I literally came flying in right before they were due to close. I was driving with my 3 children from Atlanta and noticed my car was having issues over heating. Tiffany and the guys literally came to my rescue and quickly diagnosed my car. Although they were not able to fix my problem at the moment they insured I was able to get to my destination safely and fully educated me on everything I needed to know about my car. I m eternally grateful for this amazing team. Their love for there job and people was tangible. I can t thank you all enough!!!! May you receive a double portion blessing for being a blessing to me.

I have a long road trip coming up and wanted to get a few things looked at before getting on the road next week, so I dropped my car off here this morning. They were super quick with getting back to me and letting me know that everything looked okay! Better yet, when I picked up the car they said it was no charge for the checkup! I typically come here for oil changes and got a whole new set of tires from them last year and their service is always great! This is my go to place for sure!

I went in today to change my tires and got great service! The lady at the front desk (Tiffany if I m not wrong) was really lovely and helpful, and the guy that was helping me out at the front desk (Daniel if I m not mistaken) was really kind and helpful as well. Great work at a really good price!

I went to Macis today and y all let me tell y all. Mavis is stepping it up for their clients. Now I did have to spend some money but I was gone a discount that was super helpful. The staff meme we that helped me (Wes) was no kind and patient. I would return for future car issues simply bc of the great service.

I feel so confident that they are honest and fair. I went in losing oil from my car...they could have told me pretty much what they wanted regarding what the problem was..they charged me $10 to replace a leaking oil drain plug from the oil pan and $30 to fill it back up with 5 quarts of oil. Didn't need a filter as an oil change was done only 4 months and 2,000 miles earlier and they didn't try to say it needed to be changed. Great guys. Very professional. Assistant manager Daniel was awesome. pleasant and professional from start to finish.

Lashawn was absolutely amazing and professional. He was able to work on my tire in a timely manner and gave advice on additional items needed. Also, it was nice to see a person assist without asking for help. Without his help, I would have been stuck on 78.

Daniel, Tiffany, and the entire staff at Mavis Discount Tire were great! They got my car in and out quickly and with everything done well. I have been to this location several times and they are courteous and do the work requested without pushing extra services and charges on you that are not needed.

I had a flat tire and went to Mavis to see if it could be repaired. As soon as I walked in Daniel and Tiffany were welcoming and assisted me right away got me in the system and within 5 min they were pulling my car in to start working on it. They were able to identify the problem showed me the actual problem (screw in tire). They repaired/patched it and had me back on the road in under 30min. Fantastic experience and will be coming back to this location for all my car repair needs.

Since management changed hands last fall (2023), the service has drastically improved. The manager and assistant manager Daniel are very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I was amazed that they are open on Sundays, which is far more convenient than most places. I feel I can trust the new managers, and they also keep their promises on wait-time. The place is even cleaner than it used to be. I'll be a continuing customer.

Long time customer at Mavis on Martinsville Road in Basking Ridge, NJ (10+ years). Service is always polite, efficient, and with a smile. They are always upfront and honest with what you need for your car. Most recently, I was in and out with a nail in my tire in under 30 minutes.Highly recommend!

Tesla/ EV friendly and they use chucks/ jackpads. For those of you who don't know, if the shop doesn't have chucks and jacks up your EV, they risk puncturing/ damaging the battery. The prices are good and they are flexible where I was able to drop off my car without notice (I work across the street). Lashawn is the manager there and he's super friendly and honest, which is always appreciated. Been coming here for a bit for my rotations and tire patches and they are always great! If you buy tires from them, they rotate your tires for free, and have a free air pump at the side of the shop which is a nice amenity.

If you need great tire service. I would recommend this Mavis location. The store manager Daniel & LaShawn are courteous and listen to my needs in having my tires serviced at there store the staff are the best at what they do. They took care of me and I felt comfortable and confident that I was being taken care of! So again if you need great service and reasonable prices go to these guys.

Tiffany was extremely helpful and kind. We unexpectedly had a flat tire during our road trip away from home and she immediately took us in and got our tire fixed. We did not experience a wait and the staff was efficient and customer friendly. I would definitely recommend this location for its high quality of both staff and service.

Lashawn and Daniel were super helpful and accommodating! I was on my way to Ohio and they went out of their way to help me when they were going to close with just 10 minutes left.If you want good customer service and knowledgeable people that can assist you with anything car related, they re your guys!!!

Initially hesitant to reshare this review after feeling bad and deleting it, I decided to post this review after a phone with a staff member.. the name started with an L I think!The first visit: Despite the generally polite team here, and aside from my recent phone call with an unkind staff member (I ll explain later in this review) and a two-hour wait for a tire issue, which could have been addressed over the phone or with a quick inspection of the nail, my experience was less than satisfactory.Before coming in, i was told they could plug my Tesla tire, they later expressed doubt due to the vehicle type and attempted to raise the price. After negotiation, the cost returned to the original estimate, but the extended wait and the discovery of an issue that could have been identified earlier left me dissatisfied a nail going in sideways. Something that was SO clear without taking a tire off, by looking at it in the parking lot before bringing it in. This was two hours of time while I was visiting my family in NJ.The phone call to set up tire replacement: While I was trying to set up another service to try again with them after the first failed visit, I don t think I was treated respectfully on the phone at all. I can give my word that I stayed kind and respectful to who I spoke with. After hearing my name on the phone, the manager unprofessionally said oh Celina you re the one who wrote us the bad review, that was that was crazy and he laughed. I proceeded to set up an appointment, but I was uncomfortable & It was disheartening that my feedback wasn't considered for improving customer service as I was very respectful in the review. I did not receive any kind of apology for the wait experienced, while the review was polite and critical, I can understand someone being upset with a negative review.Second, after trying to set up this visit with short responses, he hung up after I said thank and did not even say bye, have a good day or thank you. Finally, while I was initially informed that a military discount was the best they could offer, I later discovered that Mavis is supposed to price match tires from outlets like Tire Rack. Unfortunately, this option was not presented to me.I will premise this by emphasizing that I had significantly better experience at Mavis in Raritan, NJ, and recommend their services versus here. I do love Mavis, just not this location.

Great experience! Despite being super busy, Lashawn and the team were a great help! Brought my car in today with a flat tire, and they were able to plug it. Since there was damage to the tire, there is a 50/50 chance the plug will work. Due to this, they only charged me a dollar!! With customer service like this, I will be a return customer.

Ditto to the person who said great service and honest people: couldn't have said it better. If they can't fix it they're honest about it and tend not to charge you if they are not successful.One time they fixed my air conditioning even when another mechanic shop was unsuccessful. Their prices are fair and their work is good.

I had an issue with the engine splash guard hanging from the front end of my car and I took it in and Lashawn was able to take care of me in under a few minutes! I have consistently had great experiences with these guys and will continue to come back. Much love!

Daniel took care of my tire pressure monitor issue very quickly. The indicator wouldn't go off after we tried to deal with it ourselves. Daniel was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with.

Tiffany helped me with my tires after I had a slow leak in both my front tires. She was soooo polite and attentive. I truly appreciate people like Tiffany . I will definitely be returning and I definitely recommend.
