After many trips to other dealerships, we were very lucky to find this one! Alex was very friendly, and helpful, not like the usual salesharks...Once we found the car, our experience with Harry was a true relief! He understood our budget, and worked with us. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Thank you Bavarian Auto! Our son is very happy with his car!

Levan was our salesman and he was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The whole process was quick and easy. They really put us at ease and got us into the car we were looking for, with more features than we even wanted. Highly recommend.

I purchased a beautiful Porsche Cayenne from Bavarian. Spoke to Harry before seeing the car. Sent me the Carfax and any other details I needed before going to the dealership. The owners, Harry and Ray, both of them became like brothers to me. Any issues you may have, they will work with you and get it figured out! Couldn t have found a better car on the market. I will be going to them again for my future needs.

If I can give -stars I would! I went and saw a car which I liked, I filled all the papers and gave all my information including the SSN. They ran my credit two times but never gave me a call. I sent them texts but got no answer! If those ppl are gathering People s social security numbers and confidential informations that s another case because I find no other reason to ignore me like this. You better don t use my confidential informations somehow because I would sue you for sure.

I drove all the way from Connecticut to purchase a 2015 Tahoe that i saw at a great deal! The vehicle was better than I could've ever expected. Harry made the finance process so smooth and explained everything along the way. Sara was very kind and told me about the vehicle before I made the trip. I am beyond grateful

Sorry Peeps, I got the Mode X. Okay first things first, if you want the best customer service then look no further. From the moment I stepped on the lot to the moment I drove off I was met with a friendly and professional attitude.I never felt like I wasn t welcome or that I was taking time away from the sales team. The process was easy fast and transparent. Harry will talk you through every step so there are no surprises anywhere along the process.Though they specialize in BMWs, they have a great selection of other brands. These cars are all quality vehicles. You will be getting your money s worth when you deal with Bavarian Auto Gallery.

I was incredibly desperate for a car. My credit is shot so my options were limited. They worked with me to get me in a car the same day. Very nice people but very high prices.

What a pleasure. In and out with my new/used GX470 in less than 2 hours!! Sarah was very helpful with all my questions. and Harry is a hard man to bargain with, but he knows his vehicle is worth the price listed. The vehicles there are clean inside/out. So I had the GX470 for 4 weeks now. Spent about $2k in replacement parts and tune up. Vehicle runs great. No problems to report.

Management treats every customer like ROYALTY even though you're buying a used or pre-owned car, truck, suv, hummer etc. Every vehicle is backed by a CarFax Report. I went to the dealership 4 times and each time I'd look at this 1 car after falling love with MB AMG and went to vacation and it was still there. It was faith after dealing the guys I was able to drive out with my dream car

2 weeks ago my husband and I called Bavarian and spoke with Sara, who was so great over the phone. We went to check out the VW Touareg we were interested in that same day. When we got there we fell in love with the vehicle, it was clean and even more gorgeous in person.We checked it out thoroughly, found minor cosmetic issues (which they assured us would be resolved) and decided to purchase the vehicle. We knew it was a great deal and everything we were looking for (excellent condition & low miles) but still tried to haggle. So we sat with Steve and tried to but with the few low fees there was no room to.... we bought it. They took care of everything and pick up was arranged for the following week.Dreading the commute back to Brooklyn Sara gave us a ride, from their door to ours. The following week pick up was quick and easy. As assured, the minor issues were fixed and our new baby was freshly detailed. EVERYONE at this dealership was amazing, helpful and went above and beyond (I see why they are so highly rated). You will not go wrong here, you will feel comfortable with no pressure at all. We left the dealership with handshakes, hugs and happiness!!!!

I've had a great car buying experience at Bavarian Auto Gallery. Ray and Harry are truly the best and they have beautiful cars in their inventory. Once you purchase, you really are part of their extended family - and I always feel that I can return to ask them any advice or vehicle related questions!

I purchased a 2017 Ford Fiesta with 111k mileage in March 2023 from this dealership. The vehicle has been to the shop more times than it has been on the road. Problems After Problems SMH.Based on my experience I wouldn't recommend this dealership to no one. During the first three days of driving the vehicle, we heard some noise coming from the front wheel and the rear end of the car.The salesman told me the vehicle had been sitting, and the car needed to be driven to smooth out the build-up on the rotors and claimed the spare tire in the trunk was loose and to put fuel injection cleaner in the vehicle.After 30 days the engine malfunction light came on and the cost became a buyer's worst nightmare Thousands of dollars were spent and the vehicle still have more issue to be addressed.People work too hard to spend close to 10k for a vehicle that constantly has issues. The exact price is $9,478.46, I barely write reviews and I just want to save someone from the headaches I went through.

I was looking for a very specific vehicle, and Sarah and Steve were great to me and were willing to negotiate on price. I live far away from the dealership, but they worked around that and my schedule. Also, when I asked them to take care of some of the detailing issues with the car, they did quickly and thoroughly. If you are looking for a TDI or other German vehicle, this is the place.

Super happy with my recent purchase , I purchased a 2018 Honda pilot and I LOVE MY CAR! The staff was super helpful as well as very welcoming. Between Ray & Harry from the second I walked in to the second I walked out didn t pressure me to buy a specific car they made sure they allowed me to feel comfortable. I asked a million questions and everyone in the dealership answered all my questions. Thank you guys!

Great place to purchace quality cars. It is very welcoming without pushy salesmen and a friendly and knowedgeable staff. Harry is a pleasure to work with and will also work with you to find a car thats fits your budget. Im beyond pleased with my 2012 BMW 550i. I absolutely loved this place and in my home town. Only took a little over an hour for My new SUV and all the paper work. they also help get car insurance which was less than one I had before. They have beautiful Cars and SUV's and they are outstanding . the services are the best i have seen in a long time . Thank you Harry and many thanks to your secretary also she was kind and helpful. I really would go back there for my next car or suv .

When you come in, ask for Harry. Upstanding guy who s a man of his word. Rest of the staff are amazing too. They make you feel like family. 10/10 would recommend and their selection is some of the best I ve seen. If I m in the market for another car, I m looking no where else.

Where do I begin? There is nothing typical about buying a car from Bavarian Auto Gallery. The selection of cars is fabulous. The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. In the past, buying a car was always an unpleasant experience. New or used, there always seemed to be something sleazy about it. We needed a car for my daughter, a brand new driver. From beginning to end, everything was above board. Ray is a man of his word. More than fair. I will NEVER buy a car anywhere else. Thanks Bavarian Auto Gallery. You guys are the best!!!!

Sara and Harry are the best!!! From the first day I called and spoke with Sara, she was so helpful and so sweet that I had to go in and get my son s first car from them. When we walked in Harry was very nice and helpful. He made sure we got the best deal. Definitely recommend you get your car from them.
