I've gone to a couple of different places for auto repair in Barnegat and this is the place I trust the most by far! Pat and the crew are always honest, friendly and helpful and they don't try to sell you fixes that you don't need. Pricing has always been fair. I take all my family's cars here and I would even recommend this place to my mom so that should tell you something!

I brought my car here, they have put new tires on my car, and also fixed the ball joints, and while they were fixing it, they bolted up a rock shield for me, that was hanging down! I appreciate these guys so much, and I will always take my car there, they are honest, reliable, and their prices are more than fair! I was very impressed with everyone here, and l highly recommend going here! Thank you again, from this very happy, and satisfied customer!

I was traveling visiting from Florida. I stopped just to have my oil checked before my trip back home. I didn't need much as I had the car fully service before I left. The advisor and tech were very friendly and helpful. They checked my oil, I was a quart low, they added it and didn't charge me. Wow. I had no cash on me, so I went to the closest ATM so I could give them a nice tip thanks again, guys! It's so nice to find people who care. I will use them for service when I'm back here for the summer.

Have been going to this shop for years, always the best service and prices around. Today was no exception, my driver side window regulator broke and window slowly went down. Called them up and they said to bring it and leave it with them (to see if they were able to get to it). A hour went by and I received a phone call, they were able to figure out the problem, gave me a honest quote and have the parts on order to get fixed today. Everyone at the shop goes above and beyond.Great work....

Highly recommend this shop if you are all about quality service and great customer care! I ve been here twice this year and both times the services were outstanding. Today I called for a new tire because I got a flat early this morning and Bradley accommodated me with no appointment which I truly appreciated. Upon getting there, I asked if it was possible to do two new tires today as well as an oil change (two more things than what I originally called about) and once again he accommodated me. The service was very quick considering I didn t have an appointment and my car feels great! Thanks so much Bradley! :)

I went to private mechanic and quote me 975 to fix shift gear problem on my Mazda CX-9 so I went to Quality Tire in barnegat to get second opinion. Bradley call me in a few hours and told me what the problem and the cost to fix. I was shocked and surprise that they can fix it for only 570. That's a huge savings. My prayers were answered. All the staff especially Bradley, Pat, Nick and Pafsky was very professional, very helpful & had great prices. Fast, Fair and Affordable.Would highly recommend this auto shop to my friends and family. Will definitely come back.

I live locally and have come here a few times with fleet management vehicles. First bad experience had me needing new tires and an alignment, got the new tires but vehicle still felt off to where I thought there was a serious problem. Took the vehicle to a different shop and they aligned the vehicle and had to replace the tires I just got because of uneven west vehicle felt brad new. This shop stated they aligned the vehicle but did not.Fast forward to a couple weeks ago. New fleet vehicle brought in for two new tires Tpms sensors and an oil changeThey replaced the tires and one tpms also did the oil change.The employee told me that they did not need to replace any more sensorsIt s been two weeks and the tire I had concerns with In The first place is still leaking air and I have to make another trip to figure it outI do not recommend this shop

For my first time being a customer here I experienced a serious customer service issue & based off of how Quality Tire & Auto handled this situation, I plan on bringing my vehicle here every time we need service. Highly professional & very courteous. My situation was rectified & I'm very pleased with how it was handled. Things happen that are beyond our control, accidents happen that are just that, accidents & in no way was it an at fault situation. As stated above, I will be bringing my vehicle here & highly recommend Quality Tire & Auto!!!

If your car's battery is few years old they will drain it and try to sell you a new one they did it to my car It's been a year and still using the same one after I recharge it my selfBeware !! They're far from qualityMAVI'S your best choice !!

Went there for an insurance inspection .The tall guy behind the desk is the most rudest person you would ever want to meet .They talk down to you like if you are stupid.never experienced anything so insulting in my life that my wife and i walked right out and i would never returnDon't understand how they stay in business. He has a a lot of nerve speaking to customers like that, disrespectful, loud in front of others, I will never do business with this company again, unless you want to be insulted and disrespected

Best auto shop I ve ever been to. We had an issue late in the day and they were nice enough to look at it before they closed. Nice owner and staff grow hot peppers in window and insisted we take some if we were brave enough! Will go back next time we need tires changed. Not a lot of places left in the world w this kind of friendly service. Thx again guys.

I Went in the other day for an alignment. What I recived was a disrespectful attitude and poor service from brad. The business hasnt been the same since Frank left.

Pat at desk was very helpful, kind and for sure funny great sense of humor. Explained that had my car at Pro Cat in Toms River which was hot mess saying needed work to my car that i didnt need. He took time look at my car himself, and figured out what was wrong. I would take my car and give more then 5 star for the service there.

Took me in last minute for an oil change when another buisness , who I made an appointment with the day prior told me they couldn't fit me in even tho i had an appointment. Prices are great along with service. I will be back for all of my oil change and tire needs

Good friendly staff. Good place honoring work. You pay same price as dealership so a bit pricey but location more confident than dealership

Went to get my oil changed bc I'm lazy and have a goodyear cc so I decided to check them out. The good: Got me in same day and service was completed quickly. Not so good: put the wrong return service milage...very few car/trucks less then 10 years old need the oil changed every 3k miles. My truck is every 8k. Didnt reset the oil change indicator. Only put in 5qts of new oil when my truck calls for 7qts. It is what it is. I'm sure other people have had a wonderful experiences there. This is just mine.

I went in to get my tires mounted. I noticed damaged to my rim after in the parking lot. I went in to speak the the manger Patrick and he instantly became mad and esculated the situation. He claimed I came in like that but wasn t there to actually see it before hand. He cursed me out threatened me to come outside and called me every name in the book. Incredibly disrespectful and inmauture staff don t waste ur time and money going through this headache. 0 stars

It is such a shame when a business turns bad. They offer free tire rotation with the purchase of a set of tires but hey don't hold up their end of the bargain when you stop in. Each time I try to have my tires rotated I am told everyone is busy but when I look in the garage several bays are empty and mechanics are standing around. There are a lot of places to get tires... choose a different one!

worst service ever. all they do is try to get money out of you. they drained my battery and told me I needed a new one when I went to advanced auto they said my car was fine. instead of fixing your cars they make things worse

These guys are always fast, always know what they're doing, and always do it right, and on top of that theyre super friendly. I literaly refuse to take my cars anywhere else.

STAY AWAY! Advertised $19.95 oil change turns into a more expensive fiasco because they try to convince a WOMAN (Who has been driving trucks since she was 17) to switch from regular oil to synthetic with a truck that is over 100,000 miles! One that has been religiously maintained with 3/mon-3000 mile oil changes with standard oil! This guy tried to say "GM changed their recommendation, for Chevy Silverado's (?), from regular to synthetic oil" and, of course, it's MORE EXPENSIVE! Sorry boys...just cuz I'm female, it doesn't mean I was born yesterday! Please run your SCAMS on NON-LOCALS! Went over to my regular shop, which I should have done in the first place, but I was in a hurry, and got a proper Oil/Lube/Filter with 16 point check that I actually TRUST was done right. Be careful people...sometimes you don't even get what you pay for!

Horrible! Don't waste your time here. Takes literally all day for them to change oil. Every time I've got my oil changed here they try to get more money out of me. They wanted over $100 to replace a filter that cost me $10 to fix myself.
