Worst experience I ever had!! I am a 49 year old car lover also a technician that has brought plenty cars so I did ck the car out which I brought for my daughter - I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tuscon for a price of 12k with 88k on dash. I don t believe they fooled with the engine but after 2 weeks the engine went bad !! The warranty they had me pay a minimum amount of did us no justice it states it covers engines ect. But it actually only covers $1400 which is worthless on a engine job for this vehicle- Hyundai of America was going to goodwill since it was under 100k mileage but once they seen warranty company they declined and stated we have a warranty so we have to use (not knowing about the $1400) after a month of going back and forth dealer only gave 2k back on car so after spending $13700 on a vehicle and warranty this dealer sold me I only received $3400 to fix what 90% of shops wanted 8k to fix - so they did not honor their car and they did not sell a legit warranty (they make sure lemon law can not be used by waivers and fine print) so to all reading I advise to buy from dealers that have in house warranty or pre certified only - this place put me in a financial bind and stress trying to secure my college student a decent car again this was $12,000 + purchase that I had to add another $6k to get the car back working!! Beware!!!!!

My car's doing fantastic kudos to Tijara Autos! I had a great experience at Tijara Autos! The staff was friendly and helpful, and they had a wide selection of used cars to choose from. I found the car I was looking for at a fair price, and the buying process was smooth and easy. I'm interested in their financing options once they become available, as it would be a convenient option for me.

Tijara Auto Sales went above and beyond for me. Not only did they make buying a car a breeze with their friendly and knowledgeable staff, but they also stepped in to help me sort out some pretty complicated insurance issues. It s not every day you find a dealership that cares so much about their customers beyond just selling cars. The whole experience, from choosing a vehicle to tackling insurance hurdles, was smooth and stress-free.

I bought a car from here back in Augest and I m having all sorts of problems. Not only was it leaking oil, the ac condenser went bad. Please examine the cars more and do not trust what they say at face value.

Make sure you bring a mechanic or else you're possibly buying a bad vehicle ask about warranty and if they don't want to give you a warranty don't buy the car! Lesson learned

Don t buy car from these guy . They are selling damaged cars I have bought a car there the next day the check engine light came on I called the guy the same day he said it s my problem. After spending almost 18000 cash on a car and it is in the shop every week replacing a part . Please save your self the trouble just drive pass there ..

My husband and I purchased a 2010 Chevy equinox yesterday June 22, 2023.Car is extremely clean and a fair price. My husband is a GM master technician so went thru it with a fine tooth comb. Of course it s 13 years old so has a few minor issues but that s to be expected with a used carThe paperwork went smoothly, we were given a temp tag to drive it home, the title will be sent in a week or so and we were treated with kindness, professionalism and patience as my husband spent a lot of time going over and test driving itThey didn t breath down our backs and just let him be and do his thing as he checked it out, not pushy at allWould buy again from this dealer

All of these good reviews have to be from friends and family because there s no way anyone would have had a good experience being here. I was a regular customer with no connection and I can say with full confidence, DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this place. They sold me a car that was fine while test driving before the purchase, but then immediately broke down on me after pulling off the lot. They will sell you a car that they know is messed up and not tell you any of the problems present. This place does not look professional in the slightest. The lot is small and overflowing with cars and they have random friends/family coming and going all day. the guy we spoke with was half listening and on the phone while we were trying to ask him information about the car. One of the tires was a low and we asked them to fill it before we left which they seemingly did but nothing changed its like these people don t even know what they re doing. These people are just money grabbers and do not care about service whatsoever. I m now out of nearly $12,000 and will have to pay an additional $2,500 to replace my transmission which they provided no information about whatsoever.

Be very careful with these they promise to repair the failures that the cars have when they buy them and after they buy them they wish you that they didn't want you to repair anything I bought a car where they and now they don't want to repair the faults I had be careful with them they are not to be trusted

My teenage daughter bought a Kia forte here on Tuesday 6/6/2023 and it stalled out on the way home. As soon as I got in it I heard a low grind of the brakes and the transmission not okay. Today 6/9 we take it to a auto tech and confirmed the transmission is no good, calipers need to be replaced the brakes are about to go. How could they sell a kid a car without disclosing these issues. Hopefully they take it back or give back some money, not answering my call
