Danny the owner and his crew are nothing but professional and knowledgeable. Easter weekend I had an accident with my dirt bike. Danny brought my bike in and got it back to where it was before the accident. He is fair and doesn't intend on taking you to the bank. I am very honored that I am in his inner circle and treated like family. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Excellent shop for several reasons: Danny has great communication; the team works so fast; they're more concerned with quality work than making a quick buck; don't think there exists a bike they won't work on. Danny and his guys really have a passion for bikes, and it's evident in the way they handle our babies. I can't believe I ever went anywhere else to service my bike. Top tier motorcycle shop.(Tire replacement done on Suzuki GSX-S750 in under 40 minutes)

My #1 bike shop everyone one has mixed opinions about this place they say high pricing, delayed work and poor customer service. Everything said to keep me away BUT once I got there I'm not sure who they were dealing with but BayHarbor is the #1 bike shop on Staten island I've always gotten my bike back as promised and also had more than fair pricing given to me. Noel and J are heaven sent bike angels! Prior to becoming there customer I called for a couple tips and info and she was beyond helpful! Love that place

This is the 5th bike mechanic I have used for my Ducati within the tri-State and Danny is by far the best! His knowledge and love for bikes is so evident as well as his honesty towards customers. He is more concerned about doing a great job than making money. I ve been ripped off so many times in the past- such a pleasure to find such an amazing shop! Great work, great service, great pricing!

On my 5th bike, 3rd Harley and I can't stand pompous Harley dealerships... wish I found Danny earlier, I wouldn't have sold any of them and they would have never sat in anyone's backyard for years. Bay Cycle is the ONLY place, no comparison on prices and workmanship.

These guys are amazing In the many shops I've been to for repairs in other places only this shop would I absolutely trust with my Bike They are friendly price is great And service second to none ! I will be returning in the future

Dan and his crew are the best mechanics, they look to get the job done. They will not let my bike leave without making it 100%. To me these are the best of the best THANKS ALWAYS!!

Danny does a good job in general and I have taken my bike to his shop more than twice. But I lost all confidence in Danny from my recent job of a tire change. Although he did a good job of it, I ended up losing the pair of my original tires. He mentioned keeping them until the end of the month but I went in around the 26th and he had already thrown (or sold) them away. The tires were only 3 months old and were Michelin Anakee adventure tires that cost about $300. I still gave him leeway and asked if he was willing to work out something - credit etc but he outright said it wasn't possible. He did lose a customer that day and I wish we could have worked out something. Won't be going there again.Service: Tires

By far the best motorcycle repair experience ever. I brought in my bike to be lowered and the turnaround time was amazing! Very next day it was done! Danny is the best! He had even encountered some issues with my bike but handled it like a pro! It was a breeze. He even accommodated my pick up timing. You will not be disappointed here!

Dan Is the real deal. I botched my own carburetor after rejetting kit. It wasn t running good at all. Dan found out the problem and had my bike running as good as new in no time He also did an oil change and suspensions adjustment basic maintenance. Very reliable and trust worthy. I wouldn t let no one touch my bike unless is dan the man himself! Highly recommended very knowledgeable and prices are very reasonable.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Oil change

Love those guys. They are perfect. Danny is great. they have experienced people working in the shop, you get what you paid for and a lot more with them honestly. The bike will come out running as new or better. Definitely/highly recommended.

What can I say that hasn t been said already about Danny and Bay Cycle? Brought my 1981 Honda CB750 in (which had not run in about two and a half years) and simply asked Danny to get it running. He explained everything it could have been, told me it might be a bit pricey given the amount of troubleshooting, and sent me on my way telling me he would call me soon. I get a call from Danny a few days later telling me the bike is running as perfect as it can be. Mind you this is a bike that I have extensively tinkered with and modified, that wasn t an issue for Danny, spent the time to get the job done the right way. He even gave me a rear shock to install myself, free of charge after riding my bike. Thank Danny for the excellent service I will most definitely be bringing my bike back in the future!

Danny and his crew are awesome. I have seen Danny go way out of his way to help a dude out that had a last minute issue with his bike and a run planned for the next day. Danny has been repairing bikes for 4 decades and still rides hard. The only 1 star review by Onex Money is BS. They don't over charge. Some clowns just don't understand how a business works.

Danny and his team are amazing. I bought in my 2011 Suzuki GSX-R 750 with a possibility of a strip spark plug. They were able to fix it with in 2 hours. Danny straight up said he will try his best to see if he can get me out the same day and delivered. They are 100% genuine and I would bring my bike again without any hesitation. If you've been searching for a motorcycle mechanic, Bay Cycle is the place to be. You guys are amazing!

The best bike shop around. Danny, Pee Wee, & everyone there has been super nice and very helpful to me and my 98 soft tail. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are knowledgeable, concise in their work and have always fixed any problems I've come up against with my old harley.Kudos to you guys!

Danny is the best ! Most honest guy you ll ever encounter. I brought in a 2007 Hayabusa that was sputtering pretty constant. Danny did advise me that it could be a number of things but he said lets take a look at the bike first. He called me up the next day and said : nothing major just a spark plug somehow got moisture on it? I said ok great! So he suggested just to replace them all, ( also some other minor repairs) being that he had the plugs all exposed anyways. I said ok great do it. The point of my post is that I was looking at worst case scenario couple thousand to repair this bike but with Danny s honesty i rode my bike out the shop paying couple hundred! I highly recommend this shop.

Referred to Bay Cycle by AAA Towing, who just came to fill my tire with air!!! Spoke with Casey, who transferred me to Danny, owner, who saved me $125 towing charge without an appointment yet!!! Explained exactly what the problem with my bike that has not been started for about, going on, three years and the overall conversation was satisfying and a good feeling!!!! Can't wait to start riding again!!! Cookie

Awesome service, best prices in the area! I was looking for rear tire change and found this place as closest to me. Seems to be running this business for decades.Note: they have minor issues with phones: sometimes you can't reach them due to "phone number was disconnected". Keep trying 'cause your bike worth it

Danny is very knowledgable and helpful when it came to my 2012 BMW S1000RR exhaust installation. he advised me with all the questionable issues that would arise and was quick to research the issues and find the answers.

They've been more than helpful to me on many occasions. I brought my GSXR-750 there and they havent steered me wrong yet. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
