. I TRIED to explain why I WAS allowed to park there, but he wasn t even trying to hear me out. I mentioned how I needed some help with one of my tires to which he responds, You need help filling up your tire??? It was pretty condescending and being an engineer and Latina, I answered him back sarcastically and mentioned how I actually needed their service, but since he was more intent on making me feel dumb, I d take my business elsewhere. I m sure I didn t use those nice words, but you catch my drift. He eventually apologized, but with a caveat that people park there all the time when they re not supposed to and seriously how is that even an excuse to why he approached me so rudely? I parked there rightly. He did fill up my tires, all of them even though only one needed it. I left and don t plan to use them again, even when he mentioned that if we re having an issue with a tire purchased there (which it was), it would be free to fix. I m so dissatisfied that we will be going elsewhere for all our tire needs from here on out.

Horrible place to get tires from,, will never go to this tire center again. Don t stand to their word so don t let them convince you their tires are good. Not only that when i come for a repair because of a nail,, i get from them i can t repair it pay for half a tire. like i might as well not have a warranty on the tires. This place is a scam would not recommend going here ever!

Had a great experience here with Joe and KD. Had a tire that was leaking and they were able to find the leak and we re friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they didn t have the replacement tire I needed in stock but they were able to locate another Costco location that did have them in stock.

One of a kind experience - Went to get checked my tire because the air pressure was suddenly decreased alot. I was thinking that i might have to go for replacement.but Guys from this place checked the tire properly and informed me that it may be just because of weather and its not even puncture(flat tire).And guess what at no cost. Very good experience for service and their honest work.

Very bad service and very very rude staff. Standing at their counter for 15 mins and nobody come to greet me. Their staff in the garage shouted at customer. I wonder how Costco trained them for the appropriate business manner.

My partner and I came in with a brand new car and left with 2 missing tyre pressure sensors. Our car dealership confirmed the sensors to be missing. We called the supervisor there and no adequate outcome was provided. We are now out of pocket by a few hundred dollars because of the team here.. Please do not trust them or come here to have your tyres replaced.

I love to shop there. It s well organized. They have a nice variety. Most times if I like a product Costco will have it again the following week. The prices seem to be better, less local tax and no deposits on bottles and can beverages. The associates are knowledgeable and nice. This Costco is closer to me then the one on Staten Island-where I live. Yes you have to pay a toll on the Bayonne Bridge. I have SI resident EASY PASS-it s a little less. When I do go to Costco in Bayonne NJ. it s because I have other things to do-like go to WALMART (very near by Costco) or see my mechanic.

Tire pumps poorly maintained. One cannot select tire pressure for over 3 months now. No enforcement to keep people from just parking in the tire pump spots too. Very frustrating.
